They called back to keep me posted about the technicians arrival and when Don got to our home he was well informed, courteous and got the job done speedily. Very impressive and much appreciated. The technician Don was very prompt, courteous, and professional providing a thorough explanation regarding my hot water heater issues. It needed replacement and Don explained why. He explained the different heaters available and installed the 10 year warranted heater again promptly and efficiently. Ron the plumber called ahead and was very courteous with my kitchen sink repair. He came in and diagnosed the problem right away. The work was very well done. He used heavy brass pipes instead of the cheap plastic PVC that is most often used. The price was very fair. I really like his professional approach to the job even though it wasnt going to be that expensive in the end. I highly recommend Adam Griffith Plumbing.

He explained what the possible causes were, what steps he would take to fix the problem and what the associated cost would be for each step.
