I got an estimate from GEI Plumbing Services to replace the drains in my washroom in FEB 2022 and I called Andres back in the beginning of October and they said the price will be the same they explained the estimate they gave me is good for 8 months. So scheduled the next day to get the job done. 2 guys came the next day and they worked really hard to get the job done. They did very professional job. I recently purchased a home with a great deal of deferred maintenance and water pressure insufficiency. Gei plumbing services tech has been extremely amiable, responsive, prompt, and professional. He clearly loves his work and has also been willing to educate me too on what he is doing for my own future reference. Although I would have preferred not to have needed his services several times in the last 2 months, I am very thankful that he has been available.

In the morning I wanted to take shower, but there was no water in my house. I was running late to work so I didnt deal with the problem right away. Plus I thought that when I come back everything would be fine. However, in the evening there was still no water. The plumber from GEI Plumbing Services came very shortly after I placed the call. He told me right away what was the problem. My pipes got frozen because of the cold weather. He used a special machine to fix it. I had my water back on very quickly, thanks.

We had some water damage in a wall in our basement, Austin came within one day of the initial call to evaluate the problem and give an estimate. Within ten minutes he had a recommendation and a solution, negotiated the price there and then and within an hour he was done. He also looked at a few other minor issues and each time made a simple easy recommendation of how we could easily fix them. Amazing service. Recently, after continual problems with a boiler. I called Gei plumbing services of spring. They provided a detailed written estimate and full explanation of what the works entailed. They provided an excellent price and filled me with confidence. Drew arrived on the day and immediately put shoe covers on and laid covers over all of the flooring. What impressed me most was the fact that he went to Home Depot twice in the same day to resolve the issue. Not only that he also came back to fix an additional problem he noticed when he was fixing the original problem.

My building is over 70 years old. The clay drainage pipes were already replaced by this company in 2008, but now the other side of the building needed the same work. I was given options of how much work I wanted to be done, as well as given a very reasonable price for the work. In fact, the owner, came to the building on a late evening to temporarily unblock one of the crumbling pipes until they could replace it. The work was done spotlessly, and after it was finished, not a blade of grass was out of place in the garden where they had to dig. I wish other businesses were as caring and conscientious!!!

This company was Awesome! Dishwasher hose was leaking a lot and the shutoff valve wasn’t working. I called them at 7:30 pm and needed them ASAP! They were at my house in an hour fixing the valve! The technician was super nice, explain everything and put my mind at ease. I will NEVER use any other company to install my dishwasher! This company is 5 star for sure. Our contractor uncovered a section of our main stack that was leaking and terribly rusted that continued into the ground and needed to be replaced. I emailed Austin at midight and he responded the next day and was at our house that afternoon to inspect. He came the following day (Sunday) at 10 am and had the job finished by 3 pm. Wow!!! What can I say, we were in an emergency with huge high temperiture outside and no air conditioning. My 93 yr old sister and I were in serious need, it was after hours and 30 miles away.
