In May 2024, our home was hit by a tornado. Lost power, parts of the roof - lots of damage. Very spotty cell service.The main water pipe on the side of the house was fractured by the storm so add having no water to the list of issues. That was Thursday. The next day we were able to reach Clarke Plumbing and they were able to come out in 30 minutes to fix the pipe. Water service was restored. The availability of Clarke Plumbing was remarkable; other plumbers were not available for several weeks.December 2024 - we smelled gas in the attic and the garage. Centerpoint confirmed that there was a gas leak somewhere in the line, removed the gas meter on the house and shut off the gas service. No heat or hot water, which are premium items in Texas on a frigid 60º day. Clarke Plumbing arrived the next day, identified where the leak was and fixed it. Very prompt. Very professional. Very reliable. Gas service was restored and my wife and I managed to avoid getting frostbite. Our water heater went out late on a Sunday night and when we called, Clarke Plumbing took our call right away. They were very professional, very understanding of our urgency to get it fixed quickly and assured us they would be out as soon as possible. The technician on site assessed the problem, advised all steps they would be taking to fix/correct and what all needed to be replaced prior to starting any work. Their team worked quickly and had the job done in no time. Thankfully we had hot water without fail that next day! I’m not even sure where to start! We have used them for all of our plumbing needs and couldn’t be more thankful for their services. They are so honest and do amazing work! They have replaced our entire gas line (at such a good price), fixed our toilet overflowing, helped unclog a clogged kitchen sink, and fixed our hot water pipe in the kitchen. This company is amazing and saved me a lot of stress. First, I had used Angie’s list to have faucet replaced by who I thought was a plumber. Unfortunately my faucet was not able to be replaced along with a long list of other issues and I was scared that my hot water heater would get damaged. I found Clark plumbing in my google search. It was well into the evening and they took my call and tried to help me over the phone and didn’t rush me. I was so nervous but they helped me have a peace of mind. I asked for them to come and finish the repairs and they showed up and did an amazing job. I am very grateful for them.

Contacted Clarke Plumbing to propose fixing a cracked spigot pipe exiting my home. I was able to send them pictures and within an hour the owner arrived and fixed the leak and replaced two spigots. They were very professional, did a great job and were very competitive with their pricing. I would highly recommend anyone

It was Christmas Eve with freezing weather and we had a water pipe burst that went to our pool. Made 2 other calls for plumbing companies and no one was available. When Clarke plumbing was reached they were very accommodating and were able to send a crew out right away which was great since we had to shut off our water to the house. After finding our problem and letting us know what was required they were able to start the repair and replace the pipe right away. Their crew worked quickly and their work was very clean and the job was complete with no time wasted. Clarke Plumbing was very reliable and I will be calling them for any future plumbing problems.

Excellent people. When my water heater went out I called them at 7am expecting to get a voicemail and someone answered the phone immediately. She helped me work out the issue and (since the unit wasnt that old) even helped me determine if it was under warranty. It wasnt. They gave me up-front pricing options and even said to keep the cost down theyd come install a unit if I had it on premises for them. Saved hundreds as a result. What sold me on this company for my future needs is what they did when they were in my home. They laid down waterproof tarps, wore protective shoes, and cleaned anything they dropped as they switched out the units. AND they were actually employed by Clarke, not guys who were installing roofing the day before and today are doing water heaters. I highly recommend.

Really great experience with these guys! Theyre a small family business, very easy to communicate with, came out the same day, and charged fairly. I had a not-straightforward repair on an old shower and Matt & Laurie were so patient and diligent in diagnosing and fixing it, where I feel like another company might have given up and charged me for the service call anyway. Very happy to have found them.

10/10 experience!After our bathroom shower and sink both started leaking I was dreading having them fixed thinking dealing with a plumbing company would quickly become an expensive ordeal. I found Clarke plumbing and am SO THANKFUL! They answered my call on the first try, came out to give an estimate the same day, and were repairing our leaks just a few days after! They spent time throughly explaining what our issues were, gave us options, and all around simply made me feel incredibly comfortable. My wife and i were thoroughly impressed with Lori and Matthews professionalism and punctuality. We were highly impressed the first job of installing gas line at meter for generator that we called them back to remove and replace main water shut-off valve that would not completely close off water to house.Once again great job and professionalism. We have used these terrific plumbers on multiple occasions, always with excellent results - really quality work done by knowledgeable professionals (Matt is a Master Plumber, and that is obvious). Services performed at various times were a tankless water heater install with complex repiping, dishwasher install, gas lines for new utilities, and an emergency broken water pipe replacement. Costs were always a great value, well explained.
