I recently had a new washer delivered and discovered that the faucets for the hose hook-ups did not completely turn off. I called and Brett was at my house within 2 hours. Within 15 minutes he had the new faucets in, and the washer hooked up. This company is very prompt and professional. And their staff is top notch. Thank you for being a company I can count on.

Acosta Plumbing repaired leaks caused by freeze damage and installed toilets. They did timely competent work at fair prices. We asked them to come back for our next job, a failed water shutoff valve that was limiting flow at my in-laws house. They quickly remedied the problem with a new ball valve shut off. They completed the work quickly.We recently used Acosta again at another residence, and they replaced a toilet and a garbage disposal for less than the estimate. They worked with us to allow us to go get new equipment of our choice. On time, quick work finished with good results.

Acosta Plumbing was great to work with! Our water heater went out, we called them same day and they put us on the schedule for the following day! They gave us a fair price for installing the new one with a 6 year warranty (our old one didn’t fail for 19 years) so here’s hoping for the same luck with this one. Our water heater is in the attic so you can imagine the fun of lugging not just one but two old water heaters down from a two story attic because the previous owner must have put in the new one (19 years ago) without removing the old one from the original house build. Ernesto and his apprentice worked very efficiently and took great care to leave a clean workspace when they were done. They also let us know that there was a space in the roof that would be better served covered so the rain didn’t come in to damage the new water heater. The roofer was also out the same day to finish the job. We have hot water again and we are extremely satisfied with the work and customer service from this company! We will definitely use them again!

Ernesto Gonzalez and Fernando fixed my shower stream within 5 minutes. Water was barely flowing out of it. Wasn’t sure if it was the pipe, valve, or shower head. He removed the blockage from the shower head and it was back to new. He only charged me the visitation fee and nothing else. Very kind and professional plumber. Thank you, sir!

He found the issues and gave me a quote which was reasonable for all the work that was included. He was professional and friendly. Great company, great guys. Contacted them online Sunday afternoon, not expecting to hear back until Monday morning at the very soonest. Heard back Sunday evening, them saying they could be by Monday between 11-1, so said yes. Heard from Isaias Monday morning that he was on his way, and he showed up a little after 11. Showed him the problem and he clearly explained the most likely issue (AC drain line clogged where it connects to a bathroom drain line) and what would be needed to fix. It meant crawling around up in attic to clear the line from there and then some clearing in the bathroom itself. He was kind enough to have a check at a completely unrelated sink problem. An hour later all was well. And he provided useful tips on things I can do to help prevent future problems.The regular plumber I had been using the for past 15 years finally got around to a well deserved retirement. Its never fun having to try and find another company that a homeowner is comfortable with and feels they can trust, but I think I got lucky and found Isaias and the other guys at Acosta Plumbing. They will be my go to team in the future.

The outside faucet was leaking so I called to see if they were available that day and they were thankfully. They sent a text message saying they were on their way and it took them about 15min to arrive. They got straight to work and completed it within 30min. Quick and efficient. Excellent work! Very professional outfit all around. Isaias has came to my house on two separate occasions to diagnose and subsequently repair outdoor main line leaks. Each time he carefully spent time detecting, explaining, and then repairing the leak. Price was reasonable, but not inexpensive, and explained quite well. I will go straight back to Acosta if I need any plumbing service in the future.

The crew that came to my house (Esai, Romeo, & Jonas) were extremely respectful of my home, and provided options for repairs that were relayed in a way that was easy to understand. They were obviously very knowledgeable, and worked diligently. The turnaround to get the initial appt./estimate, as well as to get the repair completed, was very quick. In my experience everything from the initial phone call through completion of repairs happened within a single day. I will certainly be using these folks for any of my own plumbing needs moving forward, and I highly recommend them for others to use as well.

I had a burst pipe due to the recent winter storm and tried to schedule service with other plumbers Ive used in the past. No luck. The few times I was able to actually reach someone at a plumbing company to schedule service (which has been nearly impossible), my appointments kept getting cancelled, delayed, etc. Acosta was the only company that followed up with me on my request, made an appointment and honored it. The service was professional, fast, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I had water leaking through my front yard. While attempting to find the problem, Ernesto drove by, stopped, and asked if he could help. I said yes and he said that he had another call to respond to first and would be back. Sure enough, he showed up, took a look at my mess, and offered a good deal. I just found Acosta plumbing solutions online This morning I called them and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be at our house in the afternoon on the same day. Isaias Martinez the technician with his coworker came on time did the walk through of the leak. Within 10 minutes they were able to diagnostic the root cause of my leak. We talked about what we were looking for and what was realistic for our budget and as we were talking Isaias recommended that one of our upgrade to fix this leak be to add a T line in the main drain and connect it to the AC drain so that it will shut down the AC to the house if a leak or a rupture is detected. After hearing about this solution we decided to fix the it was a good idea and requested and intervention right away. Isaias and his team were able to complete the work and stopped the water leakage in a very professional matter within 45 minutes. We have used Acosta Plumbing Solutions for several years for our annual plumbing inspection and water heater flush at my main home. They have performed the same services plus installed a new water heater at our rental house. They have made some repairs at both locations and we have been very happy with their services.

Came out very quickly and was very professional. Did a great job, keeping me updated the entire time. A few more issues came up during the job, and he did a great job explaining it and explaining the option.s and his recommendation but without being pushy at all about it.

I needed to have the gas line inspected that leads to the fireplace before installing gas logs. The young men who arrived were courteous and explained the process from start to finish. They were able to to complete the work in one visit and did an excellent job. I did feel that the cost was quite high for the work done but was pleased with the service and would recommend the company.

Cameron & his helper were very quick to get to our home. We were having problems with our toilet. Cameron looked at it and noticed the problem, explained in detail what needed to be done, how much it would cost and fixed the problem. All this was done in less than an hour. Amazing customer service is not easy to find, with that being said Acosta has always gone above and beyond to ensure the job is done right and in a timely manor. Same day service is huge when you don’t have hot water, this was replaced and hauled away in about 2 hours. Great company and great service!!

Very quick to respond via Yelp message and had an appointment the following day. Crew was timely and respectful. They werent able to fix my problem (only narrow down the issue) as it appears to have been an issue with my dishwasher but I would highly recommend and plan to use Acosta for any future plumbing needs.

I thought I had a problem with the backflow valve for our sprinkler system and needed to have it repaired. We had a problem with the shower, toilet and sink clogging up. We called Acosta, told them the issue, they were able to accomodate our schedule and sent someone very quickly. Cameron was professional, was able to figure out that the problem was in the outside line. It took him less than an hour to fix the issue. He also cleaned up the mess resulting from the clog. I left a message on Yelp for a quick quotation to diagnose the issue with two broken water heaters. Randy responded within 24 hours window, which is a plus in the business world. Set an up appointment to have him take a look of the problem. Mind I tell, there were two other people (1 plumber/ My property Sup) checked my broken water, and was not able to give me a clear solution. Randy stop by the house as arrangement. Communication and on-time was excellent. I really appreciate anyone who keep their appointment and provide clear communication.I already have done my research and ask around, what would be my estimated cost to repair or install two brand new water heater. After Randy 1st, he provided his honestly feedback and multiple options of solution. He even suggested that I should contact my builder to fix the issue since it is under warranty. Again, I truly appreciated an honesty business operator. I took his advice, and it was a fail. My builder did not want to help. After failing to get any assistance from my property builder. Response time was incredibly fast! I had a broken garbage disposal. Not only was the garbage disposal replaced, but the all of the pipes and fixtures were inspected. A leak was found and fixed, too. We had a leak coming from our master bathroom shower and we had no clue where it was coming from. We called Acosta and they had someone out the next day for us. Our tech was nice and he explained so many things and even answered questions I may have had for him and the process.They took their time making sure they not only found the main leak, but made sure there wasnt any other leak as well. After they found the leak, they not only explained what most-likely caused it, but went through and told me what exactly he would be doing when he would fix the issue. He also pointed out a few things that could have been done better by the home builders.He came back a few days later to fix it (I wasnt able to be home until then or he would have been back the next day). He didnt make a mess with our sheetrock, he showed me the finished work and explained to me what he did.I always appreciate when professionals take the time to explain things to me so that I understand what the exact issue was and also how and why the did what they did to fix it.

I had an outdoor copper pipe burst due to an improperly mounted hose bibb. I got a quote from a different company who wanted $1,300 to fix my issue.Acosta sent Dennis and Bryan to my home the same day and they were able to fix not only the original hose bibb issue, but two others at my home as well. They quoted me $700 for all three or $400 for the original issue alone.Not only were they professional, and personable, they were done in roughly an hour and for about a third of what others wanted. Cannot recommend Acosta enough and they’ll be my first and only call going forward.

Responded for service in the next day, got the job done very fast with suitable equipment and clearly trained professionals. Did not push any other service, as I told them I wanted to replumb myself the AC drain to sink drain they unclogged, just worked I requested them. Price was below a previous quote I did with a handyman, means they have at least market fees.

Isaias was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. When he performed his initial inspection, he was honest that the price could vary depending in what he found once he got inside a wall to see the piping for a shower. And once he discovered that the shower piping was almost completely inaccessible due to AC ducting, he gave me the choice of either a temporary fix or a massive repair that wouldve involved removing shower tiles just to access the pipes.All in all, I will definitely be using Acosta Plumbing Solutions for me future plumbing needs.

What an AMAZING company!!! This was our first time calling them and was more than pleased!! We had an plumbing emergency at our house- I called in the morning and they were able to come out to help 30 minutes later. My mom is widowed and lives alone at the house, so when things break, she is left alone to deal with it. Cameron and his partner arrived promptly at 3:00 PM exactly like Cameron said they would. The quoted price was to reseat toilet, replace wax ring and new bolts if required. He also gave me the increased price if the floor flange needed replaced which requires additional floor preparation and new flange with bolts. I did not need the new flange. They completed the job and left the area cleaner then when they arrived in less than one hour. You can trust 100% what Cameron tells you and not worry about any hidden consequences. Truly AAA1.

Called after 2pm on Friday for a faucet repair and got an appointment from Brenda for Monday morning. Got a call back 5 minutes later than someone could could by same day ay 5pm if convenient. Brenda texted confirmation with the name of the plumber, Isaias. He texted at 4.18pm that could come come over earlier if that was okay. He did. He could not repair the faucet immediately as we needed parts from the manufacturer and as soon as they were received, he would be back. Very pleasant experience with Acosta Plumbing.

Great job ! Got here early completed under difficult wet conditions. Involved underground leak coming from sprinkler system. After initial look Cameron exactly found the spot most likely where underground leak was. Digging nearly 3ft down he was right on it. Was hard work - mud saturated with water.
