Over the years they have done a lot of work on my children’s homes as well, and several of my friend’s homes. Everyone I know who has used this company is very happy with the service provided. They are a full service, family owned company. We have had them do rough-end plumbing, install new fixtures, and resolve blockages on my old house. I had Kae Edward Plumbing installed my water heater last December. So this December I had my 1st inspection, or flushed the heater or something like that. The technician was running late because of the previous appointment but I was kept informed all the time.The technician inspected every little thing. The water line to my refrigerator, he corrected how my toilets were flushing, checked my sinks, my shower, etc. Showed me why I had my washing machine on cold, but hot water was coming out, which I never paid attention to before.He had a checklist of like 75 items and he checks every single thing. He advises me what needs to be fixed, never pressured me. Told me to let them know when I’m ready.The service is impeccable, you know you’re in good hands 😊👍

Excellent service at a fair price. Bryly and Jayden were there together and calmly and professionally worked as a team. Replaced a sink faucet and drain plug (that required special handling because of tight spacing in the cabinet below it) and fixed a shower valve that was plugged on the hot side. A job well done.

Kae Edward Plumbing is the best! I had Calray, his brother (Bryly I believe), and another gentlemen come out on 4 different occasions. Calray did the initial walk through of my home, but my main issue was the toilet in my master bathroom. Calray is very knowledgeable and explains what your plumbing issues are and how they can be resolved. I had to purchase a new toilet, that later gave me issues, but they came right out each time at no charge and replaced the defective tank. They even gave me free membership for the issues with the defective tank.

This is a very professional and caring company. They care about there clients. They clean up after themselves and are very respectful of the home and how it looks after the job is done. This is my second review for Kae Edward Plumbing. I had the misfortune of needing a plumber for two separate issues one week apart! Kae Edward came out promptly and was even able to send out a technician on the same day for both occasions. Bryly was extremely knowledgeable and patient. What are breath of fresh air to deal with a plumbing company that doesnt try to upsell you items that you dont need. This is my first time dealing with this company. I will never go anywhere else based on their professionalism ,their knowledge of what needed to be done and honesty. A quick shout-out to Kae Plumbing for being very responsive and professional. They replaced my main water pipe after the freeze. Several months later, I had to call them back because the water pressure was very low. They came back promptly and resolved the issue within 15 mins. Their pricing is in the mid range, but their service is top-notch.

I first ran into Kae Edward Plumbing in December 2017 when my home warranty company sent them out for a busted pipe in my wall. They showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue and worked with the warranty company in not only getting the fix done but the issue upgraded to code as the burst had been caused by shoddy work by a previous homeowner.Then two days ago my dog completely knocked a spigot off the wall, breaking a pipe and causing water to start shooting in the backyard (again, shoddy, not-up-to-code work by a previous owner). To my horror, I discovered my current warranty company didn’t even have a phone line open for emergency calls due to the pandemic; you could only contact them via a form online and who knew when that would be seen? So I called a local plumber here in my small town and they told us that they couldn’t see us until next week. The water was completely shut down to my house to prevent flooding, my daughter was graduating the next day, and they wouldn’t be able to see us for a week?!? So I remembered Kae Edward and gave them a call. Within a couple of hours they had a technician out who was able to cap off the break so we could temporarily restore water to the house, then he came out the next day with the needed materials, relocated the spigot to a safer place and installed it with sturdier cooper and brass as opposed to the PVC that was destroyed.I absolutely love Kae Edwards. They’ve helped me out in some serious binds, are very professional and truly know what they’re doing, providing quality work. They are my go-to plumbers from now on and I highly recommend them.

How refreshing.....Constant contact with the office regarding the arrival time of the Technician. When the Tech did arrive, he quickly and efficiently got to work and fixed our problem immediately. Ordered a hot water system and leak shut off system from them last May. Have had no issues with the system until yesterday. They came out in the window they stated, were very professional, and left without charging me anything because it fell under warranty. I had the same type of service when they placed the water heater. There was a slight confusion about the leak detection system and they resolved it with no problem and they credited me the difference in price without any hassle. Ive used them multiple times from inside repair to outside repair and have never had an issue.

Several months ago we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and attributed it to a shower in an upstairs bathroom. We had been having plumbing problems that another company couldnt solve. Kae Edward were able to run a camera through the lines and diagnose the problem. The repair was prompt and affordable, and each time the staff came inside our home, they took care to keep our floors clean with booties. We will contact them again if we should have another problem.

Ron arrived promptly within his estimated arrival time. While I had purchased a new garbage disposal anticipating the previous one had died, he immediately determined that my current model was only jammed. Ron had the current disposal up and running within a short period of time and even offered some guidance around my sink faucet. Would definitely call them again!

These gentlemen came within 45 minutes or less from when I called in my request. Professional and had things working within 15 minutes. They found the problem and will be back in the morning to fix it for a very reasonable price. They put the camera down through the clean out and found that there is a separation in the pipe that they will come out and fix tomorrow. I cant say enough about this company!! They have a customer for life, no doubt about it!!

This plumbing company was refreshing. They are honest, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They are also reasonably and very competitively priced ($174 for main line clearing). If I had another clog, I think I would only use Kae Edwards, b/c they also seem to have a new type of snake (insulated and has chain on last 6 inches), that is more effective at really getting rid of the clog, instead of perhaps of just poking a hole thru the blockage, to have the blockage reoccur shortly after. Also, this new type of snake is more gentle on the pipes (kae edwards let me know the name of the new snake). They also are pretty generous with their time and their knowledge. I think whether the plumbing issue is big or small, they would handle it properly, all with reasonable price points. They also wear booties over their shoes when coming into your home, so they are also concerned about keeping your home clean. Also, if you have a root in your pipe, they will let you know if it is your responsibility or perhaps the citys responsibility . They were also available on the same day I called! All around great experience!

Ron and Chad came yesterday to fix a leaking toilet. They even arrived earlier than expected. They proceeded to fix the leak while sharing tips on how to handle issues like this in the future. What an incredible experience. I would certainly recommend and use them again in the future.
