This company is very professional. I got a phone call when they were on their way and I even got a phone call when they were running late due to traffic. Sam was very thorough when installing my two faucets and made sure that I was happy with the end result. He cleaned everything up and was very respectful. The cost was somewhat reasonable for plumbing services. Not the cheapest but, definitely, not the most expensive I have ever seen. They showed me exactly how much everything was going to be so I could make an informed decision. I dont mind paying a little more for professional work and that is exactly what I got with Sam so I am happy. I will definitely use them again if necessary.UPDATE: Months later, I now needed a new toilet so decided to call JD Precision again. I also had a coupon. They quickly had it fixed in about an hour. Great price and great service again from Sam. So glad I found this company!

Called JD Precision Plumbing during the snowstorm to go out to my senior living home. Ryan was very fast and efficient. He called me back within minutes of arriving to the home and said he had completed the job. He was very down to earth and friendly! I can tell that it just comes natural for him to be friendly. Nick came out this morning to help clear out a blocked sewer line. He quickly identified the problem and gave us a couple options. We chose to go ahead and replace that part of the line and although the job was trickier than anticipated because of poor setup when the home was built, Nick remained pleasant and made sure the work was done correctly. Really enjoyed his honesty and the quality of the work. We will be using JD Precision for all plumbing needs in the future!

JD Precision Plumbing came out to our new home to help us deal with some issues. They quickly assessed the issues and provided an estimate to correct/fix the problems. They were very responsive, courteous and professional. They performed all the work the next day and left us with the peace of mind that all of the issues had been resolved. Donald Helka came to my parents house and just blew us away! My parents had a drainage issue at their house. And Donald explained step by step and took the time to show how to fix and solve the drainage issue. He is a 10 out of 10 when it comes to professionalism and knowledge. This was my first time using JD Precision Plumbing and I will use them again. My call was answered immediately by a live person and not an auto attendant. She was friendly and arranged for a 4 hour window the next day, even though it wasnt an emergency. The plumber, David, was on time, courteous and fixed the issue promptly. I have nothing negative to say for any part of this order.

JD took care of my natural gas plumbing inspection and pressure testing in preparation for a regulator upgrade to service my pool heater. The technician was easy to work with and communicated well. They even painted the lines to keep them protected from rusting in the future.

I called JD Plumbing due to a toilet that wouldn’t stop running; I was expecting a house full of guests and needed it fixed ASAP. They sent Nicholas out the next morning and he fixed the running toilet as well as the other 2 toilets in the house that had some wear and tear on them. Nicholas was very mannerable and had a great personality. He was also timely and had all 3 toilets fixed well ahead of time, before guests started arriving to my house. Would recommend if you’re having plumbing issues.

Michael did an excellent job repairing a broken pipe. He explained everything well. He was considerate about our home, as well. The only downside was the cost, which I considered high for the work done.

Recently I had the water shutoff valves replaced for all my bathroom sinks and toilets due to age and an outdoor spigot replaced. Asa was my plumber and he did an excellent job. Daniel Smith did a superb job replacing a dripping water valve supplying our refrigerator and in replacing all of the frozen valves underneath our bathroom sinks. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He called us when enroute to our house and arrived exactly when scheduled. He also cleaned up the area where he had to remove a small piece of drywall. No doubt well call JD Precision for future plumbing work!

I’m have used JD Precision, Donald, 3 times and have been very happy. I trust that he will be honest with me and work with me to find a satisfactory solution for my issue. It’s hard to find someone you can trust, I have found that with Donald. JD is on the higher end but you get what you pay for.

Asa was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly explained every bit of the work that had to be done. I had complete trust after speaking to him. These things can be nerve-racking, but after his explanation, I was completely comfortable. The work was done as he said, and we are up and running. Quick service after calling and Donald was great at finding and correcting the issue after Lowe’s completed a faulty dishwasher install. He explained each mistake and was sure to photograph and document it all so we can submit a claim to Lowe’s for compensation. Will use them in the future if needed.

Nicholas from JD plumbing was excellent to work with on plumbing issue. Came in on late call was quick to find issue and explain all the work that needed to be done. Answered all questions and was very helpful. Wish more companies had this level of service.

Nicholas was prompt, friendly, polite. My toilet power flush had failed to operate. He initiated and handled a call to the manufacturer and got the unit covered under the one year warranty. I asked him to replace the toilet shut-off valves which he did in a timely manner. I appreciate the responsiveness of their service and the notifications regarding arrival of the plumber. I am a repeat customer and will be using their services to replace my outdoor faucets which are difficult to use with arthritic hands. I recommend JD Precision Plumbing Services.

JD Precision responded to our request quickly and sent Whun to check the problem of backup water in the house. Whun was very professional with his job and showed what he found with the camera clearly. The next day, Whun and Vincent came to replace the sewer pipe that was broken by a newly installed cable line. They were very easy to communicate with and explained in detail what happened underneath and what they were doing to solve the problem. Whun also sent over the pictures he took as proof for filing a claim to the cable company. We really appreciated their work and will recommend JD Precision to others.

Vincent replaced our old water heater with a new one. Our water heater is located in the attic, he and his helper were able to remove the old heater and replace it with a new one without incident. Vincent has done work at our house on other occasions and each time he has performed his work professionally.

The employees are professional and knowledgeable. We were having issues with our water pressure and temperature of the water. We needed to replace the old water softener system, filter system under our sink, and have the water heater serviced. Joel was extremely friendly and did his best he could to try and resolve the repair issue with the shower but unfortunately he discovered bigger problems and through no fault of his own, could not fix the actual problem. Since I have a home warranty, I need to go through their system and use one of their contracted plumbers to do the repair which Joel said was more than likely behind the shower wall which will probably be a great expense so it is more cost effective for me to use my home warranty insurance. I do appreciate Joels efforts and time and sincerely wish JD Precision Plumbing was a listed plumbing contractor for Choice Home Warranty so I could continue with your service but I am limited to their contractors. Thanks again for so quickly getting a technician out to my home.

I needed the pilot light on my water heater turned back off after I turned off my gas too early in the sale process of my home. I am out of state so had to arrange to have them meet my realtor. Called on Saturday night at 9 pm and had a technician (Ryan) come to my home 2 hours later. He was able to confirm I had an internal leak in my water heater and gave me some recommendations on replacement. Very professional and quick response. Will be reaching out to JD Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

We had water stains on our ceiling and contacted JD Precision Plumbing for leak detection services. Chris came out and was quickly able to confirm it wasn’t a plumbing issue, and even linked us with a great roofing company that was able to accurately diagnose the problem. Although we didn’t need plumbing services this time, Chris took the time to explain his diagnoses and gave us tips on what to look for if we do need them to come out.

Cory was great once again. Him and his partner came in and knocked out the issue that we had and informed us on other things needed to be done. I really liked that there was no pressure. Just providing information. I will be using JD Precision from here on.

Ive been using JD Precision for a while now. I like that they show up on time, do professional work, and stand behind the work they do. They are very price competitive on many things. Not so much on the leak I had today because of the side of the pipe (I think it was 2.5 on a water well). But thats ok, they are very reasonable on all other charges and they do very good work.

This has to be one of the best experiences I have had with any company. From the rep that answered the phone to the tech that fixed the issue at my rental property. After nearly two weeks of no one knowing what was wrong with the ac and my tenants being without cool air, I called JD Precison plumbing and they were able to get a tech out in 35 mins at 9:30 pm. . This after I called nearly 5 plumbing companies who could not come out until the next day.The tech Brice was on time, professional, courteous and knew just what the problem was. He explained the issue clearly and was able to resolve it in less than hour. Pictures and detailed explanations of the issue were emailed to me in a matter of minutes after the work was complete . I highly recommend this company .

Called them for an emergency weekend service, they didnt have anyone right away but scheduled next morning. Called me a couple hours later and offered to send someone that night but it was late so we kept the appointment in the morning. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained what the problems were with the water heater and why we needed a new one. He offered multiple options to help us with the unforseen expense. He got it all replaced in about 2.5 hours, and fixed the drainage that wasnt up to code.

The repair man was awesome!He fixed the facet. Charge was $290, wont use again price was much to expensive for 20 minutes of work. Dont recommend due to extreme prices.

They were courteous and professional explaining in detail the work to be done with an accurate price estimate. They had all repair parts in their van so the job was completed quickly. Price was reasonable and they overall seemed like nice guys. I would use them again.

Within about 45 minutes that I called Jd precision plumbing had Corey on his way he was only 30 minutes way from my house.He was very thorough and professional.He did a diagnostic assessment to see if there is a leak at main meter or in-house, which he came to the conclusion that was not. But he did find that he is pretty sure what was causing my water bills to be very high and now we wait to see what he found fixes the problem of high water bills can’t wait for next bill.

I contacted several businesses to come out and make repairs. I initially went with a different business. Ben, contacted later in the evening to check in and make everything had been taken care of, even though we went with someone else. The other company couldnt actually do the work until Monday. Ben gave me a quote for Sunday and one for Monday and we went with JD Precision instead. Ben didnt come out and do the work, but he followed up again after the technicians left to make sure I was satisfied. Not only did they beat the price of the other folks, but they completed the job in a professional, timely manner. I will definitely go to them first next time.
