I absolutely cannot say enough about this company! They came out almost immediately to my home and fixed a problem Knights plumbing had mis-diagnosed, costing me thousands of dollars. They were very professional and thorough! They took their time to make sure they were doing work that actually needed to be done, unlike Knights plumbing. I will be using big John’s from here on out!

My neighbor/friend across the street had a plumbing issue and called out Big Johns for a service call. My daughter has recently started driving and while backing out of our driveway, she backed up into Big Johns van! Not only was this gentleman not upset, but his main concern was for my daughter. She was really upset and felt bad, but he totally made her feel at ease and had the best attitude. VERY RARE these days. After personally speaking to him and wanting to make things right, he just wouldnt accept anything and was more worried about my daughter and her car. IMO, this really speaks alot about Big Johns character and integrity. I asked the neighbors on how they felt of quality of work he performed. Of course everything turned out great. Big John is definitely going in my contacts for any future plumbing needs, and my daughter will definitely triple check her review mirror.

Great and honest plumbing service that is rare to find nowadays. We used them today for the second time, and this time it was a toilet whose water turned hot after a couple of flushes since we bought the house. They told me upfront that it could become costly if theyd have to put a new cold water line down to the toilet, but instead of doing the quick and expensive fix, they spent about an hour to find the issue, which was a cold water pipe being connected to the hot one. Two caps later and the problem was fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new cold water line. Highly recommended!

Big Johns is a no frills plumbing service with exceptional service! John is very accessible. He has visited every job they have done for me ( I dont know if that is the standard practice). His prices wont hurt your pocket! This company is a great value.

I contacted Big Johns to remove and replace a gas water heater. The old water heater was leaking water and was in horrible condition.John and the men working with him were very professional and courteous. They completed the entire job in a little less than two hours. I was very pleased with the cleanup process.

I was going back and forth with our home warranty 3 days with no water, Rescue Rooter tried to cheat my 77 yo dad into an $800 fix by asking him to pay $400 cash up front and he’d go do another job and come back 😐. They denied the claim saying we broke a pipe INSIDE the wall.In comes Big John’s Plumbing to the rescue. 2 hrs later, new shower plumbing, new fixtures only 30% of what the others were charging. We were very happy with the work Big John did. We had not one but two water heaters go out at the same time and John and his crew were able to rearrange some jobs to get the work done in a day. They were professional and timely and replaced both water heaters for less than what another company offered for repairing one of the units and replacing the other for. I would definitely reccomend them for any job you need done.

I recently found these guys when we had the drains backing up for the whole house. They responded quickly after I called and unclogged the drains. They did a professional job at a fair price and communication throughout the process via phone and txt was excellent.We had a water heater fail shortly thereafter and called these guys again. The experience was the same. It is clear to me that great service, at a fair price is what you can expect from Big Johns plumbing! I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Had a natural gas valve installed for a generator. Good price and excellent service. Both the appointment for the estimate and installation were right on time. Everything was done quickly as requested. Good communication via text which I like and prefer.

Took care of the problem in under 10 minutes and gave me a discount for taking care of the problem in such a short time!

Since moving into my first home a few years ago I’ve had several plumbing issues with leaky toilets, the air gap draining water with the dishwasher, the hot water in my tub trickling out while cold water came out fine. My water bill reflected these issues. One plumber said I’d need to re-pipe the house and rip out dry wall and it may be a community-wide issue. I didn’t have money for that and the house wasn’t that old. I sought a second opinion from John and he came in and fixed everything in under 2 hours for a fair price! Very personable, very professional. My new plumber! Thanks again John!

We are very very happy with the work that Big Johns Plumbing did for us, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.Very responsive, did great work, stayed on schedule (and updated via texting) exactly as planned, was reasonably priced, and left the work area spotless.Today we had a problem with our Rinnai water heater after John did vinegar decalcification flush. After the flush, something went wrong as there was no hot water coming - upstairs or downstairs. He called the Rinnai tech support and stayed at site until he and Miguel finally fixed the problem. They almost spent 1 hour extra fixing the hot water problem (the culprit was the turbine which was clogged due to sediments and was not spinning freely and hence impeding the gas flow) and finally fixed He and Miguel never complained and stayed very much focused in solving this problem.John is THE PLUMBER for all our future plumbing needs. We are even going to recommend him to all the members in our subdivision....he deserves more business.

Misrepresented availability. States open 24 hours on information in google search. Not working holiday weekend though.--I updated this from 1 star to 4 star because they saw this review, owned up to it, and was responsive to feedback. Fantastic Company and Honest!I have used several plumbers through the years and every single one lied to me. The last work I had done was by Sam the Plumber who told me AFTER they charged me thousands to replace my main line that the line under my patio they themselves said was find needed to be replaced after all. I to save money tore up the entire patio and saw nothing wrong so I called Big Johns Plumbing out. They confirmed the problem was NOT under my patio but in fact where Sam the Plumber JUST replaced a few months back. I tore up my patio for nothing! Finally Sam the Plumber grudgingly fixed the problem after Big Johns Plumbing stood up for us and the problem was sooooooooooo bad that they had to redo our entire main line AGAIN! Only plumbing company you can trust is Big Johns... trust me!!!!!!
