We broke a pipe in the middle of the night and being new and young homeowners.. we did not ensure we knew how to cut off the water to the house. We did not know what to do and we called multiple plumbers with either no answer, not able to advise us how to turn off the water over the phone or unable to help until hours later, we looked online, knocked on neighbors doors. We were desperate as water continued to shoot out of the pipe. 1-Tom Plumber answered and although unable to come right away they got us on the phone with Jonathan who helped talk us through via FaceTime how to turn off the water. We managed to turn off the water and they said they could be out the same afternoon but ended up being able to come first thing in the morning. They fixed our issue for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Even my own tried and true plumber did not answer or text me back. I highly recommend. My family is appreciative! Will use again.

Had an issue with water not running. Called 1-Tom-Plumber, fully expecting that no body would be able to come out late at night. Ruben called and said he would be at the house. He arrived within 30min and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Seems the main valve to house was turned off. I had an urgent need for a plumber Sunday after seeing water dripping from my ceiling which turned out to be a leaking hot water heater. So I was in the process of buying a house, I did an inspection and found out there may be something wrong with my sewage lines. So I contracted the services of 1-Tom-plumbing, as recommended by my realtor. From the beginning they gave me a discount that I verified by calling another company who gave me another higher amount. That’s when I met Ruben who is a professional and kind plumber. He diagnosed reasons for the sewer issue but also and back to see if the issue was fixed by the builders. However the toilets started backing up. The builders fixed this issue also. But I had Ruben come and check one more time if everything was all clear.
