Howze Plumbing

Howze Plumbing has been great. The power company destroyed my Gas line while replacing a pole. Howze arrived quickly, did professional work and worked closely with the inspectors to get the gas line back in operation. I will definitely use them in the future although I hope not to need another gas line repair.

About 1.5 months ago we had 2 new gas water heaters and a new softener, plus filtration system installed along with various kitchen and bath plumbing. Howze workers were great! All very polite, professional, and hard working. Over 2 days of work everything was installed amazingly! Had 1 small issue that they came right back out and fixed immediately and whole project is working great. Clean soft great water.

Chance and Daniel were SO incredibly efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. AND they were right! We were told by a person from the gas company that their testing showed an in house gas leak. Howze guys said NO. Later a different gas company person verified it!!! These guys from Howze Plumbing know what they are doing!!!!

Really appreciate the diligent and precision installation by Stiles and Jose of our new double water heaters and inlet PRC valve today. Looking forward to years of worry-free hot water. Thanks for the great service Howze Plumbing!

Howze Plumbing is a family owned business. After having Daniel and Chance come to the house I learned they have very high standards on work performed and customer satisfaction.Daniel did the removal and replacement of old faucet and new valves. Chance(supervisor) came later to assist as needed. Both Daniel and Chance performed water evaluation tests. Check for chlorine, ph level, water hardness etc…Always in contact with office(owner actually looks at all pictures the techs send), and may advise as needed.Very satisfied with the work. We had. ‘Sleeper’ problem that apparently occurred during a bathroom remodel some years back. Concrete& tile floor in our first floor bathroom toilet. Demo of the original flooring apparently damaged the toilet flange, then the new toilet was installed with an inadequate wax ring so the toilet never truly sealed. Time passes, leakage eventually shows itself in the tile and grout color. The damaged flange needed to be carefully removed and a new one fitted to the floor drain and correct height. Daniel and Chase were our techs. The task consumed about 4 hours. They were courteous, described the process they were following and were perfectly fine with my watching their activities. A somewhat messy process, they cleaned up everything and checked the install after they were done. Daniel and Chase are good customer facing representatives for Howze. Plumbing.

The shower wasn’t working so we contacted Howze plumbing and a crew came out to assess and repair the faucet in the shower. All was fine until after two shower episodes later it wasn’t working again. So we called Howze plumbing and expressed our frustration. They responded immediately! Their plumber, Sergi, came out and fixed the problem, and assured us that there will be no more issues after replacing a part that should have been replaced on the first visit. We commend and recommend Howze plumbing for their professionalism and excellent customer service!!

Howze Plumbing was greatl! They were timely when I called and very customer focused, great service! Jeffrey and his assistant were very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Did a great job analyzing the cause of the clog drain and solved with the clean out of the line with opening of clean out valve and running the plumbing auger to unclog. They also had a camera run down line afterwards to confirm all 👍 good! Very fair price for the service 👏! Will definitely use them again as my plumbing go to people.

My husband and I have used Howze plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They are always professional, on time and texts me when they are headed my way. Today they installed all of the plumbing for our primary bath remodel including shower, stand alone tub with hand held faucets and a bidet. Wasn’t sure if they would be experienced in that and Jake was competent and helpful. We highly recommend Howze plumbing.

Jeff/Chance/Styles were super friendly and knowledgeable about the gas line project I wanted them to quote. Their prices were competitive and they offered a craftsmanship warranty to back up their work. You could tell they cared about the customer and were not out to just make a fast buck. I would use them for any plumbing issues that you may have.

Excellent experience resulting from our annual inspection. After we reviewed inspection items they fixed the faucets and water heaters we had on our list. Most companies would have inspected and then rescheduled. Jeffrey was prompt, efficient and extremely professional while staying personable also. Chesney came out and gave us a full inspection of our home’s plumbing and gave us recommendations on a couple of issues. The original service call was for a faulty shower faucet which was only putting out very hot water; and he took care of that promptly. The other recommended services were reviewed but declined. Overall we had a very good experience with Houze Plumbing!

We have used Howze plumbing for over 20 years. This time, I needed a new hot water heater. They sent someone out that same day, they worked with me on pricing, and had it installed by the end of the day. The next day (Saturday), I noticed that my recirculating pump (which I myself had installed several years ago) wasnt working. I called the office at about 5:30 pm and left a msg asking for one of the installers to give me a call the following week. In the next 30 minutes Joey (master plumber) called me, with the job photos handy and helped me figure out the problem l was up and running in just a few minutes, all because they truly do put customer service and quality work at the top. Howze Plumbing is the best! Our Tech Sergei was very detailed throughout the process of fixing a pipe leak in the wall behind our dishwasher. I was a little nervous since my husband was running late to the appointment, but Sergei took his time to explain everything he was doing to ensure I understood. The pipe was fixed and everything cleaned afterwards. We were very happy with our service. We even advised Sergei that Howze Plumbings business card made it to our refrigerator for future service needs!

I would highly recommend Sergei. I smelled gas at home on Thursday 18th, Howze plumbing sent technician on Friday and he says no leak. Following monday pressure was little lower so technician brought master plumber and he checked all appliances that connected with gas. They said it was fine and called city. City was did not come out till this Friday and even on same morning technician came out to check on pressure gauge and he said it was fine. The city inspector told me that it was below 3 and that’s minimum so he couldn’t pass it. No plumber were there to show inspector. At this point I have waited a week. Sean in the office have kept good communication about delay on inspector not being scheduled. Finally on Friday they sent sergei he was drenched in sweat crawling in my attic and found the gas leak. I had to explain situation and my experience up to this point he not only stayed behind and finish the job also explained to company of my situation. He was also empathetic and understanding that I have been out of gas for a week. I really appreciate he’s professionalism and taking ownership so I can be ready for inspection on Monday. He helped my experience with company to be better. I would highly recommend Sergei. He is extremely knowledgeable and detailed oriented!!!

Jake and Chance were great. Extremely professional and walked us through everything that they were doing. Once complete with the inspection they provided us options for next steps and performed the work in a clean and quick fashion.

I am so thankful to Howze Plumbing for solving the issue with our tankless water heaters! We had been having error codes for ~1.5 years off and on, and after 4 prior plumbers and spending almost $1,000, no one had fixed the problem. Chesney diagnosed the problem of high gas pressure within a short while and we were able to have the gas company fix it later that day. We havent had any issues since. Thanks so much!!

The faucet brand is out of business but they were able to find a part and repair the faucet.We had a pipe leak and Howse was able to come out promptly and fix our leak before it caused damage. They also recommended a water shut off device that will alert us in the future. In addition they checked our house plumbing for any other problems. I highly recommend Chesney and Howse plumbing. I am new to the area and when I had a plumbing issue, I called several plumbers in the area. When I spoke to other plumbers, they recommended Howze Plumbing. After meeting Joey, he provided me with a quote that was more than reasonable and was available to complete the work the same day. OMG! We called with an emergency. They called us back the same morning and were able to replace 2 water heaters the same day!! Sergei was amazing.

They came out same day on main water feed to house, got a temp fix but line is out of code, will have to see what quote for line from main to house replacement. As of now water back on so that is a 5 star resolve!

I find that most Google Reviews are a means of complaint, but this is quite the opposite. Howze plumbing provided us AMAZING service. Chesney, our technician could not have been more professional, personable, or technical. Our issue was large and he spent 2 full days detecting and repairing the issues. The company owner even came to check on the job. Pricing was reasonable and service was BETTER than expected. No matter what the issue is in the future, if it is something that Howze Plumbing can repair, they will be my first, and only call.

Had a leaking outside fosset. Called Howze plumbing. They were able to schedule me the next day. They had to work in the rain. They warned of worst case scenario what they would need to do before the repair. The technician had to dig the old fosset from the brick to replace. Joey was recommended to us by another reputable plumber in our area. From the start, he was very responsive and easy to work with. We called on a Monday morning, and by Monday afternoon the problem was resolved. He provided us with an estimate before beginning the work, so there were no surprises once the work was completed. More than that, he took time to engage our kids and even allowed our 10 yr old son to help with the fix. Overall great experience.

We had a pipe burst following the power outages in Texas. We had used Howze Plumbing before, so we felt extremely confident hiring them for the job. Not surprisingly, they did excellent work in a short amount of time, offered a great price for replacement parts and repairs, and even explained the process to us in depth, showing us what happened in the first place and how he worked around the issue to ensure a high-quality repair! Joey is so nice and always sticks around to answer all questions. We won’t use anyone else. 10/5 stars!

What a great company. They responded quickly and kept me informed on what was going to happen and when. I’m usually a DYI guy, but I’m glad I called Howze Plumbing because they did a better job than I would have on a major sewer issue that turned out to be beyond my abilities. Joey is a master plumber in every sense of the word, and I have no doubt that he could easily handle any plumbing issue that comes his way. His company clearly follows his lead in honesty and integrity, and they treat like a friend, not just a customer. To top it off, their bill came in below their estimate. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Chesney & Max were great. Very nice and friendly guys, took time to explain what they were doing and made sure to check with me before any changes in plans. Did a good amount of work but seemed to go quickly as we were talking and having a good time. This was our 2nd time using Howze and they will be the first call for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Once again Howze Plumbing came through with flying colors. Reported a toilet problem to them at 8:30 this morning, the technician arrived around 12:40 PM and in 15 minutes fixed the problem. They are my go to company for plumbing issues.

The guys were on time and very professional. Brent was quick to assess my slow flush problem attributable to an old style full tank commode. He augered, replaced the flap components and recommended trying to hang on to the current old style toilet as long as it continues to perform. We did not do the scope but he said he saw no symptoms of an issue with the line. I appreciated his taking time to explain everything to me. Five stars across the board.

I would like to show my appreciation for the two gentlemen that came out to assist me with my tankless water heater, water pressure, and garbage disposal. I was affected by the freeze that occurred in Texas due to the power outage. My family and I was without power for more that 72hrs. This forced my water heater exchanger motor busted and started gushing water once my power came back on. I called around to several plumbers but the price and experience wasn’t very friendly. I read the reviews for Howze Plumbing and decided to give them a chance. I left my information to request a text back and I received a response within hours. The individual messaging me was very polite and willing to help. They explained that their was a shortage of tankless heaters but will put me on the list. However, once I located one, I could reach out to schedule for their team to come out. I was able to locate one and when it was delivered they were able to send out their team within the week. Joey was very helpful with explaining things, he knew what he was doing and had everything working in no time. He was also very friendly, welcoming, willing to help. I didn’t feel that he was doing this because he had to but because he really enjoys what he does. I have never experience service like that from a plumber before. I would recommend Howze Plumbing to all of my friends, family and those reading this. If I ever need plumbing service they will receive my business. The guys from Howze Plumbing were great. Our leaky faucet was very old and threw them a couple of curve balls. They handled the surprises with absolute confidence and professionalism. I have used Howze Plumbing for at least 15 years. They do excellent work. The Polar Vortex froze two pipes in the wall of my home. Joey Howze cut out the bare minimum of sheet rock to reach the breaks, repaired them and left a minimum of mess (sheet rock and insulation) for me to clean up. Although he came on a Sunday afternoon, when I would have expected to pay a plumber triple time for his services, he charged me his standard rate. He gets a 5 star rating from me.
