This crew is OUTSTANDING. My water heater started leaking all over on a Saturday night; I called Randy around 7:30 pm, and he called me back almost immediately. He offered to send someone Sunday morning and offered me the non-weekend price differential (I opted for Monday). He was also the one to discover that my heater was still under warranty and could be replaced FOR FREE. This company is honest, hardworking and good at what they do! I would recommend them to anyone!

Randy was great to work with. He had my records from the 1st time our water heater was replaced. Checked the warranty and saw it was still covered. Zach who did the work was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a stellar job at cleaning up afterwards. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Will definitely use for any future needs. Zach and Randy at Affordable did my new home in Iowa City. The work was quality and the follow up was amazing. They took great care of us and our home runs beautifully. They stopped back to touch up little things and explain the systems to us and how they operate which we appreciate. They have always courteous and polite which means a lot in that business. This is a very good company. They are on time, professional and friendly. I am a property manager and I had a toilet float that needed replacing. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions for my other toilet issues. He didnt leave a mess and was very courteous. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

Well it wasn’t cheap, but I have no problems paying for someone with years of experience. Kenny was able to identify & fix the clogged sink. He also explained what we could do to prevent it from happening again.Thanks Kenny
