I am so glad I called Cooper Plumbing to replace my exterior broken pvc and shutoff valve. After plumber Carlos arrived and evaluated the issue, he determined water supply to my condo and other 9 units would have to be shut off. He waited 15 minutes so I wouldnt have to reschedule until HOA gave approval for emergency shutoff. He replaced the weatherized insulation when complete. Previously I called another well-known plumbing company for the pvc pipe leak and was charged at least 3 times what Cooper Plumbing charged.

I had a sewer backup into my bathtub 🛀 due to a live oak tree finding my sewer line to get water during the drought and the roots that grew into the sewer line caused a clog and thus, backup. Thank you Cooper Plumbing for being eager and available to take the job, being fairly priced, and finishing the job well and in a timely manner! 👍

Technician Warren arrived within the scheduled time frame and quickly resolved my issue - I had been struggling to remove my old kitchen faucet, stuck on a single mounting nut. Warren suggested cutting the wires, which I hadnt considered, and offered quotes to either complete the installation or let me continue my DIY project. Cooper Plumbing was a LIFESAVER!!!! We were in a bind with a faucet that was completely out of control. It was late at night so I wasnt sure what to do. We needed someone asap! I was sitting on my couch one afternoon when I heard a rumbling coming from a nearby bathroom. I found that sewer gas was bubbling up into the bowl. This continued for a couple of minutes, then happened again a half hour later. In my mind I’m thinking ok, it’s gas now but what’s coming next? Somewhat panicked I called a couple of plumbers I’d used before but neither could come out quickly. I found some good reviews for Cooper and called them. I talked to Jeremiah who put me on the schedule to have the mainline cleared. He talked me through what might be happening and answered a bunch of questions to the point where I was satisfied I wouldn’t have sewage coming up through the drains. Warren came out and assessed the situation. Through all of this the drains seemed to be working properly, which was also Warren’s conclusion. He explained that he’d be happy to run an auger or camera through the lines and gave me pricing for each, but noted that with the drains flowing freely it was likely that if there was a clog it had cleared itself already.I appreciate their honesty, promptness, fair pricing and communication. I will call Cooper again.

They were able to send someone out within the hour. The plumber looked at the job and gave his estimate. Once approved, he was able to get the job done quickly. Only negative would be the cost. Cost is based on the job and not how much time the plumber will need to fix the job. Overall, happy with the service.

Highly recommend this plumbing company! We requested a plumber at 1:40 and had one at our door at 2:00! It turned out to be a worse clog than we realized and Warren worked his @$$ off for over an hour. We had a different plumbing company out before for the same clog and they just did an auger one time and left (and of course the clog returned) but Warren made sure clear water was coming from the clean out pipe in the back yard and that the drain was actually cleared. Extremely hard worker and obviously a well run company with their fast response time and clear communication. They had similar pricing to the other plumbing company but were better in every way.

On time all 3 visits. Found difficult part quickly. Sharp plumber. All good. Not cheap.

WE left a message on their web sight stating the issue and the work we wanted done.They (Cooper Plumbing) responded that night and indicated they could meet with us the next day at a specified time.They showed up at the specified time and began diagnosis.They verified diagnosis three times before proving an estimate, no trip charge was involved.The problem was the sewer line from the house to the city line moved thus our plumbing would not drain.They got a crew out and fixed the problem the same day.They ran into something unexpected but did not increase the estimate.Mr. Efrain Munguia was in charge of the job and he kept us informed at every step of the process and provided before and after pictures.They left no mess.The estimate thus final bill was reasonable compared to other estimates.The payment process was on line and extremely user friendly.We gave a five star rating for the following:1. Immediate feedback upon our initial request.2. They showed up on time.3. They troubleshoot the problem 3 times to verify the issue correctly.4. They communicated at every step of the process.5. I called a few places regarding my slow draining shower and Jeremiah at Cooper Plumbing was helpful from the moment he answered the phone. He was able to get me on schedule that day and worked around to when I would be available.Luke our technician was wonderful. Very nice, respectful, and tried to keep things as clean as possible so we wouldn’t have much to clean. He fixed our issue in no time and now we can shower without water rising. I have changed my review to 5 stars. My original review regarding my water heater wasnt very fair, plus I recently contracted them for another project and I am very happy with it. A few months back I hired Cooper Plumbing to fix my water heater. Due to the water heater being well over 10 years old, the tech told me that it was a better option to replace it all-together. Which I did. The two guys that came worked very hard to get that new heater installed in a hot third story attic. They were very professional and friendly, and did a great job. Almost a year later, I called them to replace a kitchen sink. Luke (one of the two guys that came to work on the water heater several months ago) came alone this time and worked hard to replace my kitchen sink. He explained to me everything that needed to be done and got to work. He also kept making sure that I was happy with the work. Consequently, it is Lukes professionalism, friendliness and work that exceeded my expectations, that made me change my review. All in all, I am happy with the work Cooper Plumbing has done, and will definitely keep calling them for my future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I have used Cooper Plumbing and both times have been great. The first time was to clear a main drain and the second time was to repair a shower. Tenant said that no water was coming out of the sink faucet. Called Cooper and they came out the same day. Turned out the battery was dead for the motion sensor on the faucet, which they fixed easily. There was no charge and I loved that customer service. Will definitely use them again.

I love their use of technology with accurate updates on arrival times via text, fast responses, punctual arrival and quick completion of a small project fixing a broken PVC pipe section between the water main and the pressure vacuum breaker. Emergency repairs to water main entering the house and it’s connection to the irrigating sprinkler system. The connection between the galvanized steel into the home and the PVC piping to irrigating sprinkler system had failed. This became a problem when trying to dismantle the galvanized material and the scope of repairs spread into the house and then the attic until a suitable threaded connection was found to which they could make good connections to. Luke Potter, the young man who was the attending plumber from Cooper Plumbing was very professional, neat and clean in his work and did not look at his watch once as the problem spread into the house and he knew he was keeping their next customer waiting. He stayed with it until everything was checked and tested and we were satisfied. I found him to be knowledgeable and happy to educate me (and I am always ready to learn) when I asked questions about the equipment or the material he was using or how things were done.I would certainly recommend his services to anyone.

My subdivision decided to do some plumbing work and cut the water off for a whole day. I got home from work unaware of this. I heard water sounds in my kids bathroom and I founded flooding. Worse feeling ever. The sink overflowed over the counter and leaked to the whole bathroom. The water was almost getting to the hallway. I put towels all around to hold the water. Not knowing where to find a plumber, Googled and found Cooper Plumbing. I like the high reviews. I called them and Jeremiah offered to send a person right away. He sent Zach Todar. He was very organized, cleaned and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and about 15 min after, Zach had the situation under control. He explained to me why this situation happened and he taught me a couple of tricks I need to do so this situation would never happen again. Not only he was great at his job, but taught me how to keep the pipes from braking again. The price was incredibly reasonable. I sure found the plumbing company I will call, if I’m ever in need again. I give them all 5 stars!

Was very happy with their prompt service. We didn’t need an immediate repair, but they were able to schedule very soon after I reached out. Travis was responsible and professional, handling our valve repair as soon as he could locate the part. Wish the price had been lower, but we do understand that plumbing can be a costly repair. Our pipes burst due to the big freeze from the storm. The day that I called Cooper Plumbing to inquire about their wait time was the same day they were able to secure an appointment for us, and repair all the burst pipes in our home. We were prioritized because we were one of the homes in the neighborhood that did not have running water. Jason made absolutely sure that we had running water before the day was over. 11/10 would recommend. Very organized, excellent communication. Their actions and service make you really feel cared for.

Plumber was great. On time thoughtful. Nice guy. Only thing i found lacking was charging almost 200 bucks for 6 dollar valves. 2 of em..i bought wrong size. 600 bucks to install a 1 hole faucet?? 1 hour?? Hmmmm....

Had two technicians out to repair a gas leak in our hot water tank. They were thorough and communicated well, so I knew exactly what was needed and repaired. Great price and they even helped me screw in some loose sink plugs— on the house!

We had an amazing experience with Cooper Plumbing! We had an emergency with a giant leak in our kitchen from a pipe in the wall that was spilling through to the downstairs and the external wall. Jeremiah was quick to respond and worked hard to find the source of the leak. (It was in the worst possible spot.) He was pleasant to work with the entire time, as it felt like he spent the entire day at our house. After fixing the busted pipe at an extremely reasonable price, he recommended another amazing company who is now helping us with repairing the extensive damage caused by the leak. They were excellent from start to finish. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to request someone to come out to look at my hot water heater. They were able to come out Thursday morning. Efrain sent a text to let me know that he was on his way. He was professional as well as thoughtful. He gave me the option to repair or replace the hot water heater. I did not feel pressured to replace it. The hot water heater was greater than 20 yrs old. I had it repaired it about 3 months earlier. I knew I needed to replace it. He explained all of the details involved in replacing the hot water heater. I have shelving that would need to be removed in order for them to replace it. Efrain let me know that it would not be a problem to remove the shelving and replace it after the job was done. He arrived on time the next day with a fellow co-worker. The job took about 4 hours. They did a great job replacing the heater and the shelving. After the job was done, Efrain took the time to explain the care of my new water heater. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing.

Our plumber was excellent. He repaired our faucet and gave us a lot of valuable information. Hes a very engaging person and its obvious that he loves his work.

Great experience, from scheduling to the gentleman coming out to perform the work. Swapped from dual drain sink to a single, new faucet and new disposal installation. Very quick, well done. Price seemed high but you get what you pay for these days, so I still chose them and happy with the outcome.

Before, the bathroom smelled of sewage even when spotless. The guys came out and quickly replaced the wax ring on our toilet, which solved the problem. They were on time to the job, worked quickly, and left the work area clean. They were also super friendly and clearly explained their process, no surprises. The ring replacement came with a 90-day warranty in case the smell comes back. So far, so good!

I chose Cooper Plumbing because they were located nearby, had numerous great reviews, and their website indicated that they were very familiar with tankless water heaters. A real person answered the phone (shock) and was able to schedule my appointment for the same day. Luckily, Travis was my assigned plumber. He was knowledgeable and patient as I explained my problem and was able to explain in layman’s terms the possible solutions. He started with the least expensive and it solved my problem. I can’t comment on how their prices rate with other companies but can only imagine less reputable companies/plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior female to do more than necessary to increase the expense. It’s refreshing to find a company like Cooper Plumbing and I will definitely be calling them for any future needs. If all their plumbers are as personable, qualified, and competent as Travis, I will feel confident in using them again.

I texted Cooper Plumbing on Sunday afternoon because of a water leak. They responded immediately and said they had an opening the next day. I called in the morning, was put on the schedule, and later that afternoon had someone at our house.Travis, the plumber who visited us, was exceptional.He arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what the problem was and how to resolve it. For every step he took to repair our shower and faucet, hed let us know what he was doing and why he was doing it. The prices were fair and Travis was trustworthy, which is hard to find nowadays. Id absolutely call Travis and Cooper Plumbing again.

My sewage line backed up in mid April during this insane pandemic, flooding my bathroom. The first plumbing company I called couldn’t come out that Sunday night - saying earliest they could do was Monday afternoon - which obviously was super unhelpful. I ended up calling Cooper Plumbing and Jeremiah immediately tried to help address the issue. He ended up coming out that night, recognizing it was an emergency, and went out of his way to find the equipment he needed to resolve the root of the issue. The price he quoted was also super reasonable and later he also came out to replace part of my sewage pipes. Because there was a lot of water damage he even recommended another company to come do the clean up and restoration and they also did a great job at a reasonable price.I was consistently impressed with his professionalism, but also his genuine desire to help resolve the issue. He wore a mask so did all of this safely given the COVID-19 situation, and I just was so grateful to the service he provided during this stressful time. This whole experience made me appreciate smaller businesses so much more because it was clear he takes pride in his work. Would definitely reach out again if I needed anything else plumbing related.

I liked the way I received text updates about the appointment being scheduled, plumber being on the way, etc. I would recommend. (Yes, plumbers are pricey but any significant work will be)

They responded very quickly to an inquiry on Yelp and had prompt availability for a plumber to come out. We had a dripping bathroom faucet; the plumber was on time, pleasant, went out to the store to purchase the part needed to repair, and returned same day to complete. Was charged $300 which seems steep but overall had a good experience and would use them again.

I am a big fan of Cooper Plumbing and cannot recommend them enough! In the last year, I’ve call them 3 times for 3 different issues and all 3 plumbers were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Scheduling a service call was also quick and easy and I was taken care of right away. Recently, I had a clogged kitchen pipe from putting too many cucumbers down the disposal and James took care of it quickly. The first time, it was a toilet flapper and Scott showed me how to replace it myself since I wasn’t ready to replace an old toilet. Since I was paying for a service call and didn’t have them do the work, Scott also answered my questions about the plumbing considerations of a bathroom remodel. The second time I had a leaking kitchen sink and it turned out that I needed a new faucet. Travis had the perfect one in the truck and replaced it quickly. But when he re-entered my house, he said he smelled gas. I thought I’d been smelling gas for months, but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Then, I couldn’t smell it, so I forgot about it. It turns out there was a leak in my gas fireplace, which explained my headaches, and Travis repaired the pipe. I didn’t realize that when you had a gas leak, a plumber is who you called. This detection saved me a lot of money by not calling the gas company, which I learned would come out, turn off the gas and then you still have to call a plumber to handle the repair work. I feel so fortunate Travis noticed this gas smell – it could have led to all kinds of problems undetected. Not knowing anything about plumbing, I really appreciated their patience with my many questions. They are honest and fair and could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but didn’t. This company has integrity and is very good at what they do. I won’t hesitate to call them for any future needs.

I was impressed with techs honesty regarding clogged shower and tub drains and that due to design defect, he could not guaranty repair would not leave damage to coverings. A totally great experience with Cooper Plumbing. Jeremiah was the plumber that came out to find and repair a water line leak between water meter and house. This was on a Sunday afternoon and there was no extra charge for weekend service. He quoted a price for detecting the leak (where it was) and a quote for repairing; time was not a factor in the cost. Jeremiah will be taking his masters test later this year and displayed his master techniques throughout. I observed the whole process and was given very clear explanations of all that he was doing. He worked very efficiently, was extremely friendly and respectful. I cannot imagine a better plumbing experience thanks to Jeremiah. I will certainly ask for him for my next plumbing need and you might consider doing the same. You wont be sorry.

I was having problems with clogged toilets and I was able to get an appointment right away. Members were considerate of my need to work while there. The problem was solved initially, but it came back the next day.I called back to explain the problem and the crew returned. I recently purchased a townhome and was worried about some potential plumbing issues. David came out and diagnosed the problem, and while he was here, he also took a look at several other things that were listed in the inspection report. Turned out I needed a new water heater (which was not a surprise). He gave us a competitive quote for replacing it, and a couple days later, he and DJ delivered and installed it. Their work was thorough and detailed, and they never hesitated to talk through and address any concerns that I had. Highly recommended.

I had Cooper Plumbing replace the ball value on the main line coming into the house, as the old one the handle had rusted. They were quick and very professional. While I thought they were a litte pricey, the work quailty was excellent and I would use them again.

I have leak from showers and try to call on Saturday and they responded quickly and very professional over the phone and scheduled for two days after. As per slot they arrive on time and inspected all our showers determined its not from shower drains rather shower wall sealant crack. They almost spent about hour and give their report and charged as per promised, very reasonable. I definitely recommend Cooper Plumbing for any of the plumbing issues.

Alright. This is long, however, I gotta share the full story.I called this company because my water heater wasn’t working. They sent someone pretty much as fast as possible and immediately diagnosed the issue. The guy that came out, his name is Scott. He gave me a very detailed explanation as to why an 18 years old WH was no longer gonna cut it.So he gave me a quote, explained the charges (pretty much itemized it) and sent me a, IMHO, very low diagnosis fee.I did end up with 3 other quotes, two from a franchise plumbing co and the other was a friend of a family member. Two came out higher and one lower than Cooper Plumbing. I was sold with the conversation with Scott. So I spoke to my wife and we decided let’s do it.Today, I called Cooper Plumbing and spoke to Jeremiah to ask a couple more questions. He answered them very thoroughly and reassured me of our decision. I didn’t feel like he needed to “sell” me their services. He just gave me the facts and was honest about the work. We set up the appointment for today and Scott and DJ show up right on time with everything in hand ready to go.Performed the work in 2 hr and 38 mins… everything was done cleanly and efficiently. We had a great conversation, DJ deserves a raise for being hysterical and putting up with my pestering.Now I’d like to give it up to Scott. This young man handled his job like a professional. He basically gave me a college level training and explanation on all the work he did and how he did it. I had a leak in the waterline from the city main line to my home. Cooper Plumbing LLC sent a tech out the morning after I contacted them online. The tech was unable to turn off the main line, so the city had to come in and replace the shutoff valve that evening. Cooper was back out that next morning, replaced the cracked line and cleaned up the area. Tech was polite, kept me informed of what was going on and gave me an upfront estimated quote. He was right on the quote when the job was done.Will definitely use Cooper Plumbing LLC if a plumber is needed in the future.

The guys were friendly and quick. Kitchen sink was clogged real bad - 15 foot into the kitchen sink drain line. They cleared the clog with the snake and had me all taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I would call these guys again. Fair price too! I was able to get service the same day I called.

I cant recommend Copper Plumbing enough!!! They absolutely rocked it for us today at my mothers house. We brought my moms dogs back to her house today in preparation for her discharge from the hospital only to find a big water spot on the ceiling and wet carpet due to a clogged AC drain line. Coopers representative David and his coworker arrived in 15 minutes, quickly diagnosed, and resolved the problem.

When the initial pipe repair that Cooper had done revealed an additional leak, they came right back even though it meant being on the job until 11:15 pm. Despite the late hour, and the fact that they squeezed us in to begin with, they didn’t charge OT for problems resulting from 2021 winter storm Uri. Their technician, a family member recruited from out of state to help handle the local crisis, was professional and personable. The owner runs a tight ship and uses efficient systems. This is a service provider to know.

As a native Houstonian and over 50 if have used a lot of plumbing companies. These guys are now my go to plumbers. Courteous, punctual, professional, and more than just fair on their pricing. I had a water leak from the main to the riser, and Cooper Plumbing was quick to respond. They also explained everything in detail. I would use them again in the future.

They performed a total house re-pipe and I am so absolutely impressed with David and DJ, they were kind, they were on time, they were fair, they were knowledgable and professional. I had no worries. I could even leave the house gave them the key knowing full well that they are taking care of things. They worked so hard to get my house (with a very narrow and impossible attic) done, they didnt cut corners, and they explained every question that I had, making sure it was done right. I am going to recommend them to my entire family, and friends because they did such an excellent job for me and I rarely write reveiws. I recommend them highly, way beyond 5 stars

I have used cooper plumbing and one thing that I really like besides the fact that our last name is the same, is that Jeremiah was very professional when helping us. He told us exactly what was going on with our pipe lines . I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for good work and somebody who will fix anything without messing up your pipe lines .

Nobody likes to wake up to a major water heater leak, especially when you are home recovering from Covid 19. We have a great AC/Plumbing guy. We called him based on the great job & value we got from his company for our new HVAC. He was all about doing the job, until I admitted that we were sheltering in place with Covid 19 but the Heater was out in the garage. He told me to call him back when we were certified well. That was never going to happen. We researched Made in USA Water Heaters which led us to Bradford White. From there we looked for authorized dealers, which led us to Cooper. From that moment I spoke with Jeremiah, I knew we had found our new Plumber. As the Water Heater was in the garage, and us inside the House, he saw no problem with taking care of business. 2 Days later Hot Water in place, according to Code, and working. --Delivered and Installed by Professionals, a Fair Price, the old Water Heater Hauled off, and he accepted our Credit Card there after instal and inspection. I called Cooper Plumbing on a Saturday because my kitchen sink was not draining. A plumber was able to come out that afternoon and unclog the sink. He was very professional and answered all the questions I had.Very satisfied!

Travis and his team did a great job changing the design of our circulation line system. I previously had a system that used a valve to allow for use of the cold water line to circulate hot water to the master bathroom. Travis redesigned the system to have a dedicated line for the circulation of the hot water system. This is a much more reliable system. They were professional and performed good work the right way with consideration for future servicing. I highly recommend these folks.

After 16 days with no water, being rescheduled three times by Abacus with whom we have a maintenance contract, and contacting 8 other plumbers, a real person answered our distress. Jonathan and Benjamin were here within hours and fixed the broken pipe. They were here 2 1/2 hours, checked every water source in this 44-year- old house and left us with running water. Water pipe leak well repaired. Apparently original construction was weak and easily broken. Quick response. very capable plumber came to make the repair.
