Hector was amazing. Very informative, and told you what he was going to do before doing. I will use this company again. Guy was also good. They are very busy, so may take a couple of days! He had to cut my sheet rock, covered everything in plastic. Before he left it was all cleaned up!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had a main sewer line get backed up under the house and they worked with me to get the best possible outcome. The old cast iron pipes had to be completely replaced with PVC. We discussed options and he was very flexible. In the end, they got the work completed so the lines were up and running in no time. Highly recommend for major plumbing projects!

I recently needed a toilet replacement, and I was very impressed with the service from this company. Jeikon and his teammate arrived on time, removed the old toilet efficiently, and installed the new one perfectly. Throughout the process, Jeikon kept me informed and even gave me tips on maintenance. The work was done quickly and neatly, and the new toilet works great. Im extremely satisfied with their professionalism and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs!

They came out the next day and fixed my gas shut off valve and installed my new stove. They were very knowledgeable, and courteous. The lady who took my original call was very polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

My husband and I recently purchased a home that had an inadequate water heater and additionally was placed in a hazardous area. We used GEI and their plumbing team were phenomenal. They came out quick and were able to install a new water heater , repaired the area where the previous water heater was placed and all around did such a wonderful job. Before the trip, I had already explained that there is a leak somewhere on my property, and as part of initial trip to evaluate, I was told there is a leak (which I already knew before), and was given a quote of $725 to find out further where the leak is coming from… so… what was the purpose of the initial trip and the trip charge?

I have a great experience with GEI services. They got my call, scheduled a technician for the same day (ask for Guy Keha, he is such an excellent licensed technician, he is really good and fast). They offered a competitive quote and did the job the same day. I will be calling them from now on whenever I need a repair at home.

Plumbing team arrived within the hour of my call. Provided complete diagnostics to ensure the quote was accurate. Quote was a very fair price and work was performed quickly (within 2 hours) and professionally. Will definitely call these guys again!!!

Update: the company has contacted me and refunded a portion of the service fee. Very apologetic. Will consider then in the future for plumbing needs.I have used this company before but this time was not a good experience. After being told the call fee was $39 I got another call stating it would be $625. Well ok, we thought we had a water main leak so what could we do. Two men came, dug up a big hole and removed some of our drainage pipe. We didn’t have a leak at all. So $625 later, they left a very large, dangerous hole in the front of the property and were very eager to continue with an overpriced repair. The workers were supposed to be at the house between 9-11, was informed they were running late. Then another call to say they were on the way only to show up an hour and a half later. Needless to say, I won’t be hiring this company again.

GEI plumbers gave us a pretty reasonable quote and we booked them the next morning. Our line was leaking from the water meter to our house and they were able to replace it and stop the leak in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend their service and will be using them for any future projects.

I needed some pretty heavy duty, plumbing work done for my home. I reached out to GEI, And was not disappointed! Not only was the customer service rep a big help. She was extremely nice and accommodating. She scheduled the work according to my schedule. The contractors came out. They were ready to work. We are very pleased with the work that Jose, Hector, and the GEI plumbing services completed. They were called and came out the same day to diagnose the issue. We had a leak in the primary jacuzzi tub which caused a major leak in the garage. Jose and his colleague stopped the leak; cut out sheet rock and removed the saturated installation. The problem was thoroughly explained with pictures and a video; then a plan was put into place. They came back the following business day and did a fantastic job of finishing and cleaning up. We appreciate their business and how they were able to get our jacuzzi tub up and running like brand new. Guy the owner followed up after the job was completed to make sure we were happy clients and WE ARE!😀

Everyone I interacted with was great! The disappointing thing was the follow-through/communication related to the appointment. They scheduled for the end of the day the day I called - which was great! Then the tech called near the end of the window to say We might make it, we might not. He said if they didnt make it, theyd reschedule for the next morning. Didnt hear anything else that night or anything the next morning. It wasnt until 3:15pm the next day that I got a text message saying the appointment was rescheduled for 3-5pm that day. Their team member eventually made it around 5:30pm. So timing and communication were less then to be desired. However, the staff were great to interact with, professional, and figured out a problem that has been beguiling us for 13 years (since the building was built)! Well use them again - just hope the communication and scheduling piece either gets better - or is just better when its not a holiday week (this was Thanksgiving Week).

GEI was very prompt at giving me an estimate and they were able to fix a leak and replace a faucet the same day. The owner is very friendly and professional and I will be using them again if I need plumbing. Very satisfied with their service.

Had a minor repair job of replacing drain in leaking sink. Bid was $275. They were delayed in getting to my house when they said they would by approximately 5-6 hours. They did the job no charge. Service men very friendly and cleaned up properly.

I agreed and signed technicians tablet to fix kitchen leak. Plus I asked if he could install kitchen faucet that we had bought at Home Depot. He said yes 325.00 to install. Tech said parts were missing but could sell me a 200.00 Kohler faucet and he could install and then he had to go to another appointment. I said no I cant do that. My paperwork said kitchen faucet installed- 325.00. I spoke with some guy - no name just said he was the manager and owner. Said the lines had to be redone. Home Depot showed my husband that no parts were missing by opening another box. Then I received another invoice different from first one. Oh yea theres something fishy about this. I dont know much about plumbing but I do have common sense!Received a call from Gei and they made things right. Thank You!!

2 very pleasant plumbers arrived at my home today to inspect AC Drain Pipe because day earlier I poured drain cleaner in pipe & noticed water went into drain pan. I contact GEI Plumbling Services because I suspected drain clog. The plumber inspected ac drain pipe & then asked to examine master bathroom sink pipe because it is directly below ac drain pipe. He quickly determined the pipes were clogged. I watched as they used sewer machine to unclog drains. Afterwards plumber showed me gunk uncovered on top of sink drain. He explained that soiled water running from pipe underneath sink verifies the drain is unclogged. Both plumbers were receptive to my questions as when I asked if I should pour drain cleaner in ac drain pipe to which he replied no. He explained to maintain pipes in home I should monitor ac drain pan for signs of water specifically in Summer when air conditioning unit is running constantly & if there is issue contact plumber. I inquired about water I observed the day before coming from small pipe on outside of house to which he relied I should contact plumber when that occurs because water shouldnt flow from pipe. What I like about plumbers they were so accommodating when at last minute I asked plumber to install drain pipe in downstairs bathroom.Both plumbers were very professional, great communicators & excellent workers I am very pleased with plumbers GEI Plumbing sent to work in my home.

Our shower drain was constantly clogging, no matter what we did. Speedway Plumbing used a professional-grade drain cleaning method that completely cleared the blockege, and it hasnt returned since.

They came out the same morning I called for a hot water heater replacement. Work was done promptly & they did a good job. Would call them again.

On Sunday morning, my water heater malfunctioned. I promptly contacted the service provider, and they dispatched a technician to repair the issue. The technician completed the repair on the same day, which is commendable.

Another excellent job by the GEI crew and true customer service! I needed a new toilet installed and turns out that the install was a bit more complex due to a damaged flange. After quickly fixing the flange they open the box and the Kohler toilet that I purchased from Home Depot was cracked on the bottom! The GEI guys completely surprised me and handled the return to get a replacement for me...good thing I have the electronic receipts! They came back and quickly wrapped up the install. The kicker is the new toilet had a faulty part in the tank and GEI guys went ahead replaced that too!

I called GEI Plumbing Services just before noon on 3/14/24 to look at a water leak by the water meter. They had someone at the house by 3:30 and started work. It was a bigger job than we first thought but they stayed with it until the waterline to the house was replaced.They were here till after 9:00. They did a wonderful job and then came back the next morning to make sure everything was cleaned up properly in the light of day.GEI did a great job at a reasonable price.The manager call in the middle of the job to see how his crew was doing and then when the job was done to make sure the work met my expectations. Unfortunately needed my entire gas line replaced and brought within code.. Site manager contacted me personally and ensured I knew he could be contacted with any questions or concerns 24 hours a day. They obtained the permits and arranged for the inspection (which passed on first attempt). They were able to work with my schedule, showing up later in the day so I could sleep (I work at night) and when everything was done I was contact again to ensure everything was done correctly and there were no issues that needed to be addressed. I received text messages containing the estimate, when plumbers were enroute, a link to pay and even an opportunity to rate their service. Ive used them in the past and have never had any issues.

We were able to schedule someone to come out next day. Found the problem quickly and we are now moving toward resolving the issue.

The guys were a little later than the time window I was given ( less than an hour) but when they got here they assessed the problem and got it fixed quickly and professionally.

Hi the plumbers came out, I think $450 is a bit in the high side to unclog garbage disposal and to snake the pit trap.

They did a good job on my outside kitchenette in replacing the faucet. He said that the valve would need to be extra but he didn’t charge me for it so I appreciated his honesty. The team did the job well and efficiently.

Just moving into the area and URGENTLY needing a plumber, I was so nervous to find a place that would be able to help me out. Not only did they come quickly, they came prepared with an estimate so services could immediately get going. They took the time to go over the estimate and the pricing was UNBELIEVABLY low. I was expecting to spend 5 times the amount of what I paid for their services. I am NOT joking when I say I would recommend them to ANYONE who is in need of plumbing services. I just had to come right away and leave them a 5-star review because I am still blown away with how my experience was!

I contacted the GEI Plumbing Services to fix a gas leak in my attic. They responded right away and sent their plumbers who found the leak and fixed the issue. The tech came to my house in March 2023. I had replacement part already and when he told me the cost I respectfully declined service. July 2023 I get multiple texts about a $40 bill for showing up at my house. They say they told me prior of the charge but they did not. I paid it but I would NEVER call this outfit nor recommend them to anyone!!!

The best ever home repair work I have had. Efficient, professional, punctual, GEI Plumbing Services did the job for a great price, top notch work and left my home clean. The owner came back to check the work twice and showed me how it worked and what needs to be maintained. I am without hesitation in recommending this company for all plumbing work.

I called GEI Plumbing Services of Houston because a tap in our ensuite bathroom was dripping. Frank showed up exactly when hed said he would and after examining the sink and taps, he recommended we change the taps for a newer version. I was prepared to do this, since I suspected that the taps were old and indeed it took him some time to get them out. The entire job - start to finish to less than 2 hours. The new taps (which he had in his truck) look wonderful! The bathroom was cleaned up, and ready and the taps work beautifully. All in all, it was a success and the price was just under four hundred dollars (labour, materials and tax). Id highly recommend this Plumbing service and in fact, we will be calling Frank again to replace the taps in our other bathrooms. He is prompt, honest and does a great job.

I had a poor experience with GEI last year and left a poor review. I received a call, yesterday, explaining that they wanted to make things right and were going to refund charges for services received. I explained that I appreciated the call as the call alone was enough for me as I had only wanted to be heard. I stated that no refund was necessary. They insisted upon a refund and I received it today. That, in my opinion is the mark of good relations and I will now be using them for future services.

My laundry tubs in the basement were not good any more so I called a plumbing company that I used in the past. I asked them to come over to see the job they said Ive to find somebody to remove the old concrete tubs from the basement or theyll have to higher some one to jack hammer and brake up the old tubs for removal and they said it would be double the price. I called GEI Plumbing Services and the guy came and gave me a reasonable price and said it is no problem to do the job. I accepted and he started working right away, it was not as hard as the other company said. I am impressed and really happy with GEI Plumbing Services!

Evan and his crew replaced the water line from the street into the house and from the water main through the ceiling to the water heater. Evan answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me understand the scope of the work and figured out a way to minimize cost and repairs. He was exceptionally decent, hard working and his crew did an excellent job - I wish I wouldve called him years ago! When my mother needed a plumber we contacted Evan again and she was completely pleased with both his work and courteous service. Its not often to see such admirable work ethic these days. We had a toilet that was plugging repeatedly. We consulted with several plumbers, but none really pinpointed the problem. We found Frank through GMB and Ive to admit that he deserves every compliment he got in the multiple reviews we read. We are very happy we choose him. Next time we need a plumber we know who to call! GEI Water Damage Restoration tech recently came to our house for an annual review of our system, including replacing filters. What a great guy! He was polite, quick while still being very thorough and efficient and got the job done. Very awesome! The woman that answer phones and scheduled me was exceptionally friendly and made sure to make me feel like I was a very valued customer. One tech came out personally and got everything fixed immediately! Was right on time and did great work on both of my toilets. Highly recommend! Much cheaper than other quotes I got and great work.

Watch your estimate with them they will quote you a price from when they worked at someone elses home but when you end up not getting complete work they did on it they still think theyre entitled the complete amount. Not trust worthy on the prices but the do ok work.Update 3/26/2024: We were contacted by the owner of the company to make it right. He explained that they were only a plumbing company at the time they did the work. Therefore they were not certified to repair the sheetrock, texture and paint the area they cut through to do the pipe repair. The day of the initial repair, they returned after our call to complain about the open hole left by the technician. On the return, they added sheetrock, but we had to finish the job with texture and paint. The owner has refunded a fair portion of the fees we paid and assured us that he now, 1. notifies customers before booking work that they dont repair sheetrock, and 2. partners with GEI Restoration, a separate company, for sheetrock repairs when the clients want it.

We had an emergency on Sunday and after calling many plumbers GEI was the only one to say they would be happy to come to our rescue. It took 2 days to do the repair. They arrived at 8:30am and stayed until 12 am to finish the job. We are senior citizens and really appreciated the time and work to get our plumbing back and working for us.

We had GEI Plumbing Services repair our water heater a few years ago. They did an excellent job and did not charge us an arm and an leg for it. Since then, we had use them for other plumbing issue. Our toilet was leaking and they came out and repair it. They do quality work at a reasonable price. All of their works are guaranteed and performed by a licensed plumber.

GEI Plumbing Services did a complete plumbing set-up for our new powder room. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. We also took advantage of having a plumber in the house to do some minor fixes in the bathrooms upstairs. The plumber was able to fix the flow in one shower, and eliminated the leak in the other.
