Short review:Work, parts and service were awesome and I highly recommend All the Time Plumbing.More detailed review:Im way late on this review, and I apologize to Thomas. We had an leak develop with our old water heater, and needed to replace it. We called All the TIme and they got to us in about 3 hours. After looking at the issue, Thomas went over all the issues found, and showed what was going on and how the leak developed.After going over all the pros and cons for the replacement heater. We went with the Bradford White after looking at performance and warranty.Thomas took off and was back about an hour later with the new tank. Boom!A couple of hours later we had a new tank, all the plumbing was brought up to code, and fully installed.So start to finish about 4 hours. And all in the same day, from first call to completion.Thomas was meticulous in all his work, and the installation was not only well done, but the installation and cleanup were great.I cant say enough about the work, service and appliance work that Thomas did. Cant give more than 5 stars, but would if I could!

Thomas was nothing but GREAT. After searching for a plumber I came across All The Time Plumbing and saw it had great reviews (I now know why) so decided to contact. We needed some work done to get an inspection done by the city and Thomas explained every detail and step by step of what needed to be done. He worked diligently and was always in contact with me throughout the whole process. I recommend this company 100% and will continue to use them if any issue ever comes up again.

Thomas was great. Not only was he cordial, polite and flexible, but he diagnosed my issue correctly (a previous plumber that looked at my problem caused me to get a second opinion). He showed me what was going on during his repair which gave me confidence that his work was not overkill. Thomas Moreno was so kind in helping me with some issues I had. This was my first experience with his company. He helped me winterize my sprinkler system. Thomas also changed the faucets for my washer. He helped find the problem with my shower leaking water in the garage. Another company charged me 245.00, and nothing was solved. Thomas, keep up the good customer service. I would recommend this company highly.

After reading so many excellent reviews about All the Time Plumbing, I called them for the first time with a list of plumbing problems. The owner, Thomas, responded to my call immediately and was extremely professional and polite. He prepared an estimate very quickly, and his prices were reasonable. He answered all of my questions and offered good advice on how to best approach my problems. He even told me that one of my broken faucet pieces should still be under warranty and suggested I call the manufacturer for a free replacement; I made the call, and the part is in the mail. I’ll definitely be calling Thomas for our future plumbing problems and recommend him very highly.

Let me start off by saying I will recommend to all friends and family. I had a wonderful person come out to unclog my dream in my shower and literally in five minutes he unlocked it. I had a previous guy come out to give me an estimate and wanted to charge me $1000 to do a five minute job in this wonderful person that came out today. They didn’t even charge me because it was that simple. Will use them again in future I can give them a 10 star rating. I will give them one.

My wife and I switched over from 2 tank water heaters to a tankless system. All The Time Plumbing owner, Thomas M., and his assistant, were very courteous, personable and explanatory on what the job entailed down to the minor details. They were here for the initial estimate and then the job directly on time and were finished in a very reasonable amount of time with no issues. Plus, the job price was more than fair. I dont mind paying for good, solid, dependable work. Thomas helped again, he came over to my house 2 days ago to check gas leaks my water heater and furnace.Thomas was kind, very honest, and professional. We recently bought this home and within two months we started having the water back up into our sink. We had a plumber come out that ran a machine to fix the problem. So we thought it fixed the problem, but it didnt. We called AHS and they sent out All The Time Plumbing. Their plumber, Brent Beard, not only fixed the problem but did a wonderful job explaining how older homes like ours can build up grease over the years, and to make sure to run hot water for a period of time after cleaning dishes to help keep our pipes free of grease build up. I have used All The Time Plumbing at my home for years, always a great experience! My wife gives them two thumbs up for their customer, service and communication!They have installed a water heater, a steam room, multiple faucet repairs and toilet repairs over the years. Every time they evaluate the problem, fix it and the only time I have to call them back out is for more of their great service.

Last winter our tankless hot water heater was damaged due to the freeze and power outage while we were out of town. Thomas was able to quickly diagnose and replace it. This week I had a plugged sink faucet and he came out on a Sunday morning and solved the problem in 30 seconds (and didn’t even charge me). I did not expect that at all! In a big city it can be hard to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. I’m so glad to have found this one!

All The Time Plumbing winterized my pipes just in time for Thanksgiving. A pipe had burst in the hard freeze, and we had guests coming this weekend. Thomas replaced the piping, added a new valve, and did a very clean wrap of the insulation. 10 of 10 would recommend to anyone.

Thomas showed up on time and was very professional and personable! He put on shoe covers and immediately figured out the problem. He quickly fixed the clog in my pipe and now my sink works again! Hats off to Thomas and All The Time Plumbing!! We called Thomas on Friday morning due to a small water leak outside and he was able to come out the same day! Almost unheard of these days! We had used Thomas and All The Time Plumbing once before in the past to repair/replace 20 plus year-old piping. When he came out it was determined the leak tied in with the work he had done previously. He informed us that the work was still under warranty (a two-year warranty) and there would be no charge. There was no charge for the repair, replacement of the pipe connection, or service fee for coming out to our home. After asking Thomas to please charge us for something (at least a service fee) he stated no and that no charge is what a warranty is about! His integrity and honesty are greatly admired and appreciated. His workmanship and work ethics are honorable and priceless.

All I can say is this company seems to be a class act. Thomas came out to fix our water heater and had it done in no time with no mess left behind. He was communicative and polite. They charged me what was quoted and not a dime more. No hidden cost. that hardly ever happens. I recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.UPDATE: just over 2 years later now Ive had an issue with my kitchen sink and called this company because of the great work they did previously. Thomas and his helper came over and fixed the issue with no problem. They were clean and more booties very professional and polite. He even remembered that we gave him pizza the last time he was here. I thought that was funny. :-) And once again there were no hidden fees, what they quoted is what they charged. So after 2 years I still highly recommend this company.

I had an issue with a leaking pipe. Contacted All the time Plumbing, they came out to assess the problem, FREE OF CHARGE. My tech was Issac, he was absolutley wonderful. He came out during a rain storm. Told me exactly what was wrong, gave me an AMAZING price! He was very kind, professional & knowledgeable. He explained the process, got right to work & finished very quickly. Everything looks great, I have no more leaking, & I got a warranty on the work!! Cant beat that at all! He diagnosed my problem quickly and was confident his repair would fix the leak while the other plumbing company was unsure if the repair would fix the leak and encouraged me to replace the entire shower valve system for 3 times the price. The repair was done is a reasonable amount of time the same day as the diagnostic, will definitely use them again.

They replaced our water heater a couple of months ago and did a fantastic job. We ended up having some issues with our water getting hot, so I called them today, and they came out within an hour to take a look. We recently had our roof done, and they forgot to re-connect our vent that was causing the issue. Thomas did not charge us for coming out. I called, they immediately came and installed a new faucet in order to stop 2 occurring leaks. The install was quick and the technicians were very kind. It all started when I noticed that my water heater was leaking and called the home warranty company and my service request was forwarded to All The Time Plumbing.I contacted company and spoke to Tom Moreno (owner)who scheduled a service call the very next day.The following day the technician Brent Beard promptly came to our house at the scheduled time.He was very pleasant , professional and knowledgeable and after evaluating the problem he determined that the gas water heater needed to be replaced.He communicated the issue with the Home Warranty company and got the replacement approved at a very reasonable cost to me.The very next day they scheduled the installation and Brent Beard performed the install with meticulous care and detail.The heater is located in the attic of our two story house and they made sure to cover the floor to prevent any damage during transporting the heater after removal and bringing in the new heater.Tom Moreno and Brent Beard removed the old heater and carried the new heater to the attic.After installation Brent took extra care to explain operating instructions and preventative maintenance i.e. getting the heater flushed once a year etc.The roofer also came and patched around the vent with Brent overseeing the work.The entire project was quality work performed with honesty and Integrity.I Highly recommend All The Time Plumbing.Rustum Challa

They are reasonable and offer 2 years warranty for their services. I will definitely call them again, if the need occurs.

Before I called All The Time Plumbing i spoke with 3 other companies about my water heater issue. Within 1 minute of speaking with Thomas, he knew what the issue was and was able to fix my problem. I highly recommend Thomas and his team.

Isaac was prompt and quickly assessed the problem and got right to work. As the toilet was upstairs, I asked if he would also remove a portion of ceiling in downstairs kitchen so we could dry out the leak. He did it and asked for a broom to clean up afterward. Replaced the seal, repositioned the toilet and caulked it. Looked great and no evidence of leak after several flushes.Isaac’s estimate was what I paid.What a great experience! Fantastic experience. Our 14yo 40gal tanks were starting to go bad. One developed a very small leak and we fortunately caught it early. Contacted Thomas at All The Time Plumbing and he was at the house within a couple hours to examine and give us a quote. We decided to replace both tanks with a single high capacity tankless water heater. Thomas and his crew were out the next day and got the job done in about 5 hrs. That included removal of old tanks, adding an electric outlet, building rack to mount the unit, rework of the roof for a single vent, installation of a hot water recirculation valve, programming of the unit, testing hot water delivery to all areas and some quick repair work on a shower head & valve. A couple days later got a follow-up call to make sure things were as we expected and to answer any questions.Great work and great customer service. Will keep his name in our vendor file for plumbing work.

I called them and they came out the next day for a bid to redo the pipes in my home on Monday 4/3/23. They came out and seemed nice and said I would get a bid for the job that night.I called early Wednesday (4/5/23) morning and was told they had been busy but they would get the bid out before noon.I sent another email Tuesday the 11th in case there was a true emergency or the bid was in spam or??.Within 30 minutes of posting this I heard back from David that he did send the bid on that Wednesday before noon and for some reason I did not receive it. A copy of the bid was attached to his email.I really appreciate him getting back with me tonight.Jim

Not only is Tom a top-notch professional with years of commercial and residential experience, he is a Master Plumber who has wonderful communication skills, and cares about meeting his customers needs. Over the years weve used several of the larger plumbing companies. These guys almost always recommend new and expensive replacements. Once I found Tom, it seemed he was usually able to repair the problem without an expensive replacement. When our water heaters did need to be replaced, Tom beat the competitions price by an overwhelming amount. He told us he could do this because he doesnt have all the over-head that the big plumbing companies have. We also had Tom install a whole-house carbon-based water filtration system. Wow, no more bottled water or Brita pitchers necessary; our water tastes fantastic coming right out of the faucet! Tom also told us that the whole-house filter system would help prolong the life of our copper pipes. Re-piping a house is so expensive, so I was all for it. Alright, here is my experience with All the time plumbing. We moved into a house with unknown water heater status. We had two of them in our attic and one stopped working. I called AtTP based on a recommendation and Thomas answered and we set up a time for him to come out. I don’t feel 100% comfortable with plumbing so I wanted a professionals input on the repair and possible replacement of a water heater. Thomas came out and after looking was able to explain the cause and got it working again. He was really good at answering my questions in a way I can understand and not selling me something. After I understood what the problem was, I ended up replacing both water heaters with a tankless unit by my choice. Thomas was able to give me all the information and prices and didn’t try to push one way or another. He explained both options I asked for and let me think on it.I usually cringe a little at the thought of calling a plumber because we all expect them trying to hard sell us something. This was absolutely the opposite, he told me what I asked and gave his opinion when I asked. He let me decide.After confirming my choices he called and let me know his schedule of arrival along with sub contractors for roofing and electrical, also to let me know when we would be losing water for the work. We had a great experience with all The time Plumbing recently. They replaced the main water valve of my house that had a leak. They took care of the situation in a professional and timely manner. The owner himself explained the process and how the repairs would be done. Their prices are affordable and their presonnel is polite and courteous, I highly reccomend them.

We had a serious sewer backup issue with our master bath. The first plumbing company I called ran their camera down through a roof vent. When the technician saw a blockage and could not get the camera to go further he erroneously thought that was where the problem was. To fix it he gave me an estimate that would require 30 feet of tunneling.To get another opinion I called Thomas at ALL THE TIME PLUMBING. Good thing I did. Thomas responded quickly. He removed the toilet so as to encounter fewer twists and turns, ran the camera through the blockage and on to the real problem. It was a broken fitting under the house which would only require 12 feet of tunneling and less than half the cost of the the other guys.The project was started quickly and completed in a timely fashion. Thomas kept me informed at every stage of the project, including sketches and camera views of the actual problem.Thomas has the very latest camera equipment that he can guide around the twists and turns of home drainage systems. He also has the expertise and experience to do it, and correctly find issues accurate to fractions of an inch.He was very professional, courteous, efficient and totally committed to fixing our problem.Thank you Thomas. All The Time Plumbing came out to my house to look at my water heater on a warranty call through AHS. The call was assigned to them on a Friday and they rearranged their schedule to come out that same day so I didn’t have to go without hot water for the weekend (AHS only covers Mon-Fri). The tech (Brent) came out and was very polite. After looking at the unit he made the adjustment and walked me through everything. He even gave me additional information to avoid having to make another service call!Fast forward to a little over a month later and my water heater starts giving me issues again. I followed Brent’s advice but could tell it was something a little different. I called All The Time Plumbing and they sent Brent back to my place. Unfortunately, the water heater is a goner and needs to be replaced. Throughout this whole process they have been very upfront and straight forward with me that I fully trust that assessment and don’t feel that I need to second guess them and get a second opinion. I don’t think they’re just trying to sell me a new water heater to make a sale.I haven’t replaced the water heater yet as I want to review and address any underlying issues that caused the water heater to go bad before installing a new unit. I wouldn’t want the new unit to go bad because of the same issue.I greatly appreciate their patience and willingness to explain the situation to me. I would be willing to use All The Time Plumbing again and recommend them.

Excellent service with the best prices! Shower faucet needed cartridge replaced. Thomas came and replaced the cartridge that was leaking. As soon as he put all the things back together other one started leaking. I got the second one next day and he came and replaced that one also for no charge. I got my plumber for life.

LONG REVIEW , BUT WORTH IT IF YOU WANT IT RIGHT!So Id normally rather go back to Afghanistan than deal with my home warranty company and the bottom of the barrel contractors they send to not fix my problems. But, what a fantastic experience with All the Time Plumbing! I will definitely use them every time, from now on.It all starts with the normally dreaded first contact. The man who answered the phone was polite, informative, helpful and easy to understand. He figured out what my issue was and set up a plumber for the next day to replace a part in water heater #1. The plumber showed up on time, was polite, and explained what the issue was and what hed do to fix it...in plain English. He drove to Conroe to get the part and fixed water heater #1 the next morning (and was on time again). While in my attic, he gave water heater #2 a quick inspection and noticed it was leaking and heavily corroded on the top. Again, his explanation and show-n-tell was in plain English, and he recommended we call my warranty company to get water heater #2 replaced.Again, the same man called me back to make the appointment and cleared some of their schedule to get my job done (turns out the helpful guy on the phone is the business owner). My plumber showed up with a new hot water heater the next morning, and had the owner with him to help get it in faster! They had the job done quickly and showed me the original corroded pipes - no doubt I was teetering on having a water heater come down through the ceiling in the near future. The owner also already had a roofer arranged to come out and reseal the venting on the roof to complete the job - price all wrapped into his original charge.After leaving the owner called me twice to check up on the roofer who hadnt shown up yet. He contacted the roofer directly and told him to get it done. The roofer (different independent contractor) showed up and did the job he was supposed to. Naturally, he found some additional terrible problems with my 1st water heater venting that needed fixing. Ok, how much? $165 dollars to pound 2 nails and seal a vent cover. Nope. Ok, Ill do it for your for $100. Now this is the kind of contractor Im used to dealing with! Fine, do it.The owner called me back for a third time that day to ask if the roofer had completed his work and if I was happy. I told him I was very happy from beginning to end with their work. He asked about the roofers work and I said I didnt appreciate the fact that a job cost $165, the 2 seconds later only cost $100. He was very concerned and said thats not the way he did business. After telling me that contractor would have only charged him $50 to do the same job, he said he was going to refund me $50 of the $100 dollars I paid the guy. Seriously? That was a separate contract I entered into with that roofer and not even the owners direct responsibility and he had enough pride in his business and doing things right that he decided to refund me the overpay.I found my plumbers for life. They did great work and made the problems and solutions easy to understand. As importantly, I now know I can trust them which is a true rarity in this arena. Great job guys!

Called this plumber after my fathers sewer wouldnt drain properly. They were fast, on time, very professional, and much cheaper than the company that sounds like Ron Smore. Not only did they get the repair done quickly but followed up several times to make sure we were happy and everything worked as should be. We needed a large section of sewer to be replaced after it was damaged by the natural gas line. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are helping me with a remodel project (move plumbing and install gas line) and its going on plan. In the midst of this Houston had a terrible freeze and they helped me with a broken water riser.Very professional service. They do it right the first time.
