Your people are always prompt. My husband thinks you are too expensive. I think a job done right, with quality parts is worth a lot. I do wish there were more parts on the truck so that I didn’t have to pay for all that travel time when I had told the phone receptionist exactly what I needed replaced and the brand. But, you do a terrific job, always.

Today, one of their box truck drivers recklessly ran me off the road while I had my small children in the car. This was not just careless driving—it was aggressive, dangerous, and completely unacceptable.

The gentleman (yes - gentleman) was on time, courteous, patient and very thorough in explaining his assessment to us and correcting something our contractor should have done in the first place. You can tell he just wants to his job the right way, and is wanting to save us money by coming up with an easier solution than doing a complete tear-out. Just wish we had asked him for his name!
