I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! The team was incredibly courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond to my emergency call and arrived on time. Their investigation into the cause of the leak was thorough, and they provided a clear estimate and explanation of the repairs needed. The turnaround time for the repair was impressively fast. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of prompt and reliable plumbing work!

This is one of the best plumbing companies out there. Very responsive, great communication, honest. Karen is so helpful and one of the nicest people to work with. The service tech team are very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional/polite. You need to trust your plumbing company and they should be your company for life. If you want to get a cheap quote or cheap work; good luck with that! Youll probably have to call halo after to fix the mess.

We used Halo to redo our home’s sewer lines. Overall a great experience! From the initial phone call all we got was amazing customer service. The quote was provided to us quickly and we were able to start work on our property almost immediately. The crew was attentive and hard working. We had a clog in the sewer line and tried to clear it own our own with no success. Called Halo and they sent out Jose to find the solution. We thought that the problem was solved, but two days later we realized that we had another clog. Jose returned on Superbowl Sunday to address the issue and cleared the line to our satisfaction. Thanks for addressing our problem in a timely fashion.

Loren and Halo replaced the sewer lines on our home earlier this year. Before starting Loren did two initial walkthroughs at the property to scope the job. Being an older home we still had a few unexpected hiccups which makes it all the more impressive that the Halo team finished on time and on budget.Loren personally made routine visits and kept us constantly informed on the progress. Not to mention his team (Osman & Jose) provided status updates daily before wrapping up. I put huge value on transparency and honesty with these large projects and these guys have it. My wife said give him an 11/10 ha!

A job well done. I needed to connect my generator to natural gas and I am glad I used Halo Plumbing for the job. Their price was reasonable and I was kept well informed of the arrival of the technician, Jair. He and his assistant arrived on time and the job they did was flawless. They installed the valve, thoroughly checked for leaks, made sure the generator ran and got the pilot lights for the water heater and my old furnace turned back on. I’d recommend Halo Plumbing.

Both techs were very professional. Very helpful. Did excellent work. Checked all the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen to remove air and clean aerators. From what I understand the price I was given was a very good value. I appreciate that very much. they also did a minor repair on the kitchen faucet, which was also appreciate.

Wonderful service each time! The company originally upgraded my plumbing to PEX back in 2018 and it was one of the best decisions.I needed to complete a Hydrostatic test for my foundation’s warranty. Their service was priced fairly and completed efficiently and quickly. Jose was very professional and I look forward to working with them again.

After receiving a $1200+ bill we had Halo come out and check for leaks. They did not find any and left a statement to that effect. They suggested we call the city water department and have them check the meter. They checked the meter reading from the previous bill and that was 9000 gallons while the large bill was for 34,000 gallons in September.

They worked hard nonstop in installing a cleanout, first locating the main line with a camera after unseating the toilet. They neatly reseated the toilet, finished installing the cleanout, and showed me a photo of the connection to the main line underground.

February 2023: We had a major water leak at our meter vault that needed urgent repair - our building was without water. After calling several companies, we found Halo Plumbing which reassured us that they could find the leak and fix it. They responded quickly and sent about 5 guys to tackle the issue. They not only found and fixed the major leak, but encountered a smaller leak as well, which they also repaired. We are so impressed with their service that we will continue to hire them for future plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Halo Plumbing enough.Update October 2023: We had another issue at our building and they were quick to answer and send plumbers out. They are great!Update March 2024: Halo is always on time and they are always quick to respond and schedule us. I sent them a video and picture the day before, and when I arrived today, they were almost done digging and had found the leak. I already have two more plumbing jobs for them. :)

We were very pleased with the service from this Spring Branch Plumbing co. Their quote and pricing to reinstall our toilet was approx $300 LESS than Abacus + they came out the afternoon of the morning I called for service. They are professional, efficient - just excellent.They have done everything from repair a gas heater pool line, to emergency replacement of water heaters on a 3rd floor, to coming out on a Saturday because I had a big party the next day and my sinks and garbage disposal all decided to break. This is one of the best professional services company I have ever used. Today, 10/10, my pipes underneath my kitchen sink started shooting out water. I got the water turned off, called Halo, and less than 1 hour later Halo showed up with 2 excellent technicians, fixed the problem and were going to help clean up this mess until I shooed them out. Theyre really good and really great people with which to do business. The owners, Lauren and Karen, are super responsive and get how stressful plumbing stuff can be.While I hope I dont have many more panicked plumbing moments I know Halo will be there.Here is another update: This company is really great. I am always needing them it seems on some urgent mess.This time was an urgent need to have 2 old dishwashers hauled away and 2 new dishwahers installed. Esteban and his assistant had an almost impossible task of fitting 2 really big dishwashers into spaces that were built for drawer dishwashers. Esteban and Ishmael worked for hours to make it work. And they made it happen.I can not exxagerate how difficult and complicated this was and they never gave up until both dishwashers were beautifully installed.Loren and Karen, the owners, are on top of everything and it shows.These folks are amazing. We have them do really big projects as well as little issues, like a clogged drain. They always show up on time, are professional, efficient and really nice people. And I think their pricing is very fair. This is a business that deserves to succeed.

We had an emergency leak and the plumber showed up in less than an hour. They found the problem quickly and had the parts on hand to fix the issue. They even offered to tell the other tenants in our multiplex their water was going to be off while they did the repairs so we didnt have to! I will call again.

Toilets were draining outside on the ground due to a horrible clog in the old PVC pipes. I made one phone call yesterday evening 10/31/22 and they had a plumber at my door at 8:30 am 11/1/22. Halo replaced two 40 gallon water heaters in the attic of our 3 story townhome. A team of 3 came to work on the job. They worked fast, were clean, and respected the space. They explained what they were doing each step of the way if we had questions. Work was done in about 3 hours. Would highly recommend!

Halo came out to replace our toilet at our place of business and experienced a small hic-cup on our first visit appointment, which was not a big deal. They promised they would return to fix the issue a week later and they did. It was efficient and now great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We first hired a drain inspector (Michael Busch) to diagnose our issue with the new house we bought. I took the inspectors proposal and found Lorens Halo Plumbing services. Loren was very professional. He drafted a bid for a reroute and some new clean-outs. It wasnt cheap because our job was a ton of work and required a decent amount of hardware, but despite that Lorens quote was fair. Lorens team was incredibly hard working. The lead worker who my wife and I would speak with was nice and respectful, keeping us updated as the job progressed. In an attempt to finish the job sooner, the last day there were several workers here well past sunset! We were very thankful for the back breaking work they did for us.Its been one year since Loren installed the reroute and clean-outs. The new drainage works great and the clean-outs have been useful already. I nearly called Loren this week for some plumbing issue that I had that fortunately has since been resolved. After being reminded of Loren, I decided to write this review because it must speak to Lorens professionalism and quality work if I felt like I could rely on Halo Plumbing Services again a year later.

I’m very impressed with this company, another plumber, I normally use referred me to these folks because he couldn’t get to me in a timely manner. I usually dont leave comments in Google but service from Halo Plumbing is just SOOOOOO good that I feel I own them a good feedback!I had a minor gas leak and called CenterPoint on Tuesday (Jan 3rd) . CenterPoint came, shut off my gas and told me to find a plumber. I had no idea how I should work it out so I just googled and found Halo. I called and Loren picked the phone. He was very patient and explained every step on how this will be handled and resolved. Karen tried her best to find a nearest time slot for their tech to come. So the next morning Jair and Chris came and they quickly fixed the leak using a smart way without taking down the wall sheet! They scheduled the city inspection the next day for me and ensure that I can get a green tag. Now I got my gas back on Thursday!I am so impressed by how professional and technically competent their tech are and how organized they manage the work! They did everything they promised. The guys came in and got to work and fixed the leak in just minutes. I also needed to have my meter checked out. They quickly took care of that for me. I am very satisfied with their work. The people in the office were knowledgeable and very friendly.

We bought a home which had failed waste water piping from old cast iron original build. Halo handled the entire job, including removal and replacement of pipes, digging new piping to the citys waste lines, and refilling trenches/holes dug and replacement of any concrete which had to be demod for the job to be done. They worked quickly and were respectful of home and agreement. This is a big job that requires expertise, they handled it like pros - on time and on budget, as well. Very highly recommend. Great communicators, kept me up to date on project as we went.

Like thousands of others in the Houston area, we were affected by the freeze. Unfortunately, our leak was slow and took weeks to finally notice. Ive been on waiting lists for help for several days now. My neighbor had Halo at their house and I was desperate for help so I called. Halo did a great job unclogging my main sewer line between my house and the street. They showed up quickly after I called them and their technicians were courteous and good at explaining what the issue was. They got the job done fast and the price was very reasonable. We used Halo Plumbing on the recommendation from a neighbor. We had a leaky pipe (very slow) that connects to our hot water heater. When I first contacted Loren he let me know that they were slammed with calls from Winter Storm Uri and he would schedule me once things slowed down since the issue wasn’t urgent. I appreciated the transparency. His office called me sooner than expected and sent a tech out. The job ended up being more complicated than they initially hoped due to old pipes and corrosion, and the had to cut into our wall to access the pipes. They worked really hard to fix the pipes without having to remove our water heater, which we really appreciated. Both techs were very nice and cleaned up before leaving. The cost ended up being a little higher than the initial estimate, which after taking to the office manager Karen we understand reflects the added complexity of the job. Overall we are satisfied with the work and would recommend Loren and Halo.

Jose and his crews did an excellent job rerouting a drain line and venting as well as re-piping my 50 year old kitchen from galvanized to pex. They cleaned up after themselves, tarped off the area, and were very professional while they were in my home. Halos usual review -- EXCELLENT. We live in an old house (coming up on 60 years old), so the original cast iron / galvanized plumbing has needed revision. Halo has put our needs first, letting us know when certain revisions could be safely put off and also giving us valuable information about pitfalls we want to avoid down the road.Halo re-piped our entire above-ground house and also helped us with a few smaller jobs (water heater installation and drain cleaning). Their work has been outstanding --- high quality at a fair price.So nice to have plumbers you can count on!

Our technician was very professional. He knew exactly how to fix our low pressure problems in the kitchen. He took a look at all the water lines in the kitchen, and fixed our problem. The pilot light on our water heater stopped working and the unit was leaking gas. After some research I contacted HaLo and got an immediate and informed response.Unfortunately, due to Covid, the replacement part for our water heater was not available. I confirmed this by calling other businesses as well as the manufacturer. After waiting for parts to maybe come in for two weeks with no hot water we pulled the trigger on just getting a new unit.Loren was very helpful and the price was great for the unit we bought and having it installed. I precisely recall that we made the decision to replace the water heater around 2pm and it was installed before 5pm the same day.The technicians were helpful, nice, and very professional. I cant recommend this service enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors who needed plumbing services.

Contacted Loren for a second opinion after a large company gave me a huge quote for work I simply HAD to do that day. I was expecting the worst so he could have taken me for a ride, but he told me I didnt need to get any work done at all, walked me through his reasoning in a way I understood, answered all my questions, and didnt even charge me for his time.Extremely honest and trustworthy, I highly recommend their services.

Great experience in a time of need. My waste line was backed up and I knew there were issues with it where it connects to the city. Rather than just come out and dig it up and replace (big $$$) they suggested I just get the line blasted out first (less $$$). I know this is a short term fix, but its great for now. Everything went very well. Will be my go to for plumbing needs from here on out.

2 leaks were found in my gas line to my pool heater, one I didnt know about. Had tech also inspect cook top but no leaks there, just wanted piece of mind since I installed it myself. Any plumbing needs Halo will be first call. Was very reasonable cost especially when dealing with gas leaks.

I have had continuous plumbing problems, specifically sink backing up, which fills up my dishwater, quite a mess. I live in an older home in Lazybrook, so this is to be expected. I emailed Halo Sunday evening, and Halo promptly called me Monday morning at 8:15 am. I mention this because many times I have called plumbers (or other trademen) who never return my call or make an appointment and NEVER even show up. Loren Brusatori, owner of Halo was at home at 9:30 am. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient, polite and thorough. He did not try to pressure sell me on other things which I asked him about, I really appreciate this because many times I find tradesmen will do their best to pad their bill. The details below if youre interested!Our hot water stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. I briefly troubleshooted it and couldnt get the pilot on the 5-yr old hot water tank to stay on. My youtube research seemed to point to the controller being the issue. Im pretty handy, but seeing how this dealt with natural gas, I figured better to call the pros. I called Abacus on Tuesday, because thats who we always hear about on TV... They managed to squeeze me in for later that afternoon. The technician came, tried to light the pilot TWICE, came down from the attic and told me I needed a new Hot water tank for a multitude of different reason and that it would be $2,500-$3,000. He advised me that replacing any parts would just add cost and that we would need to replace parts and by trial and error, determine the fix, so slowly we would work our way to a new tank anyways... so may as well just replace it. Full transparency, the cheapest option that he offered me was a $600 controller replacement. Those guys dont repair anything, theyre just parts salesmen! I politely told him I wasnt interested and escorted him out.That evening I googled plumbing services and came across Halo Services on Google... I called, left a VM, then also texted (as instructed in the VM message). I promptly got a response from Loren. We spoke on the phone for about 10-15mins while he asked probing questions to try and pinpoint the issue. On Wednesday he made some time in his schedule to come by and take a look at the hot water tank. He troubleshooted for about 15-20mins or so and determined it may be the controller or maybe the burner. But more importantly, he let me know my tank was still under warranty! I called the manufacturer and told them what Loren told me and that the controller would need to be replaced. They honored the warranty and told me where they had a distributor close to my house to go pick up the new part that afternoon. Loren swung by on Thursday morning and in just about an hour, replaced the faulty controller and we were good to go!! Hot water again!Loren was on point with the issue and thanks to him letting me know about the warranty, the entire fix only cost us $150! So Abacus: a disengaged technician and $600 repair MINIUMUM, but fear sale tactic recommending a $3,000 fix… or HALO SERVICES: a genuine honest business owner, a warranty covered part and a prompt repair for $150… Great to know there are companies out there that are looking to grow by doing the right thing and providing top-notch service!!Loyal customer gained!

Since early 2021 when I renovated the house - during Covid - workmen evidently tossed used wipes, towels, etc., down an upper level toilet. Ive had repeated problems with sewer lines not flowing freely. Previous plumber must have just moved the impaction down the line but Halo persisted until, via cameras, they were able to clear the lines completely. Grateful especially to Jair and Chris.
