B & C Plumbing

B&C plumbing was assigned by my insurance during a freeze when everyone had plumbing emergencies. Will came on Christmas Eve and stayed until 10pm working while getting multiple calls. He was truly amazing and went above and beyond to get our problem fixed. He then came the next day as well and made sure everything was good. I felt he genuinely cared and wasn’t trying to take advantage of the situation and most importantly took care of the problem in the best way possible. I highly recommend this company.

I had a good experience with this company. They were first to show up when I needed a plumber in this Texas freeze and normal wait times were weeks away. The plumber was professional, personal, and efficient. He even shopped with me as we looked for parts that were so few at the time. Also he helped find and repair a second leak that we found when assessing the first leak. I’d recommend this company to anyone else in need of a decent plumber who doesn’t want to pay an arm and a leg that others are currently charging.

The customer service from B & C was amazing. It was clear to me after the service they performed that they wanted to do the best job that they could for their customers. They have so many jobs to do right now because of the winter storm, but they still took the time to review my feedback and respond to any concerns that I had. I had an emergency, and a Tech named Cody, came at once! I had called two other plumbers first who did not want to be bothered with a little job. He came on a Saturday! The man that came was honest, and very helpful! He showed me how to turn on, and off the system for myself. He also told me information about my unit that I was glad to learn! Thanks guys!
