The pressure tank for our well pump needed to be replaced. It was located under the stairs, behind the water heater, which made things a bit tricky. I talked with Scott, and he quickly sent Levi over. In just a couple of hours, Levi emptied the water heater, removed it to reach the pressure tank, and replaced the tank along with all the pipes connected to it. He then put the water heater back in place and hooked everything up. We have water again! Their service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Scott from Josiah & Sons Plumbers did a fantastic job connecting new smart thermostats to my boiler and a/c unit. During the process, he discovered some mold in the attic, while doing the new wiring for the a/c unit. Im glad he noticed it and brought it to my attention - its always better to address such issues early rather than letting people get exposed to unhealthy conditions. In the end, we decided to go with their top-tier energy-efficient compressor and handler. They also replaced all the trunk line and flexible duct work! Scott also came out to add a new transformer to my boiler system, enabling the use of smart thermostats. I had run new 5 wire thermostat wiring myself but wanted a professional to do the hookup. During the first visit, my smart thermostats were set up and running but they kept losing wifi connection. This was when Scott determined that the boiler transformer wasnt strong enough to support the smart thermostats. Hence, we needed to add another transformer to the system running the isolation valves, not the boiler. After adding the transformer and installing the new smart thermostats, Scott made sure the system was operating properly! I was thoroughly impressed to find out that the cost of the transformer and installation of thermostats was covered by them. Kudos to Scott and his team for ensuring a positive outcome.

My house is a bit older, built in the late 70s, and Eduardo had to navigate some unexpected challenges. Working in the cramped space of my small bathroom, he had to saw away some obstructive parts to complete the job. Despite these difficulties, the end result was fantastic. The new fixture I had chosen was a beautiful addition to the bathroom. Both Eduardo and Levi were punctual, arriving at 3:30 p.m., and displayed excellent professionalism throughout the job. They were courteous and took the time to explain each step of the process. Despite the cost being on the higher side, the quality of work and peace of mind it brought were definitely worth it. However, due to some challenges related to the showers installation, it extended to a job that spanned over three days but was equivalent to two days of work. Despite this, Todd, our plumber, stuck to the original quote and the end result was a fantastic-looking shower. Apologies to those who fancy the same design, Im not sure Todd will undertake such an installation again.
