Professional and quality service. I had a mystery leak just outside of my bathroom, and I had been given a good recommendation from a friend. Everyone I spoke to was polite, and Rudy kept me fully informed every step of the way. It was not the least expensive service Ive ever used, however, it was far, FAR from the most expensive, and between being kept informed and the level of professionalism and friendliness displayed at all times, I feel like it was a great value. Both of my water heaters needed to be replaced, as well as kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. I can tell you that this company is very honest and does exceptional work. He asked questions and listened to my answers and explained why our toilet might be acting so strangely and what might be necessary and then began working and had it taken care of quickly and efficiently! He even answered some questions I had about things we needed done in the shower and was very helpful as I found out that they do those things as well! The job in my home was to replace a Moen kitchen faucet pull-down hose. I could typically have done the work myself but recent shoulder surgeries prevented that. “Leo” arrived on time on the same day as requested and he did a quick and efficient job for less than $150. Leo was courteous and made sure i was satisfied with all parts of his work .I fully recommend Joe The Plumber for their fair pricing and quick service.

Ive used JtP quite often now. Here in Spring, there are so many plumbers/ plumber companies that profess to be 24 hrs, that say they stand by their work, but its all nonsense. Every single time, and I mean every single time Ive made an attempt to call a plumber, whether Ive called Joe... first, 2nd or last, theyve ALWAYS come through. Im not sure if theyre reasonably priced or not, I wish I had something or someone to compare them to. What I will tell you for sure is this, pay whatever they ask, not because you can, but because you should. You wont regret it, you wont call another plumber and youll not have to worry about that job again! Everyone is a professional, from the phone dispatcher to the techs. My biggest regret, while Im being honest... every time Ive had an issue, I regret ever trying to reach out to other companies, to give them my time to waste. I called yesterday about a leak with my bathtub. I did see a problem with the faucet or shower head. Figured it was the valve. Josh was out today and fixed the leak...faucet. Previously used Joe the Plumber to clear a stopped up pipe. Got refgerator magnet from Josh so Ill have their information readily for my next issue.

An email inquiry I posted was never responded to so I phoned.Everyone I spoke to by phone was great!They had friendly, calm manners and clear speech.Fast service response time was awesome!The service expert, Jeremy was affable and knowledgeable.While the leak was stopped for the faucet outside, there is quite a gap between the exposed pipe and wall. It makes the repair kind of look insecure and unfinished.In addressing the water from the lawn, the leak was found and the water turned off, with the grass left in a kind of disorderly state.Still,appreciation for the main issue being fixed!

Immar did a very thorough job looking for a leak I thought I had. (Which was my AC pan overflowed). He explained & showed me pictures of wetness around the unit. He was very professional and I definitely will use Joe the Plumber again when needed. I will ask if they can send Immar.

I am happy to compliment Joe the Plumber, and in particular, Matt who took the time to give some advice for a self fix that ended up working. Our hot water heater pilot turned off and after a number of attempts to get the pilot working again, I called Joe the Plumber to schedule service for the next day, a little after 5pm. Matt promptly answered then took more information from me in a text message exchange. A little while later, after 6pm, Matt called back and gave me some advice on something to try. Tried what he advised and lo and behold our pilot remained on. Really good service provided. I should note he called me back shortly after he got a haircut so I really appreciate him taking the time to help us out.Update 3/18/25. Great service again from Joe the Plumber. We noticed water soaking our bedroom carpet and leaking from our ceiling and down our well. Plumber came out andFound a pinhole leak in a small copper elbow on our hot water heater. He quickly repaired the part and also re-seated the exhaust pipe on top of the heater. Once again, very satisfied with the prompt response and service.

The best service Ive ever received. My sons toilet was leaking water on the floor. I called Joe the Plumber, who Ive used other times before. The woman said she would call when the guy was on his way. Literally 5 minutes later, I received a call. The plumber was out within like 30 minutes of my call. The toilet was fixed in no time. Richard the installer was wonderful; however he started work at 10 am and finished at 5:30 pm because he could not get the extra helpers in a timely fashion- thus I was without water all day long. They had to move items in the attic of course/ it would have helped me if they had replaced them.Overall great service.

Called Joe the Plumber with a main drain issue. A crew of 3 gentleman returned on Monday after giving an estimate beforehand. The plumbers worked diligently on solving our issues showing the path of our main drain to the sewer line. Camera views showed the roots growing into the pipe and they snaked the line to help clear the obstruction.Work was done efficiently and professionally. Digging was kept to a minimum and was filled in properly.We thank Joe the Plumber for solving our issues and for the efficiency in getting to the bottom of our problem. Office staff was quick to respond with our issues.

Clogged kitchen sink. Hector arrived 40 minutes after I called. Pleasant and very helpful. After a brief conversation about the drain issue and past problems, he went to work and had the drain cleared in 15 minutes. While testing the drain flow he gave us good suggestions to help prevent the problem in the future. Weve used Joe the Plumber for some other issues and have always been pleased with the service.

Its unfortunate but things happen. I recently had a situation one night where my toilet didnt flush. I thought it was simple blockage so I ran to home depot and did the hair/grease product with boiling hot water and it didnt work. As I kept trying I noticed that water came up in the shower and bathtub. I knew the issue was bigger then. Because Ive used them before and had good experience, I called Joe the Plumber and they were able get someone out the next morning. After checking a few things, it turned out the crepe myrtle tree in my back yard had roots that had broken through the sewage line underground. The technician cleared things out and ran a camera down to show me what had happened. The line got cleared that day and we scheduled an appointment for him to come back and replace that section of pipe. They did an excellent job. Yes, it was a little pricey but no where close to having to have sewage cleaned out of my house. The technician also looked at a couple of things and answered any questions that we had. These guys do excellent work so I highly recommend them. I hope I never any more plumbing issues but if I do; I will definitely be calling Joe the Plumber.

I think you could give them some shoe covers so they don’t have to take off their shoes, but maybe it’s easier for them to have no shoes on

I won’t use anyone else if I can help it. We have used Joe and his team a number of (unfortunate) times, and they are always excellent. Pricing is what it is, but Joe always delivers exactly what they promise at a cost that is at or below many of their competitors. If you live in the Cypress area, I can’t recommend this company enough.

Arrived on time, fixed my toilet issue, explained what he did and provided a detailed invoice and politely asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I have used Joe the Plumber a few times. Every time it was emergency of sorts. They have always been quick to respond and fixed the problems. They are always friendly and communicative, but very professional. When its an emergency (broken main water line) they respond accordingly. Jimy has come a couple of times and really does a really good job at explaining and giving options to fix the problem. FYI, my house is 40 years old and some things just wear out.

Inmar Flores was the service tech that came out to my home, and let me just say that the service was exceptional, outstanding even! We had a job that we had started in our home involving a restroom, and it has taken us over two months, and has given us headaches after headaches. And we have had several plumbers come out and have not been able to finish the job. Not only was this man very efficient, he called and gave us an ETA before arriving, he Came in, explained to me what was going to be done, walked me through everything, Asked me if I had any questions, showed me when the work was completed. Extremely professional, I was extremely happy with the job!I would totally Recommend this company for your plumbing Jobs, their employees truly care about their customers and making them happy! 10/10

Amazing service! I had an emergency issue and they came out extremely fast. The technician was very clear and honest about what I needed done and was done quicker than I expected. I am very happy with this service and will use them again.

They were the second company sent out to fix an issue that was covered by a home warranty plan. The first company did nothing to fix the issue. Joe the Plumber fixed the issue but made sure I was aware that the first company was supposed to be given the job of fixing their mistake. I understood that and even agreed, but the issue was they did nothing in the first place (the guy literally looked at it and said I needed a new ring installed, went out to use the phone and drove off but sure did send an invoice to my warranty company). Joe the plumber said that the entire bottom half of the toilet needed to be replaced. I said it was covered by the warranty plan and asked if he would be able to do the replacement. He said to make sure it was covered and then call to schedule the work. I did so and he came out the following day , picked up the necessary parts and did the replacement. The toilet worked fine but loose. My husband ended up taking the toilet off and was able to tighten it up. The overall experience as it pertains to Joe the Plumber is this: Given the fact he was called to ultimately resolve the bad experience issue from a prior plumber, not even from his company, and single-handedly replaced an entire toilet system because a home warranty company had sent him, He handled it very respectfully and went out of his way to complete the work that others probably didnt want to do. Yes, the replacement was loose and we fixed it ourselves but honestly, he could have blown it off and moved on like the other company, but he didnt. He took two days of his time to shop for the parts, install them, and then remove and dispose of the old parts, and that was NOT mentioned in the plan but he did it for us anyway. That to me speaks volumes in how important the customer experience is to me and to Joe the Plumber. I would definitely recommend him.

Jimmy came by our house to look at our water heater setup to replace with tankless water heaters after one of water heaters sprung a leak in our attic. He was knowledgeable and explained all well. Jimmy and his partner did a fantastic job with replacing our 3 water heaters in the attic with 2 Navien tankless water heaters, as well as two ComfortFlow technology add-ons. Took them more than a days’ work and many trips up and down the stairs, as well as onto the roof. They worked all day and evening and cleaned up after themselves very well.

Technician arrived to unclog bathroom sink within 30 minutes of my call ( Monday afternoon). He was able to diagnose immediately as an AC drain line clogging the outlet and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Very impressive customer service , will definitely use again if the need arises.

I have used this company twice and they are very efficient. The plumbers are very knowledgeable, they are always on time, and very friendly. Each time I called, there was never an issue with providing a quote so I knew how much the work would be ahead of time. Only down side is the price. They are a bit on the high side with how much they charge, but one up side to that is they do excellent work and dont try to charge more later. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them, just know that they will not be the cheapest, but then again, you get what you pay for. Q.

Great company to work with. Our outside backflow line broke on Christmas Eve. I was able to text them with very quick responses and an exact diagnosis and quote from the pictures I sent. They arrived a couple hours later and fixed issue. Every other company had us waiting on the phone and no availability for 4 days, but Joe had it fixed in a couple hours. I recommend and would use again.

UPDATE 2022: Since our first use, we have called them two more times and both services were quick and reasonably priced. The technicians are courteous and clear and I would still recommend them.2020: I would recommend calling Joe the Plumber with plumbing services. We had a small issue needing a drain and overflow plate replaced and they charged $127 compared to $350 quoted by another company! For the same work! They came promptly when they said they would and Dillon was efficient and did quality work. He was also good at explaining what he was doing and what I can be on the lookout for/how to make improvements on my own. And if I did, he offered for me to call him if I needed help walking through it!The only slight hiccup was during the window they gave me, I saw a voicemail from them pop up on my phone, and it turns out I missed an opportunity to get a plumber in sooner. To be clear, it looked like it was my phones issue, but all that to say, when I did answer the phone the next time they called was when they sent someone out. So when you schedule your appointment and you are waiting in the time window they give you, make sure you are ready to answer your phone so you can confirm their arrival.Anyway, to recap, I recommend their services and will call again should I need anything more.

A very kind man with a gentle approach.

A pipe in the yard busted and needed repair. The technician came out, diagnosed it and was ready to perform the work. Which is great however, I declined because there was no price given up front. I called the office to be told it would be $400.00 and it needed to be paid in full within 7 days of the quote given. I didn’t go on with the repair. There should be a payment plan set up for customers. And also a great tip for your business is technicians should not be able to perform a service without the customers knowledge of cost.

Although I had to wait all day for them to arrive once they showed up they were very quick & thorough. They were on a previous job that took longer than anticipated. Our repair person was Dillon & he was very good! Highly recommend him. Will request Dillon if we need to call again!

Had to place an after hours call and on a Sunday. On call plumber was there within the hour. I had purchased a whole new shower kit due to the water not shutting off at all. The cartridge in the new box was faulty so thankfully he had one of his truck and fixed it and put the hardware back on! Explained everything to myself and my husband. Very friendly and professional. Joe the Plumber came out to my residence to investigate a leak in my ceiling. The crew traced the leak to a second floor toilet ring gasket that was not sealing properly. The toilet was repaired promptly which stopped the leak. The job was completed in a timely manner and very economical. The crew then inspected my two other toilets to insure that they were not experiencing and sealing issues that would lead to a leak. The crew did the inspection at no cost to me but as a professional curtesy. Great Job!!!
