Arrived on time as scheduled and were willing to listen to my issues before suggesting what work needed to be done. Importantly, the technician was upfront about whether any work actually needed to be done. Overall, I would recommend Al Rooter Plumbing and plan to call them again if I have any more issues.

On February 9th, I had an issue with my water heater leaking. I contacted Al-Rooter plumbing and scheduled them to come out. They arrived at 2:00 p.m and promptly began investigating the issue with the water heater. He came back and told me that the water heater had a leak and was unrepairable. He told me I would need a new one and he would be able to install it the same day and have my water heater up and running for my family and I . He went above and beyond to assure that my family and I had hot water for the night . I really appreciate Al Rooter for it. I would definitely recommend doing business with Al Rooter for your plumbing needs .

I didnt give five because the first visit from AL plumbing did not go well. The young man that they sent said he diagnosed the problem and refuse to do any work because he said he didnt see a problem. But he never lifted the toilet or touch the toilet to see if there was a problem. I complain to the company and to choice home. As a result another technician was sent out by the name of Hanseh who did a fantastic job. He had to come out twice because the toilet was rocking again nevertheless he took care of the job in a professional and friendly manner and I would be glad to have him again as opposed to the first technician for any work we would needdone.

The experience I had with a cute plumber was wonderful. Did a good job very professional. I will recommend them and if anything else happened with my plumbing, I will definitely call them!!!

Hamzeh and the team were AMAZING with the work at our place. He was super responsive and constantly gave updates on their progress. It took a little longer because of weather, but it didn’t intrude in our day to day life. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs plumbing done!
