Very impressed with the professionalism, the quality of service, and the very prompt work. Polite, honest and hard working…What more can you ask for.I called on a weekend with an urgent issue and the AL Rooter was onsite within hours. I appreciated that the plumber on site gave me options with pricing for how they could diagnose. He started with a simplest/cheapest option. Unfortunately the camera was needed, and I’m glad to have a plumber that can use the latest tools to diagnose the problem. Turns out it was tree roots in the drain under the slab. They had a quote to fix right then, and didn’t charge me for the camera or snaking they had attempted (many plumbers would have). They had the crew digging up pipes within 24 hours, working late into night. They gave me updates on site, were polite and friendly. I didn’t shop around much, so I don’t know how the pricing compares. But I do know that I couldn’t have asked for a faster, higher quality level of service.I would absolutely recommend AL Rooter and will call them with future plumbing issues.
