Acacias Plumbing

We have used Acacias for a lot of our plumbing issues over past few years. Their prices seem reasonable and they do good work. I appreciate their honesty. Today I asked them to come out and flush my tankless water heater, but when they checked it they said that work was not needed till a year later. I always appreciate any business that does not try to push a service that is not necessary.

Acacias was great. Robert was friendly and very helpful. He even showed me some basic gas maintenance tips, which I greatly appreciated. I would easily do business with them again.

Robert did a very fast and efficient job. He was very kind, clean and courteous. Will definitely be having them back for extra jobs around the house.

James did a great job installing a gas connection for my generator. Checked the flow rate and made sure everything could run off the Gen when plugged into the gas.

Acacias Plumbing is my go-to resource for any problems that crop up. This time I had a stopped-up garbage disposal that needed a professional solution and they came through, scheduling my appointment the next morning. Chris, the technician, called in advance to let me know when he’d be arriving. He promptly diagnosed the problem, offered a few cost-efficient approaches then performed the option I chose. He was quick, professional, courteous and very helpful regarding how to deal with similar situations in the future. I am very satisfied with Acacias services and highly recommend them.

This is the second time in 2 years I used Arcadia Plumbing and I am still very satisfied. This job involved my master bath toilet where the wax seal valve was failing. Christian, the plumber, reviewed my needs, talked about possible solutions and costs, which I agreed with. He finished in two hours and had the necessary tools, equipment and parts in his truck—no running to Lowe’s like other plumbers who get what is needed after a review. Time will confirm that the job is long term, but if something happens I’ll update this review and tell everyone how quickly they come back to rectify if needed.

Mr. Red is the best! I couldnt be happier with Acacias. Mr. Red came to fixed the leak in my closet and saw my closet was full of water. He took his time to make sure the leak was fixed. Best of all, he’s very respectful of property and makes sure everything was in order before he left. I am so happy for a well done job. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Robert from acacia’s plumbing did a great job of letting us know of potential issues and verified his with using a camera, got the job done and fixed in a timely manner. That’s why I continue using them the last 5 years.

Cris came out and did a couple different things for us - repaired leaky toilets, leaky drains, etc. He was incredibly nice and professional. If we need plumbing services in the future, we will definitely call Acacias Plumbing.

Hector and his team did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and showed extra care by covering/protecting our hardwood floors ahead of time. Hector personally handled the permit process and revisited our house to make sure our inspections passed. Acacias also offered a more fair price than other companies I spoke with.

A good company to deal with and great to work with. They responded promptly to our request for quotation on our tankless water heater job, and we scheduled them to do the work. Christian showed up promptly, did quality work, cleaned up any debris left from doing the repair and the water heater now functions flawlessly. Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Cristian was awesome! He was prompt and the job was done excellently and efficiently. He fixed a leaking PVC valve on the water shut off to my house. Just plain great service all around! Would definitely recommend Acacias Plumbing again!

Hector is the best! He has done several jobs for me from repairing pipes and gas lines to installing faucets and repairing water heaters. Hes always very professional, does great work and is reasonably priced. Im a realtor and have referred him to multiple people already and will continue to do so!

I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

I couldnt be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldnt be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, theyre respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! Its pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.
