The Company was very responsive. Contacted them online and called on Christmas eve about a leak during the 2022 big freeze. Got a call back to schedule within an hour! Set up an appointment for the 26th!Herschel and Jesus were great. Arrived and went to work trying to isolate the leak near my outdoor hose bib. Locating and accessing the pipe provided difficult, but Herschel entertained the idea of accessing the pipe via the small breezeway access from the garage to the house. He was able to enter the space and install a shutoff valve to isolate the leaky pipe and enable us to turn on the water. Definitely above and beyond expectations. Fair price as well. Bruce was very thorough in replacing the innards of the toilet in my bathroom and also explaining to me what was causing the toilet to run on and off. He also did a 19 point check on my 2015 water heater and everything was good. Yeah! I don’t have to replace the water heater! The shower in the guest bathroom was not getting any hot water because the cartridge needs to be replaced. He said it was from lack of use. I’ll just tell my infrequent guests they can’t take a shower-ha! I definitely trust them to be honest and not rip me off, which is not always the case nowadays. Highly recommend his company!

Update (2/19/2021) - Thanks to the advice of Arrow Plumbing, I was able to make it through the 2021 Snowpocalypse relatively unscathed. Had a leak in the garage and called Arrow Plumbing. Had Herschel come out with his helper, Jesus, and together they quickly and professionally got us water back in our house! Even in the midst of their unimaginable pressure and schedule, they still were courteous, timely, and clearly explained all of the options to me. We are so glad we purchased the Diamond Club membership, and will definitely continue to do so!----------------------------------I called Arrow Plumbing for a very minor issue, and they treated it like it was the most important issue on the docket. When they arrived, I was courteously and professionally greeted and briefed and then it was down to business. Before they left, I was given a full recap of the issue, what was done, and what was suggested to be done in the future. Ive known about Arrow for a long time, but never had them come out to my home. Definitely will be using them again.

When I called Arrow, water was coming UP the bathtub drain, filling the tub! They helped me trouble shoot, get the flow stopped and gave clear guidance about what to do/not do until they could get to my house. They came out pretty quickly and fixed a toilet, plus measured and install handicap bars in a bathroom for my father-in-law. They were quick and I felt that they did a good job. Nice clean-cut plumber and got everything done the same day. Will call them again.

Herschel, Bruce and Jesus were very professional and fixed the pipe leak which was assessed by Herschel on March 11, 2019, from our water supply line so we may have water inside the house. Bruce and his assistant, Jesus finished connecting the water supply line even after it got dark, on March 15 2019.After the inspection of the newly installed water supply line, by a city representative, Herschel covered the line as neatly as possible. Only minor landscaping was disturbed, which leads to minor landscaping to fix =).This is the second instance where we needed professional plumbers from Arrow plumbing to handle water pipe issues in our home, and have positive experiences both times.Arrow plumbing has a good crew. Called them up for a clogged drain, could only get next day service in the afternoon. They ran into a bit of a scheduling SNAFU and tried to show up 4 hours early (when we were both away from the house) but then they came at the requested time and did the repair in little time, quickly and professionally. Plumber I dealt with was a great guy. The only reason Im giving them 4 instead of 5 stars was the scheduling mix up and their pricing (Ill ask for a quote before hand next time), the techs that arrived to do the work were 5 star quality and very COVID aware and safe.
