To begin, Epic Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. The technicians, AJ and Scott came and assessed my plumbing needs. They were professional and friendly. They called their supervisor Jake who immediately called me to explain what needed to be done. He itemized what would be involved in the cost. I was quite pleased. I asked him if I could get the work done the same day and if they had any old folk discounts. He gave me a discount and authorized AJ and Scott to do the work immediately. They completely the job efficiently and quickly. The install of my faucets and drain pipes was beautiful to my eyes.. I am extremely satisfied with Epic Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them.

Were so pleased with Epic Plumbing! We needed a major repair - an upstairs tub was leaking downstairs and had to be replaced along with pipes behind the wall. Jonathan and his assistant were thorough, clean, and friendly. The work was completed in one day and the price was fair, considering the scope of the work. I highly recommend Epic!

Came to give me a quote for a tankless hot water heater. Tech was very informative and did not try to push any products or up charge the sale. Was given a quote for the work within 30 min after the meeting. Was not expecting to do the work that day but was given a same day quote due to the lack of work they had on the schedule. Was able to save a good amount of money by getting the work done same day. Worked out for me and the company. Tech performed the work in a timely manner and was very informative about the process. Completed the work and cleaned up the work area. This is the second time I have used them. There pricing has been right in the middle for both jobs. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Overall both jobs they have completed for me have been excellent and I am happy with there work.

I am delighted to give Epic Plumbing a 5 star recommendation. Everything about the experience went particularly well. I had a couple of leaks in the water main from the meter to my house. They were experienced with the requirements from West University Place With respect to permitting and inspection and the requirements for an arborist to also be involved for the inspection. The trench they had to dig went underneath two sidewalks and the crew did a great job with keeping the dirt on tarps and putting it back in carefully after the inspection was completed. The plumber was friendly and Experienced and the people in the office were great to deal with and responded very promptly. And on top of that, they were the lowest of the four bids that I got so I couldn’t be happier.

I had an emergency at my home. A broken pipe in my front yard. I called Epic and they had someone out to my home within 30 minutes! Chris came and found the issue and had it fixed in no time. They had great communication with everything they needed to do and how much the job was going to cost.

Needed repair to leaky shower. A J with Epic Plumbing did a great job with the repair. We ended up having him updated the shower faucets in our other two bathrooms as well since he was already there. AJ was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Thanks.

I had 1 pipe with 2 separate leaks. Donnell and Jake were both great to work with. Great customer service and amazing work. Very transparent about everything that was happening with my pipes. Would recommend and will use again with any other plumbing issues!

I just want to say how nice and accommodating Epic Pluming was when we found out in a recent-ish house purchase blunder that our water heater was 22 years old. They walked us through the entire process, took pictures, and asked questions. The service manager, Jake, was friendly and offered three options with no pressure. Once an option was picked, our worker Christian along with a roofer, replaced the entire water heater, vent, installed a flood stop, and cleaned everything up within hours THE SAME DAY. Everyone was professional and courteous in every way imaginable. Luckiest Google search result possible; They just gained a future customer 100% with certainty. Seriously, don’t think twice. I’m glad we didn’t.

Had a non working water softener that needed to be removed. Contacted Epic and set up an appointment for a quote. The service tech Nicolas came out and looked at the system and tested our water. Quote was reasonable and also requested 2 outdoor faucets be replaced if he could. He was able to do the 2 faucets and removal of the broken water softener same day. Epic will be our go to plumbing company from now on.

Epic plumbing came out to the house today, and the technician and technician manager was great to work with. The technician took his time, listened and explained everything to me and also showed me what he was talking out.When going over the different options with the technician manager he was also very detailed over the phone and discussed everything that the technician already went over (thank goodness because I would not have known their terminology, lol). Also, what I assumed would take another scheduled day (install a new toilet) they took care of everything the same day! Love it!!!They will definitely be saved in my phone for future business. The technician was Respectful-very hard to find now a days.

The service man was great and took care of us my only dislike is the access panel became three access panels of which 2 were not needed and he recommended a Sheetrock guy. Only one panel at bottom but it is just plastic screwed into wall not an access panel like my other service provided all other work was beyond expectations I was told the manager would reach out but not yet

From Donna answering phone Tuesday to Heather, service department, setting appointment for noon Thursday, to Jonathan coming Thursday and completing the entire job same day. Everything was great. After previous plumber came, looked, said couldnt get valve off due to corrosion, then never calling with a quote like he said when he left. Great communication from Epic all along.

I found Epic Plumbing while searching plumbers in my area to replace an exterior hose bib and a toilet shut off valve. I have to say, I am very pleased with all of my interactions with the staff. From the lady in the front who answered my call, to Ms. Heather the manager at the office and to the plumber Mr. Wayne Ortiz who came out to my residence promptly (same afternoon) to look at the issues and give me a quote for the job, everyone was polite and a pleasure to interact with. They listened to our issues and addressed it without pressuring you to give them your business or sell any add-on services. As a matter of fact, they even helped a little bit by bundling all the work to get a better price. The plumber Mr. Ortiz explained everything in detail and proceeded to work on the job efficiently. He did a phenomenal job! I hope not to find ourselves again needing any plumbing services in the near future, but if we ever do, we now know who to reach out to for reliability, efficiency, and professionalism. Our water main line busted and our two go to pluming companies were backed up with work and said it would be the next day before they could get to us. Understandable. But I tried for a gamble and called Epic based on their great reviews on Google. Heather had a technician out to me in and 30 minutes! They sent a text with the picture and name of who was coming out which was super helpful and made me feel safe! Jonathan came out, showed me where the problem was, and offered multiple solutions and prices. With this type of leak.... its just never good news or cheap to repair... but they made it all so easy that Ill definitely be calling them for my other Plumbing needs in the future.

Epic plumbing answered the call in every way! They were available same day when we needed an emergency repair, did a thorough inspection to make sure nothing was missed and got the repair done correctly and efficiently. The plumber Donnell answered all of our questions about the repair, Counseled us on the proper usage for the hardware upgrade and all the work that he did. Overall from the office staff to Donnell everyone made us feel like we made the right choice.

The pilot light went out on my hot water heater and would not ignite again. I also needed a quick connect on my gas valve to run my tri-fuel generator by natural gas during power outages. Nick, my service tech, explained all options and did an exceptional job. He installed a new hot water heater and installed a quick connect on my gas valve in one day. My only dislike was their estimate and invoice did not have the charges broken out for equipment, labor, and taxes; they were all combined into one total. While the invoicing was not to my liking, I somewhat felt the overall costs were fair and the service was outstanding.

Customer service and clarity was awesome. Too many companies mess up a good intentions with poor process. These guys are awesome, give you options, show up on time, commu icate well and give fair pricing. They have a continuing customer for sure.

He explained everything and completely removed my old hot water tank and replaced it with a new pan, tank, pipes and placed a water alarm that will alert me if there’s ever water in the new pan.He was courteous and completed the entire job in a matter of 4 hours! Took away pan and old tank. For years I’ve been spending money on plumbers who just snake my line and collect their money. These guys took the time to diagnose the problem properly and fix it. While trying to find a plumber I came across EPIC plumbing, and learned that they were woman owned. After my past experience I found that was important.I work an hour away, and I appreciated the calls from Heather,, between yesterday and today, saying we can fit you in earlier. They were understanding and respectful of my time and accepted that I could not be there until the time scheduled.Juan and his helper, Ben, showed up seconds before I did and listened to me and treated with respect and a woman that knew what she was talking about. They got to it and capped the DIY water line in my backyard. And the repair cost was very reasonable.I was very pleased with my initial experience with EPIC plumbing and intend on using them again.

Where do I start this company is amazing. I reached out to them because I needed some shower head fixtures installed and had another issue regarding my hot water in my bathroom. We had no real hot water in our shower for over 20 years and called out several companies for support and no one could fix the problem until Epic Plumbing came to our rescue. Talking with him was like taking a master class in plumbing. He quickly serviced the water heater and worked up a reasonable quote for moving some water lines and a drain. Scott and Giovanni were on time and worked well together to get the ac condensation line moved to make the water flow directly outside meaning no more leaks! Busted water heater pipe from this winter freez in the wall In our house garage and up stairs, called in the morning today and they came out fix the issue asap! Thank Goodness! They arrived when they said they would, explained the nature of the work thoroughly, and there were no unexpected repairs/costs.The only hiccup was with their automated text messaging. We were initially told the appointment would be in the afternoon but then received a text the day before that it would be in the morning. However, the technician didn’t show up until the original stated time. Again, it was just a hiccup.

I called them this morning and they sent a technician shortly thereafter. The technician was courteous, covered his shoes, and explained what he’d be doing. He also explained - in laymen’s terms - how the a/c drain system worked and what he’d be checking in my attic. He took several photos of the items needing repair and described 3-4 options for consideration. He had an estimate ready within minutes and got to work on the repairs immediately. Excellent customer service from the back office, and a skilled technician who made me feel comfortable and confident in their work. I will definitely reach out to them again when the need arises.

Three years ago we had a tankless water heater installed. For three years we’ve dealt with our tankless being glitchy when the weather got below 65, we’ve had two other plumbers come out and not know the problem. Come to find out the guy didn’t change the gas line so the furnace was taking all the gas. Thank you Epic for coming and fixing our gas line, flushing our tankless and fixing the water picket. Our hot water stays hot now and everything works perfectly!

Reasonable price and happy with the service. Part 2 - I made another call after the clog didnt go away because I did not know that our 25 years old oak roots has cause the damage to the pipe from the house to city pipeline. Jeremy, Donnel, Mike, Ben, and Jovani team came on-time and solved the problem for us. I was told to expect 2 days to complete, but the team worked until its done in one day. Jeremy ran the camera after completion to ensure that all-clear from the house to city line. We are pleased with the work!

EPIC Plumbing has done great work for me. I had a serious main line drain issue that required 28ft of tunneling under my slab. Jonathan and the rest of the team with EPIC were very professional and listened to my concerns. We adjusted the project plan according to each others input. They were patient with me and let a foundation company come in and place support pillars once the tunneling was completed. The team was always professional and kind. No homeowner wants to do a job as big as mine required to fix this issue, but EPIC made it as painless as it could be. There was no surprise bills that popped up. They are great at keeping homeowners updated the entire way through the project. EPIC Plumbers are my plumbers from now on. From Susan and Heather in the office as well as Wayne the fellow who came to our house, everyone was extremely helpful as well as professional for the entire job. I have been a homeowner for over 40 years and have in the past tackled some DIY projects. That said, I believe the a man (or woman) has to know their limitations. Seeing what it took Wayne to fix our plumbing problem I’m glad I didn’t try to fix it myself. Epic Plumbing technicians Matthew and Claire did an amazing job installing a new whole house water filtration syatem today. Plus they replaced water piping coming from ground level into house. Original 27 YO install was pvc piping and gate valves that couldnt be rotated without breaking. Now I have copper line and valves for water shut off that wont crack. Its a family owned business that cares about building long term relationships with customers.
