Last night i had a gas leakage in my dryer gas valve. It seems when LG technician was installing the new dryer they cracked the valve.Anyhow i contacted Mercy Plumbing late night, they responded immediately.Nathaniel showed up 10min prior and started to work on it. He checked the whole house if they were any leakage and he mentioned that it will take around 60~90min but actually finished in 45min. He is also very knowledgeable in his work, super nice and explained the current situation.Very trustworthy company. Thank you Nathaniel.

I had a clogged sink yesterday and had to look up plumbers online. Found Mercy Plumbing, the lady I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. Fast forward to this afternoon, someone calls me from there that they are on their way. We elected for next-day service to save the same day trip charge. Luc let us know when he was on his way and arrived between the provided window, equipped with professional tools and booties. We ended up also hiring him to replace a T fitting and leaking vacuum breaker that had rusted, due in part to the poor execution of a previous plumber. I had a difficult leak coming out the slab of my home and John the owner spent nearly an hour troubleshooting for no cost. As he predicted, cutting the wall revealed a leak in the water line running to my kitchen island through the slab. Luke and partner did an excellent job and were able to complete the difficult task of running new waterlines to my kitchen island through the existing casing (avoiding the huge cost of digging). Mercy is very responsive and does great work for a fair price. Highly recommend!

I got a knock on my door and a ring of the doorbell to alert me that my tree and flower bed were on fire. Had these men not been driving by, this could have been devastating. When I went back to check my camera I saw these guys spring into action to get this fire contained quickly. They did a great job of replacing the faucet in the kitchen. They answered the phone really early at 7:30am and was able to come out the same day to finish the job. There were black particles coming out of the faucet as well as small leaks underneath. They made sure to finish the job as soon as possible since they new there was a baby that depended on the water coming out of the faucet for showers, washing her baby bottles, etc. They kept my wife updated on what was going on and left everything very clean. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time having the guys from Mercy out to our home. The first time was to repair toilets. The second time was more cosmetic, replacing our kitchen sink and faucet. Each time they came, everyone was knowledgeable of their craft and took the time to explain each step of their work. I thought the prices were fairly reasonable each time. I would suggest scheduling on a day where you have some time. Unfortunately with plumbing, issues can arise that may take a little longer(that’s with any type of plumbing) But you will not be disappointed! I’m planning to make some other changes in my home and will definitely call these guys out. Pic attached!

This five-star rating is long overdue because Mercy plumbing has promptly helped me out of several tough situations. When I call, John picks up the phone right away and often tells me how to fix the problem myself. On those occasions when I am in over my head, one of his sons is at my house the same day. When my water heater died, they replaced it the same day and we only went without water for about two hours. Excellent service!

If you’re looking for an HONEST and responsive plumbing company, Mercy Plumbing is the place you need. We had a water leak in the downstairs ceiling and I wasn’t sure if it was a pipe or the roof somehow. Spoke to owner John on the phone and he assured me if it wasn’t a plumbing issue he could at least help identify that and help direct me to the right solution. He came out quickly and did his due diligence to help identify the issue (which turned out to not be plumbing). When we need a plumber in the future they’ll be the ones we call!

We needed a new water heater. I called Mercy Plumbing and they worked with my schedule. They were at my house at the perfect time-I drove up 2 minutes later. They started working at 3 and by 5:30 they had gone to get parts, drained and removed the old sad water heater and installed the new one along with new supply pipes and a new pan underneath. Last Saturday, I noticed a large amount of water that appeared on our foundation slab. As we have not needed a plumber since moving fairly recently to this area, I was concerned that we choose a good company to handle this emergency. I was of course also concerned about what a weekend service call would cost.I looked at recommendations on the NextDoor App, and decided to call Mercy Plumbing. John was quite responsive and came quickly to assess the situation. It was a leak from our refrigerator. He replaced the line, and the Saturday service charge was reasonable.After we dried out the area behind our refrigerator and got the refrigerator moved back into place, we were not getting water from the front of the door. As the refrigerator was heavier than we were able to pull out, I texted John and he came back out at no charge. It turns out that we had crimped the new line when pushing the refrigerator back into place.I was impressed with the initial service call, as well as the great customer service shown in the follow-up. I was prepared to pay another service call. I was surprised and pleased to have him not charge, especially since it was inadvertently our fault. I will definitely be using Mercy Plumbing whenever needed in the future, and I definitely recommend the company.

I had a few plumbing issues that needed to be taken care of and I called Mercy Plumbing based off a referral. They were very responsive and prompt in scheduling my appointment. I had them replace my water heater, install two toilets, fix a leak where my fridge hooks up, and replace the trim in my shower due to a leaking faucet. After removing my old shower trim, it was thought that they were going to need to go behind the wall to replace the valve as well. Thankfully John was able to come up with a solution to avoid that and saved me from the added expense. I would recommend Mercy Plumbing and will be using them for any future plumbing needs I have.

I had them over to address an issue yesterday, and they all showed up with face masks because of the covid situation. Second, they always provide a price that I feel is fair. Third, they are honest with you about what you need in the long term and short term to address whatever is happening in your home. I have never felt like I was getting up-charged, or being talked into getting more done than I needed at the time or for the long term. In their most recent trip, they fix a minor leak in an area that they had addressed earlier in the year. They did not charge me because the work was under warranty.

I had a little leak in my attic and it was too much for me to handle, so I called Mercy and they came over quickly, were very professional and had me all fixed up in very short order. I was extremely pleased! Thank you !!Definitely recommend!

Had a problem with a toilet that was running all the time, tried to fix it ourselves and ended up making the situation worse by breaking the valve lol. My husband contacted this company and they came out the next day (by our request) exactly on time. They had our problem diagnosed within 5 min. Gave us several options of various price points, and ultimately we decided to just replace the 16 year old toilet. John ran out and got a replacement and all the parts and had the whole thing fixed from start to finish in about 1 1/2 hours. People complaining about price should just find a random person on CL to come fix their stuff. But in my experience you get what you pay for! So I’m glad we went with a bonded and insured company. From the get-go both of the guys (John the owner, and Eric his trainee) were straightforward, professional, but also just the friendliest guys ever! I felt like I had known them for years and had so much fun just talking with them! How often do you find that when you hire people to come do repairs? We will definitely be contacting Mercy Plumbing for all of our future needs and I wish John, Eric, and the entire company much success!

Great service. John was very responsive, nice, and informative. Water heater went out, called late morning and he was out that afternoon to replace it. Installation is great and we are very happy with his service. I would absolutely call him out if/when we have issues.

They changed the water heater soo quickly that I had them change the disposal too. They worked hard to get everything right and did a perfect job on installation. Second experience using Mercy Plumbing. They are friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Woke up to water puddles in our garage with no idea of where the water was leaking from. They were able to come out quickly, locate leak and repair the problem same day. They are always the first we call.

Mercy Plumbing came out on short notice to fix a leak in our attic from the water heater.. They were very professional and helpful and also adjusted the location of the water heater that the builder installed for safety purposes. My wife and I consistently had our hot water heater pilot light going out. Our attic gets really hot and our pilot light shuts down when it senses extreme heat. One day I finally could not get it to come back on myself. Knowing it was reaching the end of its life anyways, I called Mercy Plumbing to see if it could be salvaged.They tried to turn it on a few times and it did not come on. I decided to go ahead and have them replace it with a new one. In the process, John the owner of the business decided to try the pilot light one more time while I was not up there just to check, and of course it came on. John could have not told me and just continued replacing the hot water heater, but instead he came down and informed me and asked me what I wanted to do. I was really blown away by the integrity they had demonstrated to tell me. Its quit a price difference paying for just a service visit verses a brand new hot water heater and installation. Since they did tell me and because I knew the hot water heater was on its last leg anyways, I decided to go ahead have it replaced. Besides, it would probably go out again soon in this heat anyway.John, Nathaniel, and the crew are honest and hard workers. Small businesses like Mercy Plumbing are the backbone of our economy and I am so glad I gave them my business! Definitely high quality service in my book.

I recently called mercy plumbing who came to fix my faucet, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. From start to finish, their service exemplified excellence, and I am truly impressed.

I had heard great things about mercy plumbing, last week I gave them a call to come out and fix a leak I was having. Three boys named Liam, Nathaniel and Julian came out and wow! All three of these boys were very respectful, knew exactly what they needed to do and got it done with no problems. It was seem less and they exceed my expectations! I will definitely be going back to mercy plumbing if I ever need too and asking for these three gentlemen!

My kitchen sink stopped up an I needed a plumber ASAP. I remembered seeing Mercy Plumbing truck passing a few times so I decided to give them a call. Who would guess I HIT THE JACKPOT! Since it was late afternoon, I figured it would be the following day but no, the master plumber was here before dark. He explained my options, prices, warranty and waited patiently while I decided. His young partner then laid down protectors in my cabinet and on the floor. Within what seemed like seconds, they had the pipes off and machine roaring. Within an hour or so, all was well and back to normal. I was a little apprehensive in trying someone new but I’m so glad I did. From now on, Mercy Plumbing is my go to plumber. Spoke to Jon over the phone when I was calling around trying to find out if someone had a part for my water heater. Jon took the time to explain what he believed the problem was but after learning what brand I had he told me that I have a warranty with the manufacturer and the part I needed they dont carry. Jon called me back when he checked around and found a part for my water heater from another job that I could use. In the end there was no charge for his assistance but I would highly recommend and will use him in future when I do need help since he took the time to help and explain over the phone and on a Sunday. I should mention that he believed it was my controller valve and not my pilot assembly even though the light indicator pointed to the assembly. He was right - was not the assembly after install.Follow up 12-21-17. So I called Jon because I was having problems with getting the water heater pilot light lite. He was sending someone out but when I got home I was able to finally get it working but needed services anyway for drain smell issue. Jona was very helpful, polite and informative when working one snaking the drain. He was quick and explained everything while he did it and why he was doing it. Highly recommend!
