I called MET because they sent me an email about a Spring Service they were providing. I have a tankless hot water heater that had never been serviced. Eddie Gil came to my house and very professional cleaned my tankless hot water heater. While that wash was happening Eddie checked all my plumbing, inside and outside. He tightened loose fitting and even fixed my hot water in my shower to be more hot. I am so happy with the service. I highly recommend Eddie and when I need any plumbing I will call him.

Met Plumbing took my call at 3:30am about my broken pipe and sent Eddie out to my house 1st thing in the morning (I know how to turn off the valve at the street). He assessed the problem and offered estimates on various levels of repair without any pressure to do the most extensive. After offering me very fair prices I made my own decision on how to go forward. They did such a terrific job with the repair, I enlisted them to replace my water heater. I am now a member and quite a fan. I highly recommend them for plumbing work

Had the wonderful guys from Met Plumbing come over late January to install a new sewer pipe during the frigid weather. It was a spectacular feat how they dug and installed a new pipe all within the same day!On the day of the construction I did not meet up with the plumber which was quite a bummer. Although I got multiple text messages saying when he will arrive. I guess they dont need to go to the site as frequently once they got it situated with the working crew.I did end up talking with the city inspector as he inspected the site. The inspector noticed how they did an amazing job of what he had in mind but a lot better. He did mention that having 4 cleanouts is a tad-bit of an overkill but I think its an important feature.The pipe wasnt buried after the city inspector left. The following day at 5pm the pipes were still exposed and I was pondering if they were going to work in the dark with headlamps or in the rain as mud is easier to move than dirt.I dropped by after the storm and found the pipes were magically covered up and the pile of dirt was no longer visible.After calling their office a few times the box of pipe fittings that squatted next to the a/c fan for 3 days finally returned home, I think.Despite them doing a professional and splendid job initially and during, I really think their post construction needs some elbow grease.

Sean (the service tech) was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and offered me choices. MET plumbing was great about coming out within a couple of hours from when I called to fix our problem and restore our water. Travis was very polite and professional and explained all my options and did a thorough inspection of our house and pointed out recommendations and quotes for future upgrades. Shawn came out to give us an estimate and he found a few things wrong with our water heater leak. We went with them because of the price and his kindness. We had big box plumbers come out and their quotes were about double the price. We got a quality water heater with sensors to notify if any leaks should occur installed for 12 year warranty and the price was perfect. Big ups to Frank, who helped Shawn! Both times weve used MET plumbing have been great experiences. Andy was wonderful when he came out on a late Saturday afternoon to fix leaking water pipes in our ceiling in the kitchen. He was able take care of the situation quickly before we had any significant issues. He has such a positive & helpful attitude. Their phone service is always very professional as well.

Had a clogged drain line just a few feet from the city line. Jonathan came to assess, he found the issue and attempted to clear the blockage. It turned out that the problem was much more extensive than originally anticipated. Jonathan was very transparent and he was very detailed in explaining what he was finding and what my options were. When we made our decision for the next step, he made sure to come back out the next day to complete the repair knowing we needed a resolution quickly. One of the toilets at my parents house started leaking over the holidays. That was fun. We called Met Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. Jonathan came out to check my tankless HWH. He had told me what he thought to be the problem, then worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot. The job was done professionally & for a fair price. This is why I continue to call MET Plumbing.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of both the office staff and plumbers (Greg and Frank) who made our requested repairs. We have used MET plumbing services for several years now and have always received excellent service. On this occasion we decided to upgrade our garbage disposal, replace our water heaters and toilets. We must say that both Greg and Frank went above and beyond what was expected. They were very proficient and meticulous with the installations and were also very neat in the process. We were particularly impressed with their decision to reroute the water lines under our kitchen sink to make the shut off valves more accessible when they replaced our garbage disposal. They also upgraded the shut off valves to the kitchen sink and all the toilets. Lastly, they took the extra time to make sure the water heaters had a neat and aesthetically pleasing look to them (see attached pictures). The wrapping of the insulation on the feed lines indicates the care and time they took to get it right. Greg also added brackets to support the water supply lines and even touched up the paint on the base to offer a clean appearance.We could not have been more pleased. We will definitely be calling MET Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Eddie arrived on schedule and expertly installed three separate toilet valve stems. He was able to quickly unscrew a water hose nut that I couldn’t. I will use MET again, if needed.

The service was great. Shawn Lewis was assigned to my request, he was very friendly and efficient. He called ahead of time to let me know that he was running late due to finishing up another service. He arrived to my location and put his shoe covers on, then walked in to the kitchen and inspected the sink. After inspecting the sink he grabbed the rest of his equipment and covered the area to avoid making a mess. Then started cleaning the pipes and once he was done he put everything back together. He make sure there were no leaks and left everything as he found it. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for servicing my house and for working 24/7.

Honest, quality, clean and professional service. We called MET Plumbing this morning for a non-functional sink disposal, Shawn came to our home within a few hours. Note: this is on the same day we called! He was very professional and was able to repair the issue and check to make sure nothing else was wrong (faulty wire). I was pleased with the reasonable cost and the no pressure genuine service I received today and thought I would share my experience with others. I also had Shawn check our aging hot water tank of which he did as a courtesy. He provided options for preventative maintenance that no other company had provided before. Others only want to replace it or wait until you call when it breaks. We had used a previous company for several years and Ill just say we needed a change after the last few experiences. What a refreshing surprise to find this great company; quality, professional and HONEST. Look no further!

MET plumbing has been so great to work with. Their response is so fast and the techs really know what they’re doing and do their job with passion. MET replaced our water heaters and we’ve had some minor issues related to the water heater manufacturer (issues not related to METs work) and they were so quick to respond and get it fixed.

MET plumbing came out same day I called, were polite and up-front about costs about replacing the toilet seal, hose and caulking which had gone a disgusting brown ($400+, more than expected but not insane). I’ve used MET a few times and have always been satisfied with their service. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because their customer contact system doesn’t always work. They missed an appointment and claimed I had been called 3 times to alert me, but I never received a single call.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and it was found to be the disposal. We also asked Greg to check for any other leaks and he found a small leak which he showed us, and then took photos of what needed repairing which was very helpful.Greg was very thorough in hiswork, explained everything he did, and wanted to be sure we were happy with the work done. Shawn’s crew came out on time and finished in a day. They had to tunnel under the house to replace about 5 feet of plumbing that had been penetrated by roots. They successfully missed one marked gas line and another gas line that had not been marked by the gas company (no tracer wire) that was put in when they installed a pool heater years ago. They protected the existing grass while digging and distributed the remaining dirt when the job was done in low areas. Job well done! Thank you for allowing Shawn to stay out here for the day to ensure no gasoline interruptions.

Eddie Gil did a very good job, I’d say 4 out 5 stars. He first arrived around 0845A, left at 3:15P. The biggest delay was getting the water to drain from the indoor plumbing lines (+2 hrs). He was courteous, friendly, and efficient.

I called MET Plumbing when I noticed wet spots starting on my kitchen ceiling. I used them previously for the first time once my previous plumber retired. They performed difficult work at the time and I was very pleased with their attention to detail, professionalism and responsiveness.The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my home and belongings. It was determined I had A/C condensate lines that were tied into each other causing a backup in a hidden drain trap. Work was performed for the entire day and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The attention to detail in having the pipes blend with the house was outstanding. The following day two water heaters were installed in my attic and the work progressed without a hitch. They also fixed any deficiencies they found while working. When the work was complete they cleaned up and left my house no worse for wear. I can honestly say I will be using MET Plumbing whenever I have a need for their services and am more than satisfied with their work.

Everyone from start to finish that helped me from this business was very professional, caring, and great at their job. Melissa who I spoke to a bit on the phone was so nice every time we talked and helped delegate who would come to my house and when. Dwayne was the plumber/technician who actually came out to my house and took care of the issue. He was so amazing and professional about his job and the service he had to complete I was at ease knowing he was going to take care of the issue at hand. I just had a baby, she was only about 10 days old when Dwayne came out and did the job and he was very kind and considerate about that. I never felt uncomfortable while he was there. Melissa was also very considerate about when she would call knowing half of the time I would be asleep and she would apologize for waking me up, parents understand what it’s like with a newborn. I would highly recommend them for any future service. I was so pleased with everything my shower has worked better after his service than it has in my whole 2 years of being at my house very grateful for them. 10/10 highly recommend.

Our problem was no cold water was coming from our faucets. I know in Texas, where pipes run overhead, that you have to run the water until it cools down, but we couldn’t get ANY cold water. We called on Friday evening and Sean Fritz came out first thing the next morning. Turns out that some corrosion from our galvanized pipes had flaked off and clogged up a valve that directs the water traffic. Sean clearly explained what the problem was, showed us photos, and fixed the problem. Cold water is a luxury on these 100 degree days! Sean was very friendly and professional. Great job!

MET installed a new tankless water heater for us, which will do the work of two old water heaters located in different parts of the house. They removed the old water heaters, one of which had to be cut up because of its size. Ryan and the other plumbers who did the work did an excellent job. Met Plumbing was beyond awesome yesterday fixing my sewage line! Very nice and professional and always on time and got the job done right! Have used them for years and will continue to do so!!

I had water from my ac evaporater coil draing down into one of the 2 drains of my sink basins that was blocked and filling caused a clogging up of the main discharge line. Shawn Lewis had the problem resolved by doing a thorough clean out of the drain line. He said that between algae and tooth paste that had built up a residue, that was the reason for the clog and that since the bathroom wasnt being used regularly, it was just a matter of time before the problem would occur.Ill need to practice pouring a liquid algaecide down the sink basin that my drain line from my ac evaporator drains to, especially during high use of my air-conditioner. Assessed the situation, listened to my explanation and needs, made three different proposals for differing levels of repair. Agreed to my response and got the job done in a timely manner. By far the best plumbing experience we’ve had. Paul Ramirez was very helpful, honest, experienced and knowledgeable. We’ve had about 4 plumbers come out before him and none of them were able to diagnose the issue. He took his time and made sure he was able to to resolve the issue and even showed us and explain everything he saw. He even found our clean out line!!!… all plumbers that had come before had convinced us we didn’t have a clean out line and some even suggested installing one for us. Paul was not only able to tell us exactly what our issues were, but he also gave us several plumbing suggestions and recommendations. He also helped clean the sewage in the bathroom before he left. Overall AMAZING service. We will definitely be using MET plumbing again!

MET arrived very quickly at my house after my call. I showed him the sinks that were not draining and he promptly went to work to determine the cause. The technician gave me an exact cost to repair the problem. Once I gave him the go-ahead, they went right to work making the repairs. After that repairs were made, he verified with me that I was satisfied that everything was working correctly and no more draining problems, before having me sign off on the repairs. I took a shower & that evening, I went bed to hear “DRIP, DRIP, DRIP!” I couldn’t believe it, did I forget to turn off the water?!? NO! The cartiage inside the wall of the shower finally had gone bad after 21 years. I called MET Plumbing in the morning & spoke with Jonathan. He explained to me my options with their costs, looked for a coupon on his device and got to work with his apprentice, Nick. Within a couple hours, my shower was restored & all cleaned up!!
