Brendan and his team did an excellent job installing my hot water heater today. Dealing with home warranty company was another story but Kintex came through, thankfully. He arrived in the window of time and I was given a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. It was a smooth job even in the hot Texas heat where our water heaters are in the attic.

Brandon was amazing. I submitted a work order through my home warranty company. Kintex Plumbing was able get me a same day appointment. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. He corrected the issue and provided feedback as to what the problem was. He was very helpful!

The plumber that came out to fix our clogged sink was very efficient, Really nice guy.It took him no time to fix our issue with the sink and explain what we could be doing to prevent our sink from clogging again in the future.Highly recommend.

I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate the great customer service that was provided by Mr. Jose Mendoza Plumber for Kintex Plumbing. This young man was professional, effective, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, and customer centric! He answered all of my questions and repaired my drain issue in less than 10 minutes! Kintex Plumbing LLC came out earlier than their time slot (which is always a plus in my book) and evaluated the situation and got right to work. They fixed a minor leak that was coming from a pipe leading to our water heater. They were super efficient and fast and did a great job.

I had a leak under my bath tub drain (the shoot) , the tech came out and was young but super knowledgeable. I have had multiple in death conversations regarding the project and others and was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. I was very impressed. He managed to repair the leak. I have a previous contractor come out and quote me 5k to rip out the tub in order to make the repair. Thank god I got a second opinion. José was able to make the repair for only $195.00 ! And avoiding having to remodel the whole bathroom. Shame on that previous contractor. I would highly recommend Kintex Plumbing

Weve had two 2 different plumbers come out to our place for 2 different jobs. Both times, the plumbers were very nice and very efficient. They were knowledgeable and answered all questions/concerns I had.The first plumber fixed multiple leaks we had and the second replaced our disposal. One of the leaks required material to be replaced and our plumber ran to Home Depot and back in a very timely manner. The second plumber happened to have a replacement disposal with them, so he just ran down to his truck for the new one.Very satisfied with the work both of them did!

They were very efficient and they got the job done right. They also had excellent customer service as I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times. But they didn’t give me any issues with that which I greatly appreciated.

Manny was very punctual and was very good in diagnosing the issue with a toilet leak. He fixed it right away and it is very good now! I am sure I will want him to come again to attend future issues. Of course Kintex did a great job in having such good technician.

Jefry did an outstanding job in explaining why the pipe was dripping from the outside due to the back up of pipes on the inside. He was very friendly, patient and very informative on the way the pipes work from A/C and plumbing.

Reason for my 4 stars is only pertaining to the constant cancelation of my appointments,that becomes a pain when having to turn water off or work around daily routine. Kintex Plumbing was used by my home warranty provider to come fix my garbage disposal. They communicated well about appointment time and were very proactive around rescheduling due to the impact of Hurricane Beryl - and kept in touch until we got power back. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were quick to remove the blockage. Would use them for any other plumbing needs. Tech was very friendly.

Jose was dispatched from Kintex to diagnose an issue with our gas water heater. He explained the problem and recommended a solution. The system needed to be replaced. He was scheduled a few days later and explained what needed to be done. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. It was at least 102* in our attic that day, but he and a helper worked to resolve our issue and we are happy with the results. Jose explained everything he needed to do and again when finished to be sure we understood what was done. WE ARE VALUED CUSTOMERS and will use Kintex whenever we have plumbing issues!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lonnie from Kintex Plumbing to fix my kitchen faucet, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Ranceis was amazing. He went above and beyond of what he had to do. Excellent troubleshooting and cleaning both sink issues we had. He had to clean the attic AC drain and he did a fantastic job. I never write reviews but the main reason is he cut himself a big gash in his arm. He didn’t even tell me about it. He wasn’t one of those “look what happened to me. Look what I did for you…blah blah”. Nope. He was humble and never mentioned it. Never complained. Explained and educated me on why it happens and what I can do to prevent it. Thank you!!

Tony and Jose did an excellent job in helping us fix a water leak problem. They were very thorough and professional in locating the problem, not taking risks and minimizing cuts in the drywall to reach the source. They communicated very well throughout. Kintex did a great job for us. Both Water Heaters stopped working, they quickly found the problem to be bad thermo-couplers, replaced them and all is back to normal. Did not try the age-old your need to replace your water heaters trick like another Company tried to do. Thankful for that!

I had a serious plumbing stoppage that affected two showers and a whirlpool tub. Kintex’s technician provided five star service. He worked diligently but was not able to clear the plumbing stoppage with the equipment he had on hand. He returned the next day and completed the job in an exceptional manner. Kintex was assigned to me as a result of my home warranty policy. I find them to be very responsive and professional, despite the language barrier, which we work through. Scheduling through customer service is easy and they are accommodating. My only issue is the times Ive had to have replacement fixtures, they are way less in quality than what has been in place. The options seem to be bottom of the barrel builder quality. Probably not the fault of Kintex as that is probably what the home warranty contract stipulates they must use. I dont know for sure. Even with that, I have been able work through to satisfactory resolution. The technicians that have been in my home have been prompt, courteous, neat and very efficient with their work.

Kintex Plumbing LLC was assigned a job to investigate a leaking water Heater at my residence on Wednesday February 28 2024. Plumber arrived in a timely manner, and explained the reason why he was here, starting his inspection from the outside observation, went upstairs into the attic and pointed out the source of his observations. His inspection was thorough and his assessment was complete and thorough. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about his work. He explained that he will send his inspection in, and thanked us for the opportunity to help us in this process.

Had a leak in between floors Chris was very thorough in where to look for the leak before having to cut sheet rock to find the leak! He took his time and was very efficient and did the job correctly and fixed the leak! Would highly recommend these guys!

The technician did a great job repairing our bathroom shower/faucet leak and provided knowledge about our shower product and how to extend the life. We were satisfied with the work performed.

Had a window of 1-5pm. He arrived at 5:13pm and was complete with the job at 5:49pm. Although he was late for his window he did complete the job in a timely manner. We couldn’t communicate with him due to a language barrier but that didn’t stop him from doing his job. All in all very professional. He called his coworker after the job was complete to submit payment and off he went. 4 out of 5 stars due to him missing his window and no communication was had.

I had a problem with the fill valve in a toilet. Once flushed it would take hours to refill. This was on a Sunday. Jose the technician came on the early side of the arrival window on Tuesday and without hesitation, took the tank off the toilet and completely rebuilt all the insides of the tank. He did it efficiently and cheerfully. I am very happy with the promptness, completeness of the work and Joses great attitude. I recommend Kintex.

I needed a garbage disposal after having a 1/3hp for 12 years they upgraded me to a 1/2hp for a small fee of course but they were prompt and the gentleman came removed the old one and installed the new one in less than 30 minutes. My warranty company contacted Kintex Plumbing came to repair one of my sinks slow leak. They came to my house three times, the first was to identify the issue, and when they came the second time, no one was at home, and they kindly made a third appointment. At the third visit, they couldnt fix the leak because the leak interestingly stopped all of the sudden even though they run the water for 20 minutes. They asked me to keep eye on it, and call them again if I can identify a leak. I feel sorry for causing them to come over twice for nothing, but I really appreciate their kindness and patience.

Kintex Plumbing was assigned to my claims case through my home warranty company. My garbage disposal had bit the dust. They called to set up an appointment on Friday and they came out Saturday. The plumber arrived on time and proceeded to replace the disposal. Replacement took about an hour and the work was great.

They worked a home warranty insurance claim for me concerning toilet stoppage. They came out and worked on the problem then contacted Choice to discuss problem remediation. Of course, CHW found one sentence in my entire contract and denied my claim. These guys worked with me to fix my problem and I truly appreciate their dedication and effort.Would I recommend them, hell yes.

My Home Warranty sent this vendor to repair a leak in one of the faucets. The warranty company informed me of an extra fee of $95 which I agreed to. Kintex on the other hand insisted that I owed them $95+$195 and wanted me to remove the sink before they would complete the repair. Imagine a plumbing company asking the customer to remove the sink before they are able to do the plumbing repairs! How utterly ridiculous! I will not be using or recommending this company. Be aware!!

Had a home warranty claim and Kintex was assigned to job. My garbage disposal was leaking. They communicated with me several time before appointment to get information and confirm appointment. Plumber showed up right on time and proceeded to check unit and determine it needed replacement. He then gained approval from home warranty right away and replaced unit within an hour. Overall great experience and would gladly use again
