Called Life Line Plumbing and was told someone could be at my home within the hour. Made it home in about 25 minutes and he was already there. Luke was superb. He immediately identified the issue and got started on the repair. He was easy to work with and explained everything as he went along. Highly recommend him and trust his work.

John was very professional, competent, and approachable. He took time to understand the problem before executing the work. He restored the flow to a plugged drain and verified it was flowing correctly before departing. . Highly recommend Life Line Plumbing.

I had an 11 - 2 appt for an estimate on a water heater install. I had the same appt for 2 other plumbing companies. The other 2 had someone there within the time frame, but the Life Line guy did not show until 5. By that time I had already committed to one of the others to do the install. Luke was very nice, professional and gave me a quote even though I told him I had already agreed to let another company do the work. Had he been there between 11 and 2, he probably would have been my choice. So sorry he came around too late.

John was recommended by our a/c company. Let’s just say it’s our a/c company because the owner grew up with my daughter and he’s honest and does a great job. I already had a plumber; however, With that kind of recommendation, how could I not call. John answered all my questions and scheduled to come out. He took the time to show me what he was talking about and make recommendations. We scheduled to work and it had to be rescheduled because of the freeze. He showed up when he was supposed to, did everything he was supposed to, cleaned up after, and basically was an All-Star. All this and highly competitive pricing! Obviously, I highly recommend them.

I cant say enough good things about Life Line Plumbing! I had a clogged drain late at night, and I was worried no one would be available to help. But they came to the rescue so quickly! This was my first time to work with Lifeline Plumbing. Very pleased overall. They came out to look at the job (replacing a leaking shower pan) and provided a written estimate and timing. They did the job on time. No upselling at all. They were able to provide good references for the non-plumbing parts of the job, i.e., installing new tile and new shower doors. John came quickly to unstop my drains late on a Friday afternoon. They were able to solve my problem in less than an hour! The repair was not as extensive as I feared, so I am one satisfied customer. ThanksItssBeen a couple of months and today I called John and his helper to replace an outdoor hose bib(faucet) and install a new kitchen faucet. The crew was able to come hours earlier than originally scheduled. They installed both faucets efficiently, quickly, and cleanly. They left everything better than they found it and for a fair price. Excellent work gentlemen.

Found out late at night that my water heater in the attic was broken and leaking. I called Life Line first thing in the morning and they were able to squeeze John in who promptly came out the same day and replaced the water heater in my attic in about 1.5hrs. I had both Carlos and Cameron come out two separate instances for different issues within a week. They were very professional, took time time explain things, answer my questions, and gave me tips going forward. First job was clearing up a gnarly clog in a tub. The snake they brought didnt reach it through the tub directly so they climbed into our attic and accessed the pipe in a different spot, inserting the snake and cleared it up. Second time was using the jet to essentially power wash my pipes that my kitchen sink connect to. Water had been filling the sink and wouldnt go down, even with the disposal. Cause was years of grease build up blocking up the pipes from prior home owners. Its clean as a whistle now and they showed me a live camera feed in the pipe to prove it. Nether of these were DIY jobs and I was glad to have Life Line come out and take care of the job. Was happy to support a smaller family-owned business as well.

The customer/technician service was above and beyond. Tanner, the technician and his apprentice (I forgot his name) were very kind and informative. You can tell they really care about the customer and not just about making money. Unlike other plumbing services weve had in the past. He was very knowledgeable and if we ever need plumbing services in the future, we know just who to call.

We decided to go with Life Line Plumbing for our whole home repipe after getting a few estimates to replace our galvanized pipes. Not only did they have the best price, they were also very responsive and took time to explain each step in the process. Very easy to call and make an appointment. Glad they were able to come the next day. They were able to quickly repair the washing machine drain line which was clogged due to the air conditioning draining into the same line. Only thing I wish they would have done is call before they arrived. Other than that, it was a perfect experience!

Wilmer did a great job today with our dishwasher installation. Things were smooth sailing even with a couple hiccups from our previous dishwasher. He stayed to make sure everything was installed properly, and gave us great feedback for what else to keep an eye on around our older house. This is a great company. We had an emergency at 10:00 at night and they were quick to come out. John diagnosed and fixed the problem not long after he showed up. Although it was late (he left around 11:00pm) he was always professional, and went a step further to show me some roots that were growing inside my pipe. The employees of Lifeline go above and beyond for their customers. I had a water heater installed by them 5 1/2 years ago. It stopped working right before the 6 year warranty. Karla was very helpful over the phone and setting up the technician, Wilmer to come by. Wilmer really went to bat for me and handled the entire process of working with the manufacturer to get me a new heater under warranty. Our garbage disposal needed serviced and was very please with how quickly and knowledgeable the plumber was. The only issue i had was they were 2 hours late and didnt call was told 11-2pm they came around 4pm. Not sure who dropped the ball on that. But once i called the office they were at my door in minutes. If i need another plumber i will be calling again.

Jake arrived in the scheduled time window and looked at the condition of the water heater and gave me an acceptable bid on a new water heater then left to get parts.He found the gas water heater vent pipe was installed upside down which may have caused the corrosion we were experiencing. He reinstalled the vent pipe correctly. In addition he made changes in vent spacing and added a condensation trap to bring the previous installation up to code. He added a pan under the water heater with drain lines from the pan and the pressure relief valve to the lower level of garage floor to prevent water from flowing under the wall into the house in case of malfunction.Finally I feel like I have a first class water heater installation!!

We had a pipe burst during the freeze and I happened to see a lifeline truck in my neighborhood. I sat in front of my neighbor’s house until they were finished and convinced them to come to mine even though they had a full book of appointments. John and Wilmer were awesome! Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend!

Overall the service was good! Wilmer came late, but they kept in conact with us and i could tell this didnt normally happen. He also more than made up for it by being transparent in all his work and giving us a discount for his lateness which was a great gesture.

We had called Life Line Plumbing to help take care of shutting off the water line that was supplying to the fridge. Anthony and Jake came in after midnight to help replace the faculty valve. Although this company is pricey the representatives were great! They stuck around to make sure everything was good and that we were okay (even though it was after 1am). I would recommend them for their reliability, professionalism, care, concern, and quality of work (valve replacement). If youre going with life line ask for Anthony and/or Jake.

I unfortunately had a leaking pipe in my attic. I called Life Line and scheduled for them to come out. They had a cancelation and Cameron was able to come out the same day. Cameron went up in the attic, found and repaired the leak. He was very professional and friendly. Absolutely Awesome!!!!

Called for plumbing service during the freeze when a pipe broke in the attic. John and Will did a great job. They located the break in the pipe and checked the entire attic for any others. After feeling confident that there was only one they did the repair and slowly turned the water back on while looking for any other leaks they may pop up. After a thorough check and watching the water meter they were sure that was the only break. Seeing their professionalism and the care they took in their work I was confident that we were good. They even replaced an outside spigot and wrapped it for me. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We fell victim to a busted pipe from the February 2021 freeze. They were able to get us on the schedule and capped our busted pipe very quickly. They then spent the time to slowly turn our water back on and check all other pipes to ensure there were no other issues. Called at 10pm on Sunday a week ago for a leak from attic. Wilmer arrived within 45 minutes. Resolved the issue with plugged AC line and checked line from other unit to make sure it was functioning correctly. Reminded us to phone insurance and arrange for a restoration company as soon as possible to prevent further damage from water leak in livingroom. Was a relief to get prompt service in the middle of the night. They are my new plumbers.

I finally decided to upgrade to a new toilet and Carlos came out to replace it. He was very polite, professional, and funny. Wilmer did a great job opening the sewer line up for me this morning. They arrived not long after I called when the other companies couldn’t get anyone out until much later in the day.Very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again if I need plumbing service in my home.

Cameron and an apprentice did the repipe on my townhouse back in July. Due to the age and strangeness of the layout of the original lines it actually took them much longer than originally planned. But they were SUPER nice and professional, explained everything they were doing, worked late each day to get the job done, and even made sure I had a working toilet and sink each night before they left. In the middle of what felt like the ice age I had a leak I couldnt find from a pipe busting. I got the water shut off but needed help. Plumbers were booked solid and I talked to more voicemails than I could think of. Highly recommend this company, I had an emergency leak in my master bathroom and needed someone quick, and their team guided me on how to get my water shut off so it wouldn’t do further damage and then they showed up quickly which was a big relief. From the recent freezing in TX I had 8 pipes burst in my house. I had located 5 of them before Life Line arrived this morning. When they addressed those and we turned the water on there were clearly more I hadnt found. The guys were able to isolate the location and get these broken pipes repaired too. All this was done with very minimal damage to my home.Both plumbers who arrived today were very professional and their determination and dedication to finding and fixing all of the broken pipes was first class. The job required nearly 4 hours of effort, initially they were probably planning on 2 at the most, but they didnt complain or try to cut corners to finish and get on to the next job.Absolutely hire these guys. I have used Life Line Plumbing in the past, and I was very satisfied with the work. Recently, I reached out in order to get a quote on water filters system. The gentleman, Wilmer, technician, was timely and professional.

My washer valve broke and started leaking. Lifeline was able to dispatch a technician(Bryan) to my home within a couple hours of my call. Bryan was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. He was honest and I didnt feel like he tried to sell me anything I didnt need. The service was great.

Called for same day service repairing a leak & installing a new faucet after mine failed catastrophically. They were very attentive, provided updates when the plumber was en route, and performed the work very, very professionally. This company answered our call after hours, late at night. They repaired a leak between the main & the house just before the shutoff valve. They were prompt, efficient & reasonable! I highly recommend them.

During the February 2021 freeze, a pipe busted in my attic and I required immediate plumbing services. Having used Lifeline in the past, I called on them right away. In less than 6 hours, John and his apprentice showed up, replaced the broken pipe and inspected the rest of the house for any additional leaks or breaks. Anthony came by himself when the work had been completed and performed a full inspection of the house (including the hot water heater in the attic) to ensure all was good.
