I had an amazing experience with Eric from Houston Plumbing Expert today! After the freeze, I discovered a burst pipe in my home, and I was in a panic. Eric was incredibly responsive and showed up quickly to assess the situation.Not only did he replace everything that was damaged, but he also took the time to properly insulate all the pipes to prevent any future issues. His expertise was evident in the way he handled the job efficiently and professionally.I was impressed with his attention to detail and the quality of work. Eric definitely earned five stars from me today. I have never felt so happy when a plumber completed a job before. Two other plumbers tried and failed to clear my clogged pipe, whereas this gentleman Eric from Houston Plumbing Experts was willing and able to keep going at it until the job was done. Super efficient and on point,I used Houston plumbing expert for my bathroom remodel, we had a leak behind the wall they found it and repaired quickly but then we decided to “might as well” remodel the bathroom and they helped us with all the changes and installation of all new fixtures.Will definitely use again

Eric came out within an hour’s notice on a Friday evening to assist with a DIY sink install that turned into the need for professional expertise. He did an excellent job in solving the immediate issue and provided a quote for a long term solution. Highly recommended him for all your plumbing needs!

After about 10 calls, Eric was sent out after hours. He was excellent!!! Though the problem was deemed not to originate from our home he was still able to offer assistance and stop water from flooding our home to prevent further damage. I highly recommend this company, ask for Eric!

Eric arrived on time and immediately addressed the issue we called him about. We had recently purchased the home and had some other things that we asked him to look into while there, and he kindly did so. He gave us his recommendations on whether they were worth fixing or waiting. He ended up swapping out our water heater that same day for us, and did such a phenomenal job. He kept his work space clean and put everything back in its place. He even took the time to ease my concerns about the upcoming freeze and our old pipes. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and just a truly nice person. I highly recommend him! We plan on using him for any other plumbing needs that we may have in the future, including eventually replacing our old galvanized pipes with PEX. Fantastic. Eric came out to turn on the water heater and check the disposal, instead let me know the water heater was a major fire hazard and the disposal needed to be replaced. Also caught a few issues with the sink plumbing in general. 3 days later the sink is replumbed, and the new disposal and water heater are installed. Wouldve been quicker but I had to work out how to pay (price was fair, Im just broke). The financing was reasonable as well, comparable terms to using a credit card to pay. Overall very satisfied with the work.

Eric did an incredible job on fixing the clog in my kitchen sink. The cost was very reasonable given the extent of the clog. He also advised on ways to avoid issues in the future with lots of good information I didnt know on how to deal with kitchen sinks and the garbage disposal.I highly recommend his services.

I have to say thank you to Eric. It’s 12:53am and he is just leaving the plumbing job that Home Depot stated was a simple fix but obviously not for my house. Not to mention, ARS told me they would send someone at about 7:30-8:00-a repairman will call and be in route to my home. Well when I called back at 9:30, I was told I was on the schedule for tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have water shooting out of the valve from the wall to the toilet.
