Gladstone Plumbing Co has been very responsive to my calls, and arrived on time all 3 times I hired them. Kelvin is very knowledgeable and provided a detail analysis with my ongoing drain issue. I am not an easy customer to please, however Gladstone Plumbing Co will continue to receive my business due to really good experience with their office and field team.

Alex came over to check on our plumbing fixtures as part of a service plan. He is incredibly courteous and knowledgeable, and he was patient with our questions and took the time to answer them without trying to rush out, which shows his respect for the customers. My grandpa was a plumber, and he treated his customers the same way. I greatly appreciate it. Gladstone Plumbing Co certainly hires well and will continue to be our plumbing company.

Needed a plumber at night. Excessive flood in basement. Called Gladstone Plumbing Co and they arrived within a half hour. First Dan arrived and did a great job. Very through, helpful and explained everything. He helped with the next step. He explained about the insurance and what we needed to do. He was also very helpful and stayed until all the paper work and details were worked out. I would recommend this company and especially Dan.

Top notch service! I recently had an underground pipe leak, and the technician quickly assessed the problem, returned with the needed supplies, successfully patched the leak, and charged me a very reasonable price. He even performed the repair at night while it was raining, too.He is friendly, skilled, and experienced. I would highly recommend his plumbing expertise to anyone.

I had a clogged toilet followed by a real emergency water seeping out of the bottom. I called Gladstone Plumbing Co. They were very cheerful and efficient.They showed up within an hour of my call, removed the clog and cleaned the toilet within a very short period of time. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
