Tiffany got us in the next business day from when we contacted her. Jeremy called on his way in the timeframe Tiffany scheduled. Jeremy quickly assessed our leak in the ceiling and fixed it. He also fixed a valve/hose bib junction. Excellent work, highly recommended.

James from Chaparral Plumbing was recently at my home to check the vibrations and leakage from the outdoor hose bib. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and replaced both the front yard and back yard hose bibs. He also checked the sounds coming from my sink and deducted that the sounds are coming from the AC and advised me to reach out to an AC company. Additionally, he fixed the loose bathtub spout.I am very pleased with the services that James provided. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He also went above and beyond to help me with the AC issue. I would highly recommend James from Chaparral Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.I was particularly impressed with Jamess attention to detail. He took the time to explain the problem to me and answer all of my questions. He also made sure to clean up the work area before he left. This company was the plumber that our builder used. Sadly one of the caps on an unused port in our pex panel leaked about 4mo into owning our home. They came out and tightened the cap. About 3weeks after our warranty ended it started leaking again. You just cant go any more tight on these panels since they are plastic. They diagnosed that it was a bad panel and was warped so the seal on the port was bad. They replaced our pex panel a couple weeks out of the builder warranty. They stand by the warranty w/ the builder. Good work and good people who who stood by there work to fix something out of both of our control.I later used them again to add a hose bib in the garage.I would use them again.PS water sensors are your best friends, I highly recommend putting them in all water areas in your home; behind toilets, under sinks, any water pan etc.. They can save you a ton of money and catch leaks before they cause any damage.

James has fixed several new build issues for our home, and is always kind, quick, and efficient! He also explains the issue, and what you can do to avoid it, and how to fix minor issues without anyone needing to come out!
