Hot Water Guys is the way to go. No plumber or A/c people can do or know what these guys do. I was a plumber and appreciate the knowledge. They carry extra parts for my Ravien unit, no waiting for parts. We are very happy and very satisfied with the work and extra care they took with our home. One of our water heaters was leaking. Dan came out right away and had the part in his pocket. Our other heater had a code. Dan tried to save us money by fixing the corroded wiring. In the end he had to order a new wiring harness. Dan treated the heaters like they were his, being very meticulous and keeping everything clean. The staff at the office was very friendly and efficient. I can’t thank everyone enough for taking such great care of us.

Excellent service on install of new tankless water heater. There was a small issue with the heather after installation, but the techs came out and resolved it quickly when I let them know about the problem. They did a very good job - even worked on Christmas Eve!

Called on Sunday when we found a leak with our system. Monday morning they called and sent Sam on Tuesday, New Year’s Eve. Sam had to replumb the connection to the hot water as the original installation wasn’t done properly. He also replaced the o rings inside the unit, flushed it and got us working again. Sam is the best and stuck with it to get it done properly. Thank YOU.

I contacted Hot Water Guys for an estimate for a tankless hot water heater, as one of my tank HW heaters was leaking. I called on a Friday afternoon, Shelby provided a ball park quote over the phone and email. Wayne came out Monday to provide an official quote. The official quote reflected the ball park estimate I originally received. The quote was much more affordable than other quotes from other companies.HWGs also continuously followed up with my city for work permit approval. My city took forever, and throughout this whole time, I was without water. Once they received the permit, Shelby called me to schedule the installation the next morning.Justin arrived on time along with 2 additional employees, who I can not remember their names.The removal of my 2 old tanks, installation, and clean-up was very quick. They each worked seamlessly and efficiently.Thank you Hot Water Guys for restoring my water days before Thanksgiving, and providing amazing customer service from the initial email to the completed installation.

Hot Water Guys did a great job installing a new tankless water heater in our home. The entire process was very easy and service excellent. The initial estimate and proposal was explained very well, they answered all my questions and quickly scheduled the install. The two installers were great communicating with arrival time and were very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain how the water heater worked, made sure everything was working well before they left and took time to answer a few questions. Very happy and would highly recommend!

My tankless water heater went out so I called the local do it all outfit (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) where I had a service contract. Not only did it take them over 24 hours to get to my house their quote was double what I expected to pay. I thanked the do it all company for their time and called Hot Water Guys around noon. I explained my situation to the lady who answered my call and asked if she could give me a rough estimate over the phone. She quickly provided an estimate that was 35% less than the do it all outfit. So naturally, I asked to get on their schedule for a complete quote. Wayne was able to get to my house about 2 hours later to look at the job and firm up the quote. His actual cost with some upgrades, was within 1% of the phone quote. You can imagine that I was pretty happy to see this so we booked it.The install crew came out 2 days later to put in the new unit. The installers were very courteous and took a little bit of time to educate me on some additional maintenance items for the heater plus run through a few install options for my house. The guys worked quickly and within a matter of about 3 hours had fully replaced the unit, installed new service valves, ran a new condensate drain line, new expansion tank framed out and fully supported, added a drain valve for the recirculation loop in my house, and connected an external controller. The install in my garage is a basically a work of art.My home has a hybrid manablock plus a circulation loop to the master bath. The circulation loop never worked with the old unit and three different plumbers (including the original installer) never could get it to work, even after calls to the manufacturer. The best part of the replacement, other than the fantastic price, is that The Hot Water Guys were able to get the circulation loop working with the new heater. Now I dont have to run water in the master bath for 3 minutes before the hot water arrives. I walk in the bathroom, press a button on the wall and within about 90 seconds both sinks and showers have hot water ready to go. No more wasted water.Overall I am a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone needing a new water heater. Plus the logo is pretty cool too!

Great service - can understand all the 5 star reviews now. Works exactly as advertised, really happy went with tankless (Rinnai RSC160en). I went into this not expecting immediate hot water, especially since they added 20ft of piping to hook up to my existing copper water lines. Its already providing hot water faster then my old tank water heater after a few days now of learning my habits of what times I use the hot water, but still takes 10-20secs initially if you haven’t used hot water for awhile, but pretty much immediately after that. I would caution about where you install yours. One of the installers did mention there may be fumes due to mine being in a not well ventilated corner of the exterior of my home. This is definitely the case after a long hot shower and doing dishes - when the unit is working hard get a whiff of it passing by the unit going in or out that door. Even a slight breeze changes that though so honestly not a big deal. Absolutely would use this company again - amazing attention to detail in every aspect of the job.

The technician called and asked if he could come about an hour early (YAY!). He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very pleased.

HWG is amazing! After about a week and multiple calls to various plumbing services to fix a water heater pilot light, these guys were quick, efficient, & the cheapest rate without even offering to just replacing the Hot Water Heater. I will absolutely be using them from now on!

Right Product, Right Price, Great ServiceHot Water Guys replaced two 40 gallon tanks in my attic with one Rinnai RL75in for a 3 1/2 bath home. Between doing a ton of reading/research and getting three quotes, these are my conclusions:- Rinnai is the most dependable brand- Hot Water Guys quote best fit my needs- My other quotes leaned toward larger or more complicated units.- Apples to apples, their quote was 10% below the closest quote.- In the end I spent about 20% less by taking their recommendation- The installation was neat and clean from start to finish.- The installers were nice, professional and thorough.Based on my reading and research, I would have over spent on a bigger or more complicated unit. In the end I chose to go with Toms recommendation since they install these every day. After a couple weeks of use, I can say his recommendation fit our needs.

I have used Hot Water Guys to service my tankless system for several years.The first time I had to call for service, I encountered other plumbing companies who said if they hadnt installed it, they would not service it. I had to call the manufacturer to find someone to service their product; they referred me to the Hot Water Guys.It was a comfort to find them.I called; they came and gave me the bad news, even though the system looks new, her parts are old. Brandon said it would be difficult to find parts and it may still not work. I asked for his professional opinion to repair or replace; he recommended replacing the 20 yr old gal. I decided to go with lower cost of a tank since I will be selling the house soon. If I were going to stay, Id get another tankless. Thanks Hot Water Guys; Ill miss you.

I highly recommend Hot Water Guys. They replaced our two traditional tanks with a single tankless unit one year ago. Installation was a breeze. The first annual service visit was just completed, and the unit still works as it should.

Kyle provided an immediate estimate for a replacement Rinnai tankless hot water heater and an installation was scheduled. Jake worked tirelessly to install the new heater. I am impressed with the work and the final result (See photo).

Hot Water Guys responded quickly and came on-time as promised for both a free estimate and the replacement of a tankless hot water heater. While its expensive to get a new tankless, they did a great job!

On time arrival was just the start. It was obvious the serviceman was knowledgeable and got right to it. He contacted the tankless water heater manufacturer and had a lengthy discussion, including a video chat with them about the unit. The system had some significant leaking due to age and lack of service by the previous owner. They arranged for parts to be delivered in a few days under warranty.Very pleased so far and expect the final repairs next week will go well. Reasonably priced, great rapport with manufacturer, timely and efficient. Highly recommended.Follow-up - Final repair now completed. Additional parts were required but all us in good working order now. Dan was great.Glitch in a ten year old unit required callback. However the additional cost was for the part only. I appreciated the conservative approach to the repair rather than replacing every possible part. Still very satisfied with the work by Dan and the Hot Water Guys. Highly recommended.

The arrival time was between 10-11 am. Jake and Chase showed up at at 10:15. They were absolutely amazing. They showed up and started right away. For 38 years, until this March. I was the manager of a utility district in Spring. I have worked with numerous contractors and these were up there with the best. These two guys never stopped working. They went three floors up to pull an old heater out, installed a new one, and readjusted the vent through the roof, installed a new pan and put everything on line. All within one hour and forty-five minutes. I highly recommend this company.

We had the circuit board replaced on our tankless water heater. I spoke to Customer Service and they were very helpful in helping me making sure my service will can be recovered through Home Insurance afterward. Carrie in CS was super efficient and was very willing to help. Also they were very straightforward with me about pricing and timing of the service. They do sound very rushy on the phone, so be prepared for that but dont be intimidated :) My part needed to be ordered, so service date could not be confirmed until part came in. They got the part in the day after the order, and our service was completed within 2 days of calling. Brian, our technician was on time, communicated when he was en route and arrived within ETA, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repair we needed and very welcoming to our questions. I am very impressed with their transparent and straightforward ways of servicing customers, sharing their knowledge of the type of water heater we have which allows us to be very informed customers.

Our hot water heater went out and many places we called were too busy to even give us a quote for almost a week. Whirlpool order parts dept. rep identified Hot Water Guys as an authorized dealer to replace a water heater gas valve for me. My review is to share my experience with Hot Water Guys, began with Britney answering the phone taking my call for assistance, to their technician, Sam, leaving my property after the valve was installed, an impressive success. The valve replacement appointment was originally scheduled for a Friday morning. When I called Britney to advise the part had arrived from Whirlpool the previous afternoon, although it was after 4:00 pm when she and I spoke, she offered the technician could arrive at my residence within 30 minutes. He did. This type of customer service is rare and Hot Water Guys should be recognized for it. Sam the technician was polite, knowledgeable about the install process he was to perform. He spoke in lay mind terms so I could understand after the valves install, the maintenance of the valve. He showed me how to clean the filter ring and drain and flushed the heaters line, additional things he did for me. Kudos!

We received a text when they were on their way and their team arrived during the window slot reserved. The team was professional, on task and coordinated with us so we knew when the water and gas would be shutoff. We were very pleased with their professionalism, promptness and quality of work. Sam not only fixed the issue, but he figured out why it happened in the first place, fixed my vent so it would be less likely to happen again, and showed me what to do in case it did. The parts I had been told I needed by another company were totally unnecessary and after scaling my hot water heater and replacing the filter (an $8 part) he called the repair in and credited my account with the cost of the unnecessary parts. The price was a fraction of what I had been quoted by the other company as well. Hot Water Guys are my new go to plumbing and heating company and I highly recommend them. Especially Sam.

Jake, Justin, and a tall guy (sorry I dont remember his name) worked hard under incredibly hot conditions, yet they were personable, respectful, and answered my questions professionally and with kindness. They suggested a solution to a gas tightness problem and even installed a plate over an outdoor electrical outlet for me, which was unrelated to the job - this is service above and beyond, for sure! After Winter Storm URI, our tankless hot water heater started leaking. We were lucky enough to get appointment and they were able to repair it. Sam was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a water heater installed and the sensor went out after only a few days of installation. The warranty division through Lowes Home Improvement routed me to American Warranty company whom then gave me two companies that took care of their warranty work. I contacted the first company which was located out of Galveston. They told me that there would be a $95.00 diagnoses fee, even though it was under warranty. I called the second company Hot Water Guys and spoke with Lauren. I explained what the circumstances were for calling and she asked for the warranty authorization number right away. Warranty work has to be within 25 miles of their office in order to not be charged a trip charge. Im located 35-40 miles away but the trip charge was only $25.00. A site better then $95.00 under our present circumstances with Covid. I asked Lauren how soon could a Tech be dispatched and I was told the following day. I made the appointment right away. Top Notch customer service, we went a month without hot water. They were very up front and honest about our tankless water system and the time it was taking to get parts. As soon as they got a new unit in we chose to replace as opposed to waiting on parts that were taking months to come in. They got us on the schedule quickly and replaced everything brand new. So Glad I called them! The gas valve went out on one of the heaters and it was under warranty. They came out and had it replaced. Im super impressed with the level of service I received from the Hot Water Guys. Our external tankless gas heater was affected by the recent winter storm here in Houston. While they werent able to get us all the replacement parts we needed, they did work with us to show up several times to triage and install the parts as we got them.Their team is super punctual, kind, and professional even through this very challenging process. They wore a mask every time there were here. They walked me through the issues and explained what they were doing during the repair. We are VERY pleased with the exceptional service provided by The Hot Water Guys - receptionists and the plumber, Bryan who repaired our tankless heater. Our 12 year old tankless water heater stopped working and I started calling plumbers who specialize in tankless heaters to check it. A cold front was going to drop temperatures and we were not looking forward to cold showers. Several plumbing companies told us that they could not schedule us for 4-5 days, AND that we probably need a new heater which would cost $3500- $4000. Abra was very helpful in getting Bryan out to check our heater on the same day. He was able to make a temporary repair so we would have hot water while waiting for the new parts which had to be ordered. He installed the new parts and all is well again with our heater! Two visits and the parts were all completed for about $300. Thank you so much!

We used the Hot Water Guys to install a new tankless gas water heater in our attic. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the different models, maintenance required, part availabilities, etc. They were very quick and finished our job within ~3hrs. Their prices seemed very reasonable. All of the employees did wear masks and cleaned up after themselves. The only wrinkle from perfection was that there was a residual gas smell that lasted a few hours after they left. Upon calling the office back and sending an employee back to investigate, we found out that our ball valve was open when they leaked out the gas line and hence the residual smell. Other than that, would 100% recommend them!

A big shout out to Hot Water Guys for fixing my sons tankless water heater. We thought his water heater was ruined after the freeze. We were expecting to have to replace it. Hot Water Guys came today and told him it was just a part that needed to be replaced. $160 was his total cost!! That included labor and supplies. With all the talk of companies over charging their customers, its so nice to see a company that is honest with integrity. Well worth the wait to have them come out.
