Aquatrails was so professional from start to finish. Iggy was very attentive with every small detail he came across during the home inspection. Very knowledgeable in everything they do and know how to explain and break it down for you with any issues he comes across. Super excellent explaining things that you may not understand on certain things. On top of that, they are super organized when it comes to sending reminders and always on time!

Great company! Called this morning and was able to get same day appt for a clogged toilet. Iggy showed up early and took care of our issue very quickly. We appreciate the updates via texts letting us know he is on his way, when job has been completed as well as willingness to explain to me what they are doing to solve the problem. Highly recommend this business to anyone needing plumbing help!

Izzy communicated so well. He showed up in the time period, even texted us on his way. He showed us the broken part and explained how the part works. He also explained how to run our water softener. His call fee was fair. I’m keeping his number for when we need a plumber again!

I had some issues with my tankless water heater, which Iggy has helped fix. He’s very honest and friendly. While my plumbing issue turned out to be fairly minor, I will be using him for any other plumbing issues that arise.

It was easy to set up an appoint for when it fit into my schedule. Ignacio and assistant were on time (in fact early) and completed the repair in a timely manor. In addition, a complete description of the issue was logged on the invoice. Professional and friendly to boot.

Iggy is great he helped changing a toilet with a broken water tank, the previous company we tried to use told os we had a broken flange and that we needed to remove the tile first replace the flange then the tile. Iggy came and checked and the flange was in perfect conditions it was just the screws. He is really honest and doesnt try to take advantage on you. I will definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need a plumbing company.

This is 2nd time I used AquaTrails Plumbing. Always customer focused and provide professional excellent service. Owning an older home things pop up, AquaTrails is in phone as my go to for plumbing services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We were in the middle of a big move and the valve to the washer water hook up was corroded stuck. They came out within a couple hours and replaced/fixed everything needed so we could be on our way. Reasonably priced for an emergency, quick and efficient.

Totally awesome! Needed toilet repair on a Friday. Immediately answered my call and sent plumber that afternoon. Professional, timely and courteous repair. Over the weekend, I recognized some minor issues. Called Monday, again they answered the phone immediately and had two plumbers come in mid-afternoon. Problem resolved quickly and efficiently. As a senior citizen, Ive had numerous plumbers over my lifetime. Aquatrails is hands down among the best ever!
