They quickly diagnosed where and what the problem was, and what had to be done to fix the situation. They gave me a price quote which I thought was fare, as well as when they would come back to fix the problem. They came back as they said they would. They finished the job faster then I expected. Yesterday, late afternoon we discovered water on our basement floor. So we called Max Plumbing. I asked the receptionist if anyone was available immediately, knowing that the chances were slim. Loise said she couldnt get anyone there right away, but the owner could come out early this morning. And the tech and an apprentice arrived this morning, as expected. They quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem, explained it to us, and then fixed it.
