I called KT Plumbing because we were in a pinch needing several gas/water appliances disconnected and reinstalled while having our flooring redone. Im so happy I did!!! Both Carolyn and Kenneth were kind, responsive, and professional! The service was great and the prices very reasonable. Plus, they were able to accommodate our busy schedule. Will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

KT Plumbing of Spring is a fantastic company to work with! Scheduling is super easy. They are on top of communication with appointment reminders via email & text. Kenneth is super professional & so knowledgeable. Got our leak fixed very quickly and they are very reasonable on their prices! They sent an invoice to our email, that was super easy to get it paid.

Awesome plumber! Needed a toilet replaced and tried them out and are very happy with the service. The base also had an issue that made the toilet loose or rock back and forth and they fixed that as well. The response time was great, communication was great, well done!

We originally scheduled an appointment a few days out to fix our water heater (gas wasnt turning on). Carolyn was able to move some things around and got us an appointment the very next morning. For reference, this was going to be our first time using KT Plumbings service and we call to make the original appointment at 4 PM. They never met us, but already treated us like with the best service. My pregnant wife cant say thank you enough, especially with the cold weather currently going on. Thank you again!!!!

My toilet was leaking from the base and moving around on Tuesday, I was contacted that night with a very fair price to replace the wax ring and reset the toilet. On Thursday, Kenneth came out and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. The job was completed within 30 minutes and looks fantastic. He explained everything before he left. I will definitely be using this company for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

We called KT Plumbing this morning for our commercial property because we had no water. We assumed it was from the winter storm. They came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue then did a walk through to make sure no pipes or toilets were leaking. I was surprised when I got the bill that they were so reasonable. Being a small company we need people like this.

Kenneth and KT Plumbing is the best repair service I have ever worked with. The office is extremely responsive. They work hard to get to you quick and show up on time. Kenneth is very knowledgeable. He has completed three different jobs at our house. One was pretty complicated (previous owner’s handiwork). Kenneth came up with a creative and cost effective solution. This week we had an outdoor pipe burst and he came out first thing this morning and got it taken care of in about an hour. Kenneth is a veteran and comes off as honest, respectful and very hard working. I would recommend this company with complete confidence every time!

I had a plumbing issue arise in the middle of the night. I reached out to K T Plumbing of Spring, and Mr. Thomas was able to come out that afternoon. My issue was a lot more than expected, but he was able to get it all fixed up so we could enjoy the rest of the weekend with water! The price was fair, and the work was excellent! Mr. Thomas was awesome! I was so worried when my pipes were clogged with food that it would cost me a fortune. While working on my pipes Mr. Thomas assured me that it wasn’t going to cost me as much money as I thought it would which gave me much less anxiety about the situation. He was so professional he came when he said he would. He got right down to business unclogging my pipes was there less than a hour and didn’t leave a mess. I was so happy with the service and would definitely recommend KP Master Plumber Services to any and everyone!

I hate to let go my old kitchen faucet for 13years, but its time to get a new one. KT Plumbing installed my faucet and replaced some old valve under the sink and Efrain who installed did an amazing job and he is very nice guy, honest that you can trust. I even ask him if I need to replace my kids bathroom faucet but he told me nothing wrong with it just some part was loose, he even fixed it with no charge. I found this company by Lowes in the Woodlands and I would highly recommend KT Plumbing to anyone who need plumbing service. Theyre not to expensive compare to other company.

The service was absolutely fabulous! The price was more than reasonable (actually the lowest bid I received, and I got over a dozen)! They were prompt and understanding working with my schedule and needs. I had two toilets replaced in under two hours. There was no mess to clean up afterward. Courteous service and Covid safe! Our toilet needed replacing. The young man explained what he was doing and why and also had to make a second trip to get all the parts. We needed another pipe which was our choice for him to change. The price was good and he worked quickly and efficiently. We will call K T Plumbing again when needed.
