Excellent experience with GEI Plumbing! Had a major clogged drain emergency and they sent a pro, Armando, within an hour. He quickly unclogged the sink, inspected my whole system, and provided great maintenance tips. Highly skilled, responsive, and affordable. Definitely using them again!

Smith explained the whole pipe replacement process to me in great detail - described costs, timelines, and gave me estimates for future work with patience and clarity. We have a leaky tap/pipe. I called Martin based on his Google review. He was punctual, courteous and very professional. Was able to troubleshoot the issue with ease and it was found out that we had to replace the faucet. He gave us the option to replace the parts but we thought it will be best to replace the faucet itself. Good, reliable faucet and even cheaper than those from the big retail stores. No more leaky faucet and we are happy. Highly recommended!

It was late one Friday morning and I was packing to leave for Katty the next morning at the ridiculous hour of 5:00 am, when I discovered that my bathtub faucet wouldnt shut off. Hot water was streaming out rapidly. I needed help fast: I called the company and good to their promise, Colin was there within 25 minutes. To address the immediate problem, he swapped out a working cartridge. He ordered new parts, and treated the whole situation professionally and with the sense of urgency that I was certainly feeling. He came back early the next week, installed new cartridges within 45 minutes and was pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable. One of the best home repair situations Ive ever experienced.

I had water getting into my basement. I called GEI Plumbing Services, when the technician arrived he found that the water was entering. They recommended the solution and I agreed. The crew arrived and started the work immediatly. The guys worked very hard & barely took any breaks. At the end we had waterproof the section of wall installed a window well with drain. Since then it has rained and I have not seen a drop. Great work guys!

Clogged Drain: Weve had a clogged drain that has been a problem for a few years. Several different plumbers have come through and done quick fixes. Martin was responsive to my requests, gave me a quote, came on time to our appointment, inspected the issue and confirmed the same price as the quote. He replaced the parts in the toilet and in 30 minutes his work was done. He was respectful and professional. Id highly recommend him to friends & family.

I wanted to know the state of my drains before doing a basement renovation - better to know if there is a water problem BEFORE you put down new flooring. I had an inspection of the drainage system from the house out to the street and saw that there were no tree roots interfering outside but discovered a broken clay drain under the bathroom floor which Ill get repaired before investing in new flooring. The friendly workman took plenty of time to show me the drains via the camera and was very helpful.

The crew came in for a faucet installation. They were on time, theyre courteous and very friendly. The job was well done and the best part....THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS BEHIND!!!! Called the owner Tuesday late afternoon and had a worker here the next morning assessing the situation and provided a written quote based on his finding...Wednesday morning two workers came,found the problem,fixed the problem and finished a head of time...job well done and my cost was actually lower then the quote...can not beat that honesty..
