Jeff came out to my house today as my bath was leaking water and I couldnt get it to stop. He presented me with very detailed and straightforward options for repairing the issue. Once he started on the washer replacement and determined this would not fix the problem, we needed to go with option #2. He did not charge me for #1 or the visit itself! Were setting up an appointment to go with option #2. I look forward to giving them my business for both this repair and my future plumbing needs!
