Another excellent job from Carroll’s. Justin quickly and efficiently installed our gas pipe for our new gas oven. He was a really clean worker and left zero mess for me to deal with. I thoroughly recommend this company and they also have Wisetack financing.

Great local plumbing company. Years ago, I had a disappointing experience with one of the bigger plumbing companies so I havent called a plumber since. Carroll Plumbing here fortunately surprised me and did great work. Ill call them every time from here on out.

Life savers!I help a mentally handicapped adult. He had a leak in his house and I was able to get to him around 4:30PM. Turned out the leak was behind the wall. We located the leak and pulled up to a hardware store to hopefully get some guidance on repair. When we saw one of your trucks in the parking lot we felt like it was a sign!I caught the guy in the store and he couldnt have been more helpful! I was hopeful that we could recruit him to help but frankly surprised that he was willing!We are very thankful to him and to your company. My kitchen sink was backing up.i tried every thing i knew to unclog it. A friend recommended Carroll Plumbing. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and was excited that they came Thursday morning. Trey cleared a nasty clog. He also fixed some leaking spigots. Trey was very nice, informative and did a great job. I recommend Carroll Plumbing and will call them again when I need a plumber.

Carroll Plumbing was prompt and courteous. The guys did a great job of explaining and taking care of our issue. They left everything clean and were very fair on their price.

Called and they send plumber Curtis Leptic and his helper to make repairs. They checked the house and water line and discovered a leak in the line from the house to the meter. Dug up the line in the heat of the afternoon and made the repairs. Work was done efficiently and they were friendly to talk to about the repairs. Double checked the repairs and covered the hole. I would highly recommend Curtis for your plumbing repair work.

Mr Lane came out with almost no notice on a weekend, and kept me informed about the issues that turned into major repairs every step of the way. Nothing was a surprise, and he did everything humanly possible to keep the costs down. He and his crew are top notch, and the only guys Id trust to work in my home from now on.

Mr. Carroll always answered my calls. He was very customer oriented and made helpful suggestions. His crerw was friendly and professional. Its not easy these days to find a service company that I would recomend or use a second time but Carroll Plumbing in an exception.

I wondered why they had so many 5 star reviews. Now I know. Robert and Trey came out and fixed our underground water leak. I took them about 10 minutes to pressure test our lines and find the leak. In 3 shovels of mud he found the leak. He said it was luck, but it didn’t look like luck to me. These guys were quick to get here and quick to fix our leak. Thank you so much for saving us! Through a number of reschedulings, they remained responsive, and they responded quickly when it was time to go to work and the work looked very good. Follow up with any service issues has been excellent as well. I highly recommend them if you need plumbing work done.

Paul came out to run a new gas line on a new house. The guy is awesome! He made himself at home with us (which we really enjoy). Didnt balk at our inside animals or the guard dogs outside (its always a pain to have to pen them up when contractors come out). Lots of great conversation, briefly taught me what he was doing and explained the process exceptionally well. He let me hover over his shoulder while working and wasnt afraid to ask for assistance to help (which I also enjoy). He even let my wife borrow some tools to hang a mirror so that I didnt have to walk back to the tool shop. The quality of work was excellent. How excited can you be about a plumber, right? Well, plenty! Over thanksgiving break our tax attorney visited - and two days later (whew!) the shower in the guest bath (in shop building) backed up Oh-oh. 15 years ago we had the same problem. Justin at Carroll Plumbing to the rescue. Dude was on time, knew his plumbing, and was super efficient. Sure, it wasnt free (what is?) and I could have bought a power snake on Amazon for just a few more bucks. But, lookie here: Im turning 75 in a few weeks and two places old men dont belong is on ladders and doing plumbing. So check out Carrolls - tell em you want Justin on your case.

Carroll Plumbing responded promptly to my plumbing event, dispatching a plumber relatively quickly. Curtis arrived on the scene and quickly assessed the situation and immediately went to work. He repaired my ailing shower stem valve in virtually no time at all. My shower is now returned to full operation. YeeHaw! Curtis is our plumbing super-hero!

Had a good experience with their service. They listened to what I thought was wrong and since we are not close to a parts house they brought the part with them. That was the problem, changed the part and back to working. Price was reasonable and fair.

I contacted Carroll Plumbing after the Freeze, we discovered a leak in our water line outside, knowing they would be booked but they showed up a few hours later. My husband had been digging all morning to find the leak and discovered it was under the driveway and knew he couldnt dig through the crushed concrete drive. Paul was the best, fast efficient and very professional. He accessed the situation bid us a price, which was very fair, dug the area up in the driveway and repaired the line. He stayed until the repair dried to check the line and make sure there were no leaks, filled the area back in, he also gave my husband some tips to prevent this from happening again. After fixing an outside spigot that was leaking, we still had water flowing through the system. He checked the other outside watering hoses and the toilet, but no leaks there. He finally asked if I had any more outside spigots on the house. I had not thought of those. Yep, the goats had turned one on and that was the leak. Thank goodness he checked all possible and improbable leaks. They are fantastic!

The technician was here very promptly and completely examined our sewer system.He discovered a break in the line going to the main sewer. There was a lot of sand in the line right after the edge of the house,..Justin found the break in the sewer line and we really appreciate it.

Carroll Plumbing helped me clean up the unacceptable work from a previous plumber who charged me $300, took three hours to install the unit, appeared very anxious the whole time (talking to himself) because he didn’t seem to know what he was doing even asking me for help on placing the gas logs. I told him to follow the directions on the booklet and pointed out the pages that showed placement diagrams. Yet in spite of this, he didn’t placed the gas logs correctly, misaligned the startup button which when pressed appeared to be obstructed and which caused the pilot to take minutes to light. Once lit, the fire log flame would literally just go out. He said he’d come back and fix it in two weeks but still wanted to get paid even though the unit didn’t function properly. He left and called me the next day and said he wanted to charge me $300 to do a gas test and when I asked him how much he would he charge to dismantle the unit and place it in the box, he said he was going to charge a whole lot more than $100.It was then Carroll Plumbing came to the rescue! They noticed the startup button was not alighned, fire logs were misplaced, the pilot was taking a long time to light and then soon thereafter it would go out. They checked my gas lines which presented no issues, they dismantled the fire logs, replaced them in the box and carried the boxes in my car and only charged me $150 for all that work. I couldn’t be happier. They absolutely made my day!! Thank God they answered my call. They’ll definitely be the plumbers I’ll call for all my plumbing needs in the future!

This company is top on my list. We had a new construction job and contacted this company. They came out made a bid and placed all the pluming lines in the slab. Then returned to place the remainder of the plumbing once slab was poured and framing completed. Brent Carroll did a great job and showed up when he was to and called if other jobs or rain didnt permit him to keep the appointment. House is done and moving in shortly. To my knowledge all water running the right way.. I would recommend Carroll Plumbing 100% .

Carrolls is the best plumbing company my husband and I have had the pleasure of using. We had an issue with our sewer line the day before the horriffic ice/snow storm east Texas had seen since 1985. We had raw sewage coming up into our bathtubs and any water drainage came to a sudden halt. Carrolls plumbing came out and found 2 major issues and fixed them as soon as they could get to us due to icy roads and bad weather. They stayed in contact with us to ease our minds that they hadnt forgot about us. When the day came for them to help us, they walked us through every step and what they were going to have to do so there were no secret charges.
