I was recommended Luis Your Plumber by my roofing company to repair an active leak that was found during a roof inspection. While I appreciated the recommendation, I decided to use my home warranty company to try and save some money. After I was told it would take 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment I reached out to Luis to see if he could come any earlier. Luis said his team could be out that same afternoon. Erick and Larry came out, assessed the issue and repaired the leak within a couple of hours. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!

We purchased a new washer and dryer (with steam) and upon delivery by the company, they were unable to get the water connected to the machines due to some rust and difficulty getting to one of the water valves to turn it off. My father in law referred me to Luis as he had used this company previously on 3 occasions and was happy with their work. Larry came out to our house within about an hour on a Saturday! He changed out the water connection valves to ones that are easier to turn, connected the washer and the steam attachment on the dryer and even connected the electric connections for the dryer. Completely above and beyond to do that and to help us out so quickly on a Saturday! Definitely earned a lifelong customer and highly recommend their services!

Extremely happy with the service speed, efficiency and communication when they installed our standby generator. We worked with Lance, highly recommend!! Came home one evening to a water heater busted, couldn’t get it operational. Called them the next morning, found out it was just more cost effective in the long run to get a new one, rather than replace the parts wrong on this one.They came out later that same day and installed it in 2.5 hours, albeit mines in the garage so there wasn’t an attic to deal with probably saved them time. New parts for the gas lines and other lines, cleaned up the pipes up top and all around, just did a detailed job. Even gave it a bit of a spit shine afterwards.Installed beautifully, checked everything out and stayed a good bit after to be sure it was functioning properly, got to appreciate that. Lance and his assistant came out and did a great job. I was trying to get a repair done - the company that had installed my water softener had drilled several screws into a pipe, which caused it to leak. For many complicated reasons, they were unable to fix it. I called five plumbers in total. This company was the only one to return my call and show up. They gave me an acceptable estimate, was on time every time, worked with my schedule, and had it all fixed up in a couple hours. They also gave me a recommendation for dry wall and advice on how to fix the cracks in the concrete created by the leak. I will use them again if I ever need a plumber. I’ll also recommend them to everyone who might need one. Very professional, very respectful, and great quality work!

Fantastic service from the crew at Luis Your Plumber. They were able to come out the same day for some plumbing that was backed up. They reviewed it and provided a quote on the spot. They then started work, realized it was a little more difficult than originally thought, called out extra crew and parts but they found the issue, cleared it, and still charged the original quoted price. Very professional crew, even cleaned up stuff they didnt need to clean. Definitely will save their information for future usage!

Previous plumber Ive used quoted a price over the phone on some maintenance items that seemed steep, found Louis Your Plumber online, gave them a call. Message said I could text them, which happens to be the most efficient way for me, as well. They responded within 30 min and provided three (3) windows over the next two (2) days to come out, see the work, and provide a quote. Showed up on time, even called with a heads-up when they were on their way. They were professional, quoted a reasonable price, and got to work immediately. Very easy, highly recommended.

Exceptional service. We had our tankless water heater replaced. Jeremy and Mr. Lance were fantastic along with the rest of the crew. Our tankless quit on us after a bad installation by another plumber. They evaluated our unit and determined that we would need a new unit. After calling around to a few other companies trying to get service that same day, Jeremy was the only one to quickly respond and arrived on time. He gave me a fair assessment and was able to diagnose the problem. There was a part that was missing that we needed and no one around us had the part - it would have been at least a few days to have one shipped out to us. As unfortunate as it is to need a plumber 4 times I have never been happier with their service.They have unplugged a French-drain and helped with our kitchen faucet. We were advised to call Koehler the manufacturer and get warranty parts to repair the faucet.Can’t recommend Luis Your Plumber more.

Yesterday afternoon, after reading many reviews on several sites, I contacted Luis Your Plumber to fix our kitchen sink drain. We set up for this morning. Jeremy came out and discussed what was going on, looked at everything inside and outside and gave me a quote, and promised to be careful of the shrubs outside in front of the drain. He did what he said he was going to do, unclogging a spot at 4 feet and another at 20 feet. Tested kitchen drain, then sink and toilet in nearest bathroom. He was a pleasure to work with, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I picked this company because of the 5 star reviews on multiple sites. My plumber for everything in the future.

Amazing team! Jeremy and Juan came out for a FREE estimate and advised best option for a kitchen faucet replacement was to replace the sink ourselves due to cost and difficulty of getting old faucet off. They also had an extra disposal drain which they gave us so we didn’t have to buy one. NO CHARGE! They really are all about helping their neighbors! I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs!! GREAT COMPANY!!

Luis Your Plumber was excellent. Erick was our plumber and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He repaired all the pipes from the freeze. The integrity of our pipes were compromised and many more leaks sprung (13 total) and he found every one and repaired them all in a few hours. He was very patient and worked very hard. I woukd definitely reccomend them to anyone!

Excellent service. On time and under budget! When they first mentioned the total price, I was like I dont think I can afford that, and they replied that they could work something out, and they definitely did! Unheard of! They got my old kitchen faucet valves changed out (3 of them), as well as some piping, and got the water working in time for my Thanksgiving cooking. Love them!

Reading their reviews I knew they would be me my best choice, and Im glad I did.We had an annoying drip in the master shower that began to progressively get worse and frankly Ive had enough. My toilet was reseated and a new bowl to tank seal was replaced. A beautiful job was done on reseating and the toilet problem were all resolved on Monday morning after getting the part. Larry came out and unplugged two of our bathroom sinks. One of those was supposedly unclogged by a previos plumber a while ago who had no idea what he was doing. BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN HOUSTON!!!!! I had a leak in my toilet and a clogged drain in my townhouse! I got a referral from a friend for these guys and this is by far the most professional and economical plumbing service I have had in my life! Two gentlemen came in with masks and shoe-covers and social distancing to respect COVID measures and quickly diagnosed the issues and explained what they were going to do with a quote. They fixed both issues in 30 minutes and gave me recommendations on what to do in the future. Also, the clog was so bag it broke the plumbers snake pipe and he didnt even charge me as I felt bad! 100% recommend!
