Talk about service. Bob is amazing. Twice Ive found myself with an emergency situation and Bob was there. He is so professional and easy to work with. He takes a bad situation and gets it turned around. We were impacted by the extreme cold temperatures and like so many others in this area, we had pipes burst. We exchanged a few pictures and Bob assessed our situation. He needed us to demo a wall so he could see the inside pipe. Once we did that, more pictures. He was spot on as to what was required to complete the repair. Then, he said he would try to get us on the schedule. And thats exactly what he did. I have used Bob DeShano Plumbing several times over the last 7 years. Bob has always been extremely professional and conscientious with every plumbing job he has done for us.
