Simply the best. Had a pipe burst and called. They were there within the hour and right to work. Very good on price. Lower than what I expected. Very professional and neat. Ive used Emets Plumbing twice. Both times they were out the same day, within a few hours, to fix the issue. The last time they came out to our rental property we needed a gas check for the gas company. Ms. Julie talked us through the entire process and what to expect from their side and the city. We had our gas permit within 24 hours. We will definitely be using Emets in the future.

Julie runs the place so her guys worked at my 96yo moms home. You know that takes kit gloves. They worked one time one broken water line and next time a gas leak. Today they are being asked to unclog the drain. Great communication skills, good manners, good work ethic. What else could a plumber need to have a truck with every tool imaginable. Im a realtor. I called Emet on a Saturday for a plumbing repair of a backflow preventer. He was able to get a crew out to the home on the same day. He and his crew were honest, punctual, and professional. He actually discovered it was just an adapter that needed to be replaced instead of the whole system. Some plumbing companies will gouge you on a repair like this and force you to buy the whole system. His crew actually waited until the glue dried completely at the connection to ensure the job was complete. Ive hired several plumbers over the years in my line of work. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Excellent! Emet and team saved the day for our sewer reroute project. They offered creative cost-saving solutions when other companies did not. Other plumbers insisted we jackhammer our driveway to dig the reroute that would have cost thousands of dollars in unassociated repair. Emet offered to burrow underneath the driveway causing no damage at all. Every aspect from the initial inspection, digging, plumbing reroute, and coverup was exceptional. Courteous, professional, and a perfect job. These are our plumbers from now on!

I priced half way decent heaters at about $600. The last one we bought from Home Depot lasted about 5 years. Thats unacceptable. I priced different handy man prices for removal/installation, connection supplies and warranties. Emets Plumbing still came out cheaper! As an additional bonus: from start to finish, their service was exceptionally professional and fast. I will second the statement that one next door neighbor made: they are amazing! We had a clogged main late at night and Emets Plumbing was the only company to actually answer their phone and have someone available within the hour. Emet showed up first to let me know the tech was 10 min away with the machine and they had the clog cleared quickly. He was very kind the entire time. I have had need to use Emet’s Plumbing for several issues. I always go back because I am so pleased with the service and the work. This week my garbage disposal died. They came same day, we’re professional wearing their masks and booties, fixed it in the one trip and charged a fair price. They have replaced a hot water heater and a garbage disposal in the past. Emet’s has done several jobs for me over the years. They do the work for reasonable prices. Usually the service is great. I have had an instance where something wasn’t done to my liking and gave them a call and it was resolved quickly and to my liking.I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

I am pleased to write a 5-Star Review for Emet’s Plumbing! I first called them (highly recommended by friends in my community and neighborhood conversation board on Facebook) on New Year’s Eve 2019, when a (turned out, quite large) plumbing issue decided to visit my home. The issue continued into January 2020 for completion. My second encounter (July 11, 2020) was to evaluate whether my aged hot water heater could be, under Emet’s evaluation and guidance, fixed or needed to be replaced immediately. My third reach out was to seek their help in wrapping several exposed outdoor pipes (and assess whether anything within the attic was needed on this front too), with time ticking for the arrival of the “Polar Storm” in our area (February 2021). My most current call (January 6, 2022) was to report I didn’t have hot water, and Emet’s addressed immediately under warranty (but concern for availability of part in current supply chain issues all manufacturers are facing). This was fixed in less than a 24-hour turnaround from my initial call.Emet’s Plumbing is a FAMILY business, and they have treated me as family. They respond rapidly, and assess what can be repaired vs. what (and why) a new part or a new plumbing-related necessity (such as hot water heater) needs to be chosen. They have been kind, patient, and expedient amid my stressors with the plumbing-related issues at hand. Also, what speaks volumes, is that the same 2 technicians have been involved and remained on staff in carrying out fixes, replacements, freeze-prevention boosts, and the like, for my home. They are knowledgeable, expedient, and kind/respectful.I give my solid recommendation. Also, I add, as new queries pop up on my neighborhood conversation board and someone asks for “recommendations for XX plumbing issue,” greater than 90% of responses say “Emet’s Plumbing!”

Due to the freezing weather we experienced a pipe burst outside. As a result we had to shut off all water to the house. This occurred on February 16th. We contacted Emet’s Plumbing, who do the circumstances could not come on that day. We did schedule an appointment for the 17th. They were able to come earlier than anticipated. They identified the problem and was able to fix the pipe and we were able to turn on the water to the house. Emet’s is one of the most professional, trusted and customer friendly service providers we have dealt with This is not our first time using them, and we will continue to use them. Emet and his team did a fantastic job on our water heater replacement! I had bought a third party part to try and fix it myself, and Emet tried to use it but showed me where our water heater was actually busted. They were in and out very quickly and made sure we got hot water. The card afterward is a great touch that I wish more people did.Emets pricing was well below the other plumbers and waaay below home depot!

Water heater busted a leak right before Christmas, needed to be replaced. Emmets was fast and responsive!! Got everything done in one day and let me make a down payment and finish the balance in weekly payments. Very generous considering it was Christmas. We had an emergency with our water heater leaking into our house (from the attic above the 2nd story, all the way down to our kitchen). My husband went to the Home Advisor site to find a reputable plumbing company who services our area. He inputted his name, email & phone number in Home Advisor, then clicked on Emets Plumbing, which was one of the plumbing companies listed, and had all good reviews. We immediately received a call from Emet! This all was happening at 6:30-6:45 in the morning. He gave us a price on the spot, and had a crew at our house by 9:30 a.m. the same day. They removed the old water heater, replaced it with the new water heater (including hooking back up our recirculating pump), cleaned up and hauled away our old water heater, and were out of our house by 12:15. We are very happy with their quick response and excellent service.

Changing out faucets in the guest bathroom hours before having overnight guests. Shut off valves both started leaking when I turned water back on. Called and got an immediate response and Erick was at our door in an hour (this was an after hours call too!). Very polite and professional, maintained a clean work area around the sink and replaced shut off valves. Cleaned the work areas once the job was done. Highly recommend!

I dont do reviews often, but this company is awesome!! I called them late one night after a drainage backup in my newly purchased home. They answered, listened to my concerns, and came out right away. They diagnosed a problem that 2 separate plumbers had missed...tree roots had ruptured my line. They searched my drains using a camera and was quickly able to locate the disruption. Though they had to dig down more than 3 feet to fix it, they did it!! And even laid down sod to facilitate my lawn regrowth. I am truly a happy customer!!! I cant say enough about them. The repair price was reasonable and fair. I will do business with them again!!!

They responded to a call from my home warranty company. The first time they came I out I was impressed with their professional appearance of their uniforms and their truck. Called Julie yesterday about a kitchen draining concern. Scheduled was prompt and crew was on time. Explained my concern to them about my draining and had just recently installed new faucet and disposal myself and was beginning to wonder if I had installed incorrectly? Both of the gentlemen were very polite and said not to worry it was done correctly and that “I hadn’t caused any of the draining issues” explained than it was most likely just years of buildup in this kitchen line. We agreed to snake the line to the main. Once completed we tested both sinks, disposal drain, dishwasher line and problem solved. They cleaned up everything and didn’t overcharged me. I will be using them again.

These guys are AMAZING! I had a defective piece of equipment under the kitchen sink around 3am during the winter storm. They really are a 24/7 service. The equipment was repaired and the water clean up that encompassed a greater portion of my first floor was manually cleaned up by these guys due to loss of power. They went above and beyond to restore a sense of control during a very stressful time. Not only are they professionals, they are just compassionate and caring people!

I called to have them come replace my 40 gallon hot water heater in the attic above the second floor. They came the same day and charged me exactly what I was quoted. My only complaint would be that I didnt realize they werent going to replace the drip pan and I would have asked but it was too late.

One cable company dig the soil in our neighborhood and accidently broke the main pipeline. Unfortunately, some soil still flows into our in-door pipe and causing waterflow significantly smaller than ussual. I called Emets Plumbing. They stopped by the next business day and fixed the problem for us.
