I rent my home thru a rental company and I was having bad leaking problems. I notified the rental company and they didnt respond until 2 days later but didnt fix the problem. So I had to put in for the same problem again then later that day I received a call from the dispatch of JC Plumbing and they said they were notified of a work order but the rental company to approve it. I explained to the dispatch this problem has been reported before but never properly fixed and there was water everywhere. From that point JC Plumbing was a tremendous help by pushing the approval for the job, came out the next morning fixing the actual leak, came the next day dried all the carpet that was soaked, then the next day drywall the hole made to fix the leaking pipe and then the next day physically inspect to ensure everything was done correctly.This company is great, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them!
