Had to have our water heater replaced. Tyler is the technician we ask for. They sent him out to do an inspection which he did. We had an electric but because we had gas installed after the big freeze he recommended replacing with a gas heater. Later that day they sent a quote for gas and electric. We sent a reply back to go with the gas. This was on New Year’s Eve so did not expect a reply until after New Year’s Day. They contacted us first think Thursday AM and set up the install for Friday Am. Tyler and his assistant showed up on time and promptly went to work. They also had to have a roofer come out to install a chimney vent tube 24” above the highest roof line. They removed the old electric water heater and the water connections that were incorrect from that heater. They also had to rebuild the emergency drain line as it was also not built out of the correct type material. This is a very professional installation done by true craftsmen who have a passion for the quality of the work they do.I highly recommend 24/7 plumbing of Katy for any plumbing work you need done.

Cameron was super helpful and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was super friendly and was able to schedule me quickly. The repair was made in less than an hour and was super affordable! I will definitely reach out when any future problems arise!

I had a leaking issue and contacted several companies. Finally came across 24/7 and satisfied with the end results. Thank you to 24/7 plumbing for there service. Brandon did a great job along with great customer service. Also finding out they do financing so it was a win win situation. The company talk to me about the financial options. From there on there were no problems. It took a few hours to fix but seem shorter . Brandon was in and out with the job. Brandon cleaned up after himself when the job was done. 24/7 Plumbing answered our phone call at 9 pm on a Saturday night when we discovered the hot water heater was leaking at my parents home. The next day our technician was out and had everything fixed in a few hours (including a few code violations from the last plumber we used). I called around 11am and Mike was here around 2:20 pm, before the agreed time, GREAT.Mike is a nice gentleman, knowledgeable about his work, gave me an estimate for the job.I’ll have to wait till total work is completed and then I can give my final comment; but at this stage, the fact that company responded so quickly in spite of being New Year’s Eve and major holiday time, I have to appreciate their kindness and hop all work goes well, smoothly and in time so we can get back to normal living.The plumber completed the job on Jan 2nd , did a wonderful plumbing work, am very impressed and satisfied with the total work.

My house is a 1974 single family home. It came with original pipes which meant galvanized. I was hopeful to upgrade the pipes so that I wouldn’t have brown water and sediment coming from the system when I turned on the faucet. They came out in a reasonable amount of time according to the window that was given and they cleaned up and they were prompt and efficient. And super respectful, they didn’t really make a lot of noise and they explained everything when they got done. Very very good work, highly recommend. Will call on them again if I need any plumbing done.

Wow wow wow!! Highly impressed. Would recommend 110%. We scheduled the appointment yesterday and he came today. Tyler C came in, did quick and efficient work. We were previously told from another local company we would need to pull the whole shower. Looking at over $3k worth of work. Tyler was able to get a flashlight out of the drain that our kids dropped down there and install a new gasket. We are so relieved and could not be more grateful!

We had Michael replace a shower valve cartridge for us that was causing a shower drip. He was able to get the stop off (which had calcified and was stuck), without any damage and was able to change the cartridge. He was very diligent in verifying everything was working correctly after the repair. I would definitely use their service again.

I had an issue with my shower valve cartridge today. I called 24/7 Plumbing Co to see if I can have my problem attended the soonest as I have my main water valve turned off. They took my contact info and a technician [Brandon] called me back to ask for the details of my issue. He came over as soon as possible and got my plumbing issue sorted out. These folks are the best. Had a holiday emergency where my toilet goes out 2 days before Thanksgiving. These guys handle all the installation of a new toilet, toilet included for a GREAT price AND first thing the next morning. Now I have a toilet for that Thanksgiving dinner!!! Reading through the reviews I was feeling good about it and kept seeing great reviews about Cameron. Booked an appointment and guess who was assigned… Cameron! He was great and super knowledgeable! You could tell he’s been doing this for a long time and is still so passionate about his craft! A technician came out the same day I called and fixed my water heater. He was very thorough and courteous. I am very pleased and will call 24/7 Plumbing the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Michael was sincere, professional and thorough in his explanation of what was happening with my water heater. I had to get it replaced. The price was on par with standard pricing. No attempts at crazy upselling or gouging. I dont know about any of the other service technicians, but Id ask for Michael if I needed services again.

I contacted 27/7 Plumbing because i discovered a very corroded pipeline im my house. With just a call they scheduled a visit to give a quote. They helped to get it done for next day and worked around my schedule. Michael was the technician that visit my house , he arrived on time and gave me a phone call in advance.He explained the problem and the potential solutions and give a a quote. After accepting the quote i needed to pay the full service before they start working. I have already quotes other two companies and the price if the service was fare.They got the parts needed and made the replacement of the corroded pipe the same day in a couple of hours.You can see in the pictures the before and after, i am very satisfied for the job , they are very professional. Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isnt very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

Plumber was awesome. Just wish dispatch was better at communication. Was told 8-10 window and i was first on the list. I called to ask about the window to see if it changed. I was told that they wash trucks on Friday so it would be closer to 9:30. So if you are first on the list for Friday don’t expect anything before 9:30. But the plumber Brandon was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Called them this morning and they sent out a plumber the same day. I would have given 5 stars but it was a bit pricey to run a snake to unclog the pipe and the text communication was not responsive. So 4 stars.

Well 24/7 was my 4th plumbing company to come asses and fix the shower stopped draining. I was hesitant to call anybody else because no one could unclog the drain in the shower. Wow. What a great service 24/7 just provided. Had a flooded 2nd floor bathroom down to 1st floor due to AC drain clog. Called 24/7 and Michael came in one hour and a half! It took another hour to show where the clog was, explain the options to fix it, how to prevent it from happening again, and finally clear the clog (years of grime and a big chunk of hair ball of course). Costs are reasonable. I even got a call from the house restoration company 24/7 referred for the wall and floor damages while Michael was preparing for the invoice.

24/7 Plumbing provided honest and reliable plumbing service. They repaired my neighbors broken pipe from the water meter quickly, so I called them when the plumbing under the front yard started leaking.They took my call in the evening, then called back in a few minutes with a real plumber. He helped me diagnose the leak and shut off the water feed valve to the sprinkler system. This immediately allowed the water to run properly to the house so it was no longer a rush repair job.The plumber came the next morning and diagnosed the problem further. He located the leak under a large tree and said we need a sprinkler company to reroute the pipes around the tree.Very honest!I will call them next time there’s a plumbing problem.

Got in same day for water leak. Got a 30 minute arrival text and the guys made sure the job was done. Because I used them for the repair, the trip charge was waived. Called a few others and trip charge wouldn’t be waived even if I used them for repair

Thank you, 5 stars.Unfortunately had a bad experience 07/17 with this company. We called to get a tech out to see if our garbage disposal issue would be covered by warranty. It was not as it was a jam. We told the tech it’s fine, we won’t fix it. My sister goes to leave, but can’t as the van is blocking the driveway. She’s waiting for him outside just to be told “It’s fix, how would you like to pay?”We were charged $175 for the jam after it was fixed. We paid of course but I called the company number to say we were upset with the experience as we didn’t want the jam fixed as it was not covered. I was told a supervisor would call me at 1-2pm today.3:30 rolls around and I call back and the same lady puts me on hold and transfers me to a number that doesn’t answer. I leave a message. My sister then calls me saying she had a whole exchange as they called her and not me about what actually happened. The customer service says they don’t take payment after the service, only before. That’s not what happened and I call back to try and explain that the Tech charged us after he went ahead and fixed it. For some reason the tech was given our number to start arguing about the events? I found that strange. I wanted the supervisorI tell the front desk I don’t even care for a refund or anything, we were just upset that we paid for a service we didn’t want. Instead we’re made out to look like we’re lying and the tech would never break protocol when that’s what he did.It’s a shame that this company is so highly respected when this is the experience we got.

Called on a Saturday afternoon with a main drain clog upstairs. Mr. Miller was awesome and even wore covers over his boots in the house. I’m suggesting to all my neighbors!And Brandon has come several times over the past year. Toilet repair, faucet replacement, tub faucet replacement, and plumbing repair. Always kind, professional, and I can always pick his brain for info. Great company!

It was on a Sunday, and wed just had a new washer and dryer delivered and installed. The installer told us that the cold water valve in the wall was unable to close. We called 24/7 Plumbing right away. The answering service had the on duty plumber call me immediately. Cameron called and said he would be here within 30-40 minutes. He was here as promised. He changed out the water valves (we decided to do both the hot and the cold due to the age of the home). He was extremely professional and polite, and wore paper booties to keep our floors clean as he came in and out of our home for parts. He had another service call come in while he was here. He was totally professional and helpful with the customer, and let them know there would be an additional charge for Sunday work and that they could call the office on Monday and schedule their appointment then to save the money if they wanted to. A few minutes after he hung up, they called him back and asked him to come today. This company and all of its employees are amazing!!! He advised us that the water heater would need to be replaced. I was so impressed about his knowledge, professionalism and kindness that we decided to go with them to install the new one! I wasnt able to complete the service of no fault of 24/7, just something screwy the previous owner did. They gave me a quick emailed estimate and told me to bring back. 24/7 have helped me greatly with various scenarios over the years such as small leaks, hot water tank installs and just now, a natural gas meter t-line quick connect for a back-up generator. For the natural gas t-line, Blake came out and cited what I would need as far as connectors which I had delivered in a few days. He was able to give me an estimate there as well. When the parts came in, I scheduled the install and Blake came back and did an amazing job. He was great to talk to and wanted to make sure that not only did his work and the generator performed but he also encouraged me to bring out some of my appliances that I used for my break-in to see how well the natural gas line along with the generator handled the load (which was about 5,000 watts). He also made sure to run me through various safety and procedure points and also answers all of my questions. He then went into the attic to relight the hot water tank. Finally, I wish to add that Blake’s/24/7 Plumbing’s quote was noticeably more cost effective than 2 other plumbing companies I called. I felt as if maybe there aren’t people that call around to price check or maybe the demand is high enough that the plumbers can command such a price but I’m glad that 24/7 Plumbing’s price was fair which is one of the main reasons I have designated them my go-to plumbing company.

I called this company on an emergency basis and they did not fail me. They were more than happy to come right away and scheduled it and as they stated they did everything as promised. We originally had another company scheduled to come out but they were difficult to get ahold of when they didn’t show up during their scheduled time, so we called 24/7 plumbing. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and got our water heater replaced quickly. They also explained how to properly maintenance it to make it last longer. Overall very pleasant to work with and they did not try to upsell us to something we didn’t need. We will recommend them in the future!

After putting together the estimate, he knocked out all the work in comfortably under 3 hours, including a sewer cleaning, tankless water heater annual maintenance, and toilet water supply valve replacement. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating clearly so I could understand his thought process.While it seemed like the work was expensive for how little time it took, I’m assured of the quality of work and will likely rely on this company for future plumbing needs.
