The team at Joe Castro is professional, reliable, competent and compassionate. We have used Joe Castro 3 times now and they have been successful all 3 times. We have tried other plumbers before finding Joe Castro so we can knowledgeably say that there is no better plumber for the Spring, TX area. The most honest and amazing customer service! Joe’s guys came out to do a job, gave an estimate and started working. They spent about 1 hour at our house when they realized that additional work is required because of space constraints. They explained everything to me and let me make a choice to move forward with additional work and cost or they would just put everything back and not charge for the visit! We decided not to move forward at the time and Joe followed up with a new quote for me to use when I am ready. This is incredible customer service! The prices are also very reasonable. Just a great company and great customer service!

From another plumbing company, I received a quote for a job in the amount of $9,019.16. I reached out to Joe Castro Plumbing and my concern was addressed and resolved for only $475.00. Mr. Castros Technician, Jason was informative, kind and obviously correct in his assessment and remedy for the problem we had. The job was completed on March 6th. More than a few days have gone by now without any problems. By the way, I cannot say enough about Jason. Jason represents this company well. Very well.

After yrs with my plumber he retired. Havent found one I liked in the last several yrs. I had and emergency with a water leak in a pipe in the attic. I was referred to Joe Castro Plumbing. From the time I called to explain what was going on they came out immediately. Fixed the problem and was reasonable. Very nice too. So happy I have found a good plumber. Highly recommend them.

Joe Castro’s plumbing was outstanding. During the freeze, our hot water heater went out (unrelated to the weather), and even though the roads weren’t safe for driving, they got on the phone with me and asked for photos and walked me through a temporary effort to fix it and when that didn’t work, showed me how to shut it completely down to prevent issues. The next morning, as soon as the roads thawed, they were at the door and replaced it immediately and at a fair price. I highly recommend them for their service and their demonstration that they genuinely care about the customer’s problem. 5 stars, and if I could put 6, I would!

I have used Joe Castro Plumbing in the past with excellent results. Now I had a major project; replacing two tank water heaters with two tankless heaters. The project could not have been done any better. There were at least six people in and out; including plumbers and roofers. It was a like a perfectly conducted symphony. The job was completed in one day…absolute perfection!!!! I would highly recommend Joe Castro Plumbing for any job, big or small.

Amazing service! Discovered major issues when installing a water softener in our newly purchased home. I was given Jason’s contact and he was out to our house ASAP. He was welcoming of all of my questions (and there were a lot) and heeding to my requests. Took the time to get to know me, my hubs and my dog, and got the work done quickly and correctly. This old house will require a lot more work coming up and we will definable be calling them back!

These guys knocked it out of the park for my company!! We needed to replace a water faucet in our break room and the showed up early to the appointment and evaluated the situation and gave me options at a reasonable price and finished the job in the same day. First I called another reputable company for my problem. They ended up cutting holes in my wall and replacing a costly valve, which didnt solve the problem so more costly work was recommended. I decided that a second opinion was needed. Martin from Joe Castro came out and immediately assessed the problem with a quick,simple and inexpensive fix. First job was replace all my valves. Great work then did all the plumbing for a whole master bath remodel. New tub, valves, facets, shower pan, fixtures etc. turned out great. I had a very stopped up sink and a shower fixture which needed a thermo cartridge replaced. I had tried another plumbing company which couldnt figure out how to disassemble the shower fixture. Joe Castro plumbing arrived on time and had no problems taking care of my plumbing problems. Very professional and I would highly recommend them.It is now July16th 2024. I discovered a leaking tankless water heater in my attic and had to get it taken care of. Once again I called Joe Castro Plumbing and made an appointment. They showed up on time, inspected my tankless heaters (I have 2) and I decided to have them replaced.On July 15th, both heaters were replaced and they even had roofers with them to inspect my roof and seal the new ventilation stacks. It was alot of work but after all was said and done it was a thing of beauty.Jason and his crew were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I give them 5 starts once again!

Action Generators used them as a contractor to help install my home generator. They were very pleasant and prepared for the install. I made an appointment online when the staff came during their allotted time frame they were kind and courteous and worked promptly to repair all that was needed. They will be our first call next time there are any other plumbing issues.

We had a leak under ground outside our house. I called the company based on reviews from the Next Door app. The man and his workers came out on time. They found the problem and fixed it. The work was very professional.and friendly.They filled in the hole and even replaced the flagstone that was on top, which I did not expect. We have used Joe Castro Plumbing several times over the last few years. Our guest bath sink has always drained slowly. I was always able to hand auger any stoppage. That failed Labor Day afternoon; my brother and I were unable to get it unstopped. Too bad; it is the pipe our A/C unit drains into. The next morning, Morrow Mechanical was unable to get it unstopped. That afternoon, Joe Castro Plumbing got it unstopped and it now drains better than it ever has. There was a small drip under the sink which was easily fixed by hand by barely tightening one of the white threaded fittings on the P trap. It may have been a small problem to them but it was a big headache for us. Thank you Joe Castro Plumbing.

Best plumbing services I have ever had! I called at 9 am to see if I could get an appointment for sometime this week and they told me they were book until Wednesday. I said Ok, put me on the list for any cancelations. I got a text 30 minutes later that they were on the was to my house. They arrived 10 minutes later! I got my tub leaking faucet fixed and they were gone in 20 minutes. The price was excellent. I expected to pay much more for that level of service. I will never call anyone else but this company again. Job well done!!!

I contacted Joe Castro Plumbing after being told by a plumber from another company that my water heater was leaking. I was interested in getting a price from Joe Castro Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to fill out the online form and how quickly I received the information I needed. I talked to Randy about the pricing and that I was interested in buying a new water heater from them. During our conversation, I told Randy that the water heater was installed in 2018. He told me that before any replacement was made he wanted to have his plumbers look at the water heater. Within an hour of our conversation, Jason and Riley arrived and determined that the water heater had no leak and even if it did, there was a warranty on it until the end of the year! I am so thankful for the honesty and integrity of this company. Randy, Jason and Riley were very kind and helpful. They told me that I should not hesitate to call if I have any future concerns. I was not charged anything for the service call. Thanks again!

Joe was super responsive and honest and was able to get someone out to me quickly. They were very transparent with pricing over the phone as well which is always appreciated. I got the friendliest gentleman on the phone (Randy), and had Jason & Riley out exactly at the time quoted (within one hour). And the best part was, Jason reset and got the disposal running within 3 seconds. They’ve earned a repeat customer and someone to sing their praises for their kindness and honesty alone! They got my kitchen faucet installed and it works great. They showed up on time and even got all the stuff under the sink out and put back correctly. I’ve used them before with a water heater issue and handled a warranty issue quickly and took charge. This company replaced my 17 year old gas water heater after it failed to light. I called that morning, they came out that afternoon during a horrible storm and went straight to work. Early in the week after Christmas, I heard a strange banging noise in our attic. I thought we had varmints playing and went up to take a look. Unfortunately, I realized it was our 16-year-old water heater, and also noticed there was water in the pan.We still had hot water until the next day – then the pilot went out. After trying to relight it several times, I knew it was time to call a plumber.I researched and noticed all the positive reviews Joe Castro Plumbing received – and made the choice to try them.On Thursday morning, I called their office at 8 a.m. and left a message. I didn’t think there was any way we could get a new water heater before New Years.Received a call from Randy at around 8:15. Was instructed to take photos of the water heater and the label and text them back. Then talked to Randy on the phone and was told there’d be a crew there – by 9 a.m.!The guys showed up exactly at 9. They drained and removed the old water heater, and had a new water heater installed and cranked up by 11:30.Great guys, quick work, reasonable price – no muss, no fuss.I’ve found my plumber.

Issue was found (main water line), repaired, and pricing was very reasonable. Jason came to our home and provided a free estimate to reroute the lines from our two AC pans that merged to the same pipe and kept getting clogged. We now have separate, larger pipes with pea traps. No more clogs. No need to blow out the lines anymore. Very happy with the solution.

My mother is in her 80s and she had the original Water Heater in her house from 2002. We did not have any issues, but we wanted to get an estimate to replace it given the age of this appliance.I was able to get an estimate over the phone and excellent pricing for a Bradford White 40-gallon Water Heater. They were able to schedule us only a few days after we first called. The crew that came in to perform the job were punctual, polite, professional (wore uniforms), and they were able to remove old and install new Water Heater in just under 1.5 hrs (not easy considering that the Water Heater is in the attic above the garage).We were extremely happy w/ the work performed by Joe Castro Plumbing and we would highly recommend their plumbing services to anybody who is interested or looking.>> New Water Heater Shown in picture attached.

When my widowed, elderly Aunt called to let us know the toilet in her primary bathroom was leaking, we called a couple of plumbers who could not do a same day visit, but Joe Castro plumbing was able to come out an hour later! Called Joe Castro Plumbing this morning and they had a tech at my house just after lunch. He identified the problem, gave a diagnosis and had my main line drain clean and unclogged in less than 30 minutes for about half of the price as the 2 previous companies quoted!

Called Joe Castro Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet. A master plumber and his apprentice arrived on time and went to work. They were quiet and respectful of the house and me. I was pleased with their work. This was my third job handled by Joe Castro Plumbing. Second review a few days later. Requested winterizing the house before our next freeze. The same master plumber with a different apprentice came over. Made sure the outside faucets were wrapped well. visited the kitchen and showed me the proper way to let water run into the sink. Learned a lot! This was my fourth service call to my favorite plumber.

Have known Joe for years and have used his plumbing service for years. Recently had a stopped up sewer line and called them. They came out and got right to work and were finished within and hour.
