He pointed out that the previous installation ( by my ex-husband) did not involve replacing the hoses, which ultimately caused the new disposal to break. Jared replaced everything, and we truly appreciate his honesty regarding the necessary repairs. Since then, we haven’t had any issues. We can always count on Jared at Capital Care Plumbing. This time, he helped replace a very old garbage disposal that suddenly leaked water all over our kitchen floor. Jared and his helper came the same day I called -- the Friday after Thanksgiving -- and they brought all items needed to replace the disposal (and upgrade to a better, quieter one!) and three corroded valves beneath the sink which were original to the house. In the process, Jared determined we had another leak that may have been there awhile, so we will follow his advice and have the floor of the cabinet checked and treated for potential mold. We thank Jared for his good humor, his quick work, his professionalism, and his concern in doing the work for us cost effectively. Jared and Shelby came out to replace a leaky/busted ceiling pipe. It was old galvanized steel (50 years old). They were professional, timely and upfront about the cost. I felt the cost was reasonable, considering how difficult the pipe was to access. They showed me everything they were doing. I would highly recommend CCP.

And took time to look for a part to change our shower faucet. You guys are the best and so professional! As I was preparing for hurricane Berryl, I rushed and cleaned the gutters. As I did, so, I hear a large clink go down the gutter into my underground drainage system. That’s when I knew I had just lost a very special and sentimental ring. I did everything possible to try to retrieve it, yet I had no luck. We had an emergency with the sewer backing up into our bathrooms today. I called an within about an hour James showed up and quickly resolved our problem. He was super friendly and very professional, very kind and thoughtful. He tried to save my 91 y.o. mom some money by choosing not to put a camera down the pipe first, unless it became necessary. Thankfully it was a relatively quick fix. I feel that he used his judgment based on years of experience to do only what was necessary until something more was needed to resolve the problem. Thankfully it wasn’t necessary and he saved my mom having to spend money when it wasn’t needed. We are both grateful for James’ professionalism and integrity and trying to do the job at an as affordable price as possible for us. He made a very crappy situation not quite so crappy.😄🙏👍🏻

They were also able to provide us a permanent solution to re-route a drain pipe to exterior of the home to prevent re-occurrence of this issue too. Had a garden hose stuck on a hose bib. Needed to cover it before the upcoming freeze (Feb 3rd, 2022)......... Tried to remove the hose with Channel Locks and had the hose bib explode and start spewing water all over. To make things more interesting. The hose bib was also in line with the main water line feeding into the house. (A horrible design idea by the way!) James and Zee with Capital Care Plumbing ended up working out in the cold that night but did a great job replacing/repairng the line. If you need a plumber for an emergency or non-emergency, these are the guys to call!

We had a great experience with Capital Care plumbing. Out of a dozen companies we called, they were one of the fastest to be able to service us. Jared and Cisco did high quality work and were very honest and upfront about all of our options and the most cost effective solutions. Before they did any work, they made sure we were clear on what the cost would be and when they were done, they made sure the area was completely cleaned up. We used them to do work on sink drain pipes, pipe valves, and our water heater. We’ll be calling them again if we ever need anything.

There were more issues than just the plumbing. Jared and Sisco were professional, efficient, and got the job done even though I was the last call of the day and they got done after 5pm. They did a courtesy check on my water heater after I asked them to look at my bathroom faucets, and called back to remind me that they forgot to move the valve to my dishwasher back. Jared allowed me to text his personal cell to ensure that I moved the valve back correctly---and everything is working great!

Bobby did a great job on replacing the membrane and filter on our reverse osmosis water filtration system. He came over beforehand to make sure he could get the right parts and then picked them up and promptly returned and replaced it all. He also helped me in finding and ordering a new sprayer head for our faucet when I was afraid we might have to replace the whole faucet. He took the initiative to find the part number and order it from their supply company. I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

I called Capital Care Plumbing late Saturday afternoon during the July 4th weekend and Zee answered and told me that he could come first thing on Monday, July 4th. On Monday, he texted me to let me know he was on his way and arrived early! He let me know that I needed to replace the water heater (repair cost was about 1/3 the price of a new heater install and mine was one that they had installed almost 15 years ago) and said he could get it right away and have it installed before noon. He came back with Dominic and together they set it up and had it installed in under two hours. They did a great job and I am very happy with their service. There were two point of contacts that I worked with a Capital Care and both were phenomenal.James came out very quickly to look at the work on a hot water heater that was needed and got me a quote quickly as well as a guarantee that the price quoted would not change. Had a hall tub faucet that went out (lever just spun around). Jacob came out analyzed part (Grohe cartridge(mixing valve) so expensive) and suggested I could order it to save some money. The cartridge kept water from running. when it first broke but to get to it and get it out meant it wouldnt stop running now since broken. It meant capping off everything which Jacob did for the same price. Jacob took a lot of time to cap off properly. They installed next week as soon the part came. Had a minor problem with valve direction and indicators. Stephen came out and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem...works awesome.I got an estimate from Stephen on master bath fitting replacement and in the process he fixed the tub faucets Im keeping there that were loose.Probably most customer oriented folks Ive worked with. Also, their prices were the same or better than other estimates I got.

Sewer line started backing up on a Sunday. I called and Jack arrived within 2 hours and cleared line. Unfortunately, the line backed back up a few days later. Jack came back out with a camera, and we discovered a break in the line. Jack made us a priority and made the necessary repairs the same day!! Great professional and knowledgeable technician!!

James from capital care plumbing was fantastic. I needed a inspection for insurance purposes and he was prompt and thorough. He took his time and walked me through the inspection pointing out any current and potential future problems. All in all this was a solid experience and I will definitely use them for future jobs!
