Accurate plumbing was awesome. My Mom needed a new hot water heater and Mike gave me a very reasonable quote for a new unit with the same capacity and Eric did an amazing job getting the old unit out and hooking up the new unit and then capping everything off. Where to begin! First of all, Eric was absolutely AMAZING! Long story short, the city broke my main valve, the superintendent Mike East told me they were doing me a “favor” by clearing my hurricane debris so it’s my problem. Reached out to precinct 3 who still have wonderful people working there because the lady(I WISH I remembered her name) submitted my information for help. In the mean time myself and 3 kids had NO WATER 😞… I bought 24 gallons of water from Walmart, took a shower that night like I live in a 3rd world country and then my kids had to flush the toilets with the rest every time they went potty(no one wants to smell that!) WELL, we set up 3 quotes. One immediately that day, and two for the next morning. The one that day was a CRAZY price, so I told him I would make a decision after I collected all the quotes. Eric came with his spunky attitude, made my day and gave my the best quote. No brainer, they wanted my business, and they deserved it! At 11am the city called me back to tell me that they had someone otw to fix my issue… Too late! (That was the short version 😅) LOVE LOVE LOVE ERIC!!!! Thank you guys so much! You were our hero’s!

I called Sunday night at 10pm for a water leak. I was greeted by a fellow who answered all my concerns. Accurate Plumbing Services was an excellent resource to solve a problem we needed urgently fixed. They came out to stop and repair a leak taking place behind our refrigerator. It was about 9:00 p.m. when we were moving our old refrigerator out of the way to prepare for our new refrigerator to be delivered the next day. As we disconnected the water line for the ice machine, it immediately started leaking and seemed to need total replacement to fix the problem. We called the Accurate Plumbing Services after-hours emergency number and they were so kind and courteous. They immediately scheduled a plumber to come out and fix our problem. They were very nice, friendly, and professional. They easily fixed the leak, replaced parts, and everything has worked great ever since. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing services. We have called accurate in 2 occasion. Once for a freeze during Christmas and a burst pipe and another one with an issue with the toilet. They were in a fair cost, perfect job done both times and always offered more than one solution we could use with them at different levels of cost. They don’t charge by the minute but by work done and they are awesome. Can’t recommend them more!

Weve used Accurate on multiple occasions between my house and my parents house. They are great, honest, and quick. During the arctic freeze we had, our pipes froze. When the heat came back on, we had water spraying in the attic. Accurate Plumbing Services came out within 2 hrs and repaired 3 leaks. My gas water heater had a leak at the bottom due to the age of it. I contacted Accurate Plumbing Services and they had the exact water heater I wanted to replace the builder grade water heater that was initially installed in my home. I was given an excellent estimate and the work was completed within hours on the same day. Mr. Torres and his crew were AWESOME! They came on the second day of the winter storm and were exceptionally professional in spite of having worked at least at least 10 hours that day. They found the leak in the attic and used a camera to make sure that they got everything done correctly. Josue with Accurate Plumbing did a great job to replace old, faulty, and leaking hot and cold water valves for my washing machine in my garage. The old valves were poorly installed, but Josue took the time to get better valves and extensions so the new valves are not partially inside the sheet rock wall. I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing Services because their scheduling is very responsive and flexible. During this crazy Houston freeze, I went without water for about four days, but finally came across Accurate and they called back within 24 hours to schedule a time to come out. They fixed the busted pipe in less than an hour and I now have water again! Both William and Alex were extremely professional, nice, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use this company again!

Showed up when scheduled. Very quickly went to work and had the repair finished in less than an hour.Issue was the faucet on my showers hot water failed to seal closed. They replaced the hot and cold valves and seals. In addition they also replaced both faucet handles and it looks all brand new.

Alex thoroughly searched all of the connections under my kitchen sink and tested the garbage disposal to figure out why water had leaked out during dish washing. He quickly found that the remaining piece of tubing to the old dishwasher had not been properly sealed off. He kindly explained what he found and said it would be an easy fix. He reported his findings to the Company and I received an estimate via email. Once I chose Accurate Plumbing, the repair was scheduled for the next day. Alex returned during the estimated time period, resolved the issue and I was also given a one-year warranty for the repair. Ive used Accurate for 2 different jobs. Both times they were on time and did work that was went beyond my expectations. The second time was during the cold storm. They replaced a pipe in the attic and outside. A few weeks later I had another company replacing the ceiling below their work and the other company thought that we might still have a leak in the pipes so I call Accurate again and within 30 minutes they were back at my home checking their work. Accurate Plumbing did an excellent job resolving my plumbing issues. I had standing water in showers and sinks and toilets that barely flushed. Turns out the sewer line collapsed leading from the house to the main city line. Accurate Plumbing had to dig up my back yard to fix the issue. They did a whole house re-pipe and while they were doing the re-pipe they found a leak behind our wall and we opted to install a new shower. They installed a new toilet when we had our floors redone and they also came out and inspected our sewer line when we had a backup and it was found to be on the city side. They are always knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Had a pipe break while trying to insulate a valve ahead of the anticipated freeze in Texas last week. Tried a number of plumbers for a repair including Accurate. All were swamped but later in the day Remi called and indicated that he could get to me after all. He came out and quoted me a more than reasonable estimate for the repair. Omg talk about coming through in a clutch! Our water heater pipe nusted and water was everywhere. Our neighbor came to tell us it was coming into their home! I had gotten over covid so a major repair is not what i needed. The guys from Accurate Plumbing did a great job on running a gas line to the back of my house. Dirt from the trench was placed on black plastic and when the trench was filled, it was packed and leveled very well. I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing again when I need a plumber.

I had a minor issue regarding the water valve to my fridge and the two guys that came fixed it quickly and cleaned up the water that spouted from the valve once the water came on. AND they didnt charge a trip charge or service fee for this issue. Will definitely use them again!

Called about main leak in yard. They were out within hours. This was BEFORE the freeze. One thing lead to another, ended up re-piping whole house with all new fixtures AND tankless water heater. After 64 years this old house needed it! Got so used to the old pipes and pressure, but OH, what a difference!! And now we dont even need to filter it, Pasadena water tastes great!! She asked if she could come over because she had some knowledge of what may have happened Bc she took the initiative to make some calls and ask around on her own recognizance! I was quiet pleasantly surprised when this beautiful young woman appeared at my door , climbed the attic stairs like it was nothing ! And announced “ you should be feeling the air conditioning right about now “ and sure enough the air conditioning was working !!! Morgan is a tribute to America s young people ! She’s motivated , smart , compassionate , a real Team Player ! Physically fit as I say climbed those attic stairs like it’s nothing !! I Without her I would have waited 3 to 5 days to have air conditioning or heat via my home warranty service !
