Ive had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rooter plumbing twice now: replacing 3 toilets 8 months ago, and the water heater this month. Both times have been a great experience working with their associate, Kelvin. He always showed up on time (at a good time that worked on my end), did great work, and was always pleasant and efficient. I am very satisfied, and this is now my go-to for plumbing in the Killeen area.

These Two Dedicated Mr Rooter DFW Plumbers Are Outstanding!!!Last week I had to be rescued from an attack on my home! The attacker we found was a hot water supply line slab leak. Never in a million years could I have imagined that one small water supply line could cause so much damage.My problem started as a slow trickle in my garage that grew into water puddles appearing on my floors everywhere throughout the house in almost every room on my first floor. This was at critical time in my life due to physical health issues.Mr Rooter of DFW was very quick to respond to my call. I was greeted by Mr David Couder within 20 mins of calling for help. He was a very compassionate and professional individual from the start. He sincerely and attentively listened to our concerns about the serious leak that was flooding my home.David carefully and thoroughly walked me through each step of the troubleshooting process. He made sure all water sources inside the house were turned off while the city water service line outside was turned on to the house.We walked together throughout the house listening in various vanity cabinets and laundry water sources for the loudest area with running water sounds. Using this process took us to the one of the loudest areas near the hot water heater. The sound receded when David turned off the ball valve at the hot water heater.So, through his skillful troubleshooting process he determined that my leak problem was potentially a hot side slab leak. He needed specialized equipment and a plumbing team partner to assist him to further analyze and pinpoint the leak. Everything that he showed, documented and explained to me made total sense and I had no reason to doubt him. He explained to my insurance company what had transpired and we had the green light to proceed.David contacted his business partner Jackie Dubose and acquired the necessary equipment to continue with a deeper analysis. Jackie was quick to respond and arrive with the equipment to move forward. In the meantime, David had also arranged for a water mediation team to start the drying out and treatment of all leak impacted areas of my home.David and Jackie used the precision equipment to evaluate all areas that we had manually checked earlier for the loudest running water sounds. The equipment is super sensitive and made it much easier to pinpoint the strongest sounds. They even let me listen to the actual exact leak area found under the slab in my hallway linen closet.Following this careful evaluation and avoiding the need to access the leak through my hallway concrete floor, it was determined that excavation under my home was necessary to access the leak.Again, David and Jackie were approved to arrange for an excavation team to come out to my home to assist in the process the next morning. This was going to be and was a rainy day. This did not stop the process from continuing to resolve my leak issue.David and Jackie continued to give me updates as the excavation process was actively preparing them for their part to go through the dark tunnel to the leak area to replace the damaged line. The tunnel presented some unforeseen challenges in getting a straight shot at the leak area. Some additional digging was required to get around a concrete beam to access the leak.David again prepared the proper detailed documents explaining all updated requirements needed and received immediate approval to proceed. The excavation team finished and David and Jackie did not hesitate to quickly jump into to action.These two men crawled more than 20 feet into the tunnel at night and had my water running again with no leaks and minimal damage to our property. David and Jackie are excellent examples of what a true plumbing professional looks like and how teamwork makes the dream work!My goal and dream to have fresh water running in my house again without leaks is now a REALITY!!! I called MrRooter this morning and explained my predicament. The lady I spoke with was very sympathetic and understanding too. She sent out two techs, Kelvin and Braeden to my house to help out with a toilet shut off valve that I thought I could fix. Both gentlemen were very professional and informative. In fact, they told me why the new hardware that I tried to install wasnt sealing properly. They fixed my toilet in a timely manner and the saved me an untold amount of money on my water bill. Jacky was amazing. He overlooked our issue which we thought was a clog but said it was actually a dishwasher issue that needed an entire replacement and showed us why. Thoughtful, courteous, and honest. Will definitely be using him as our go to from now on.

We were getting our foundation fixed and had a line that was drilled through, Kelvin was sent out so quickly after the 10 other companies we called could not do a rush visit. He did such a great and quick job so foundation repairs could proceed. Would recommend the company in the future!

Jacky Dubose of Mr. Rooter of D/FW did an excellent job of getting my hot water heater working again. I wasn’t able to relight the pilot after recent high winds blew out the pilot flame. Jacky came out right away and fixed the problem quickly. He was very professional and courteous throughout. He also explained the problem in simple, easy to understand terms.

Great service experience with Mr. Rooter. I had a wonderful, knowledgeable tech named David. He explained the process step by step. He informed me of what was required to make the task a success and provided a preliminary estimate. If problems arose he let me know how it would be resolved and the time frame necessary. He did all this in addition to cross training Aaron. Mr. Rooter and David are keepers.

Kelvin saved our bacon. We came home and it was 20° outside. The bathrooms flooded. It seemed like all hell had broke loose. I know its a weird cliché one Call did it all. I can share my excellent experience with Mr. Rooter’s David Couder! David completed the diagnostic on my water heater and take down, exchange, and install of my new water heater. He did everything A-Z and above and beyond when he spent time fighting for the coverage of my water heater under warranty. He was super easy to work with, explained everything so we were always on the same page, and made everything EASY for me! He was communicative and efficient. Great experience!

Mr. Rooter is a professional and reliable company. They came to our home and was inspecting a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom that went down stairs, upon inspection David and hes team advised us we need to look further into the damage because it looks like its a bigger problem than just what we can see. they called American water damage, who came out and found that there was damage to the entire bathroom upstairs, mold, and was not suitable to live in. Without them we could have had unforeseen hazard happen to our children our our selves. David and hes team really showed they cared for my family and our health.

HIGHLY recommend this company . We had gas leaks (4) under our house . Gas has been turned off to address this issue . My husband spoke with Rhett sent someone immediately to address our issues . We had a slab leak under our house and our technician (Jeff L.) did a fantastic job locating the leak, getting it repaired timely and the excavators he used to tunnel under the house were top-notch. They left the yard/area looking as though a tunnel had never been dug. Jeff was upfront with the process, showed up when promised, met the inspector at the house to make sure the repairs were acceptable and was very friendly. If another need should arise, I wouldnt hesitate in calling Mr. Rooter and requesting Jeff to come back out to the house to diagnose the problem.

Fortunately, there was no change to the estimate once he was able to get access underneath my home. Sinatra took the time to answer ‘all’ of our questions and explain everything. He gave me peace of mind. We had a midnight water heater leak on Saturday and called Mr. Rooter. Kevin helped us on the phone to make sure we got water and gas shut off safely. He also explained potential issues regarding galvanized pipe in our old house so we wouldn’t be surprised. Jeff DuBose came out on Sunday morning and was able to give us a cost estimate and get cold water back on for us until we could get a new unit on Monday. He just finished up the job, and I’m writing this immediately because he was the most knowledgeable, pleasant, personable, and genuinely concerned plumber I have encountered. Thank you Jeff!

He definitely knows his job really well! I’m so impressed by Jeff and at first I’ve almost decided to pass after hearing a $99.50 dispatching fee, but because of Jeff, whose explanation gave me so much confidence about the work that will be taken to fix my issue, I’ve changed my mind and wanna give this company a try. Long review, but explains my reasons. First I have to say that Kevin is by far one of the most professional plumbers I’ve met in my life. He went far above and beyond what anyone could hope for. We started with what we thought was a clog that turned into a pretty extensive repair. To boot my daughters sweet 16 party was the following Saturday, and the Thanksgiving holiday mixed in. He was able to get the large repair done in time- the dig crews left the yard better than they found it, and my daughters party was not affected in any way. I’m grateful for the amazing service and will call them anytime I need anything plumbing related. I highly recommend.

I have used this company a few times and each time I’ve been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Our technician, Ben Adams, arrived on time, was personable and professional. He diagnosed our problem quickly and got right to work fixing the problem. He explained what he was doing and was happy to answer all the other questions I asked. He cleaned up well - left our kitchen the way it was when he arrived. All is fixed and we are back in working order! Thank you, Ben, for your time and expertise! My elderly parents had an emergency hot water heater leak in their attic on a Sunday night, so I called Mr Rooter. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Matthew who was on another call but indicated that he was assigned to us. He then asked if I tried turning off the water going into the water heater - I had because I couldnt get the valve handle to move. He gave me instructions on what to do and also provided additional direction on how to drain the water heater itself. With that, I was able to do both so the emergency was averted allowing us to wait until the next day to call on a permanent resolution. Matthews willingness to help us, not only saved us time on preventing further leakage in the attic, but saved us a significant cost for an emergency call. Ill definitely consider Mr Rooter again in the future thanks to Matthew.

This is my second time using Mr. Rooter and Im very pleased with the service. They are responsive and professional and theyre communicative about the service, the pricing, and will answer all questions. Our water heater broke down on us on one of the coldest days of the year. Unfortunately due to the treacherous road conditions, we werent able to get someone on site, but their technician Ben Adams was able to help me troubleshoot it over the phone. He provided me with a quote and we were able to get it scheduled for the following day. Replacing it took some time, but it was well worth it. They did a thorough job, and explained the process throughout. Thank you Mr. Adams, Mo and Chris for your work to get us our hot showers back :)

I had the experience of plumbing issues that every homeowner deals with. Marcus and Armando came quickly and discovered the issues and was very detailed to what was happening and providing detailed recommendations. They were very polite and ensured I understood the process and gave me details to the cost. Great customer service and would recommend Mr. Rooter for any issue you have. They are trained but personally provide the best service!

I needed some help with an outdoor faucet. They came out same day and it was sunday even. He did a great job and saved me from a much more expensive repair. Great people and company. Will definitely use them again on future work.

We needed a new kitchen faucet installed and called Mr Rooter at 9am in the morning, by 3:30pm same day we had our beautiful new faucet all installed. Jeff was our technician and we could not have been happier. He went over pricing before starting work and did a good job explaining the process and why the cost was what it was. Jeff was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Jeff was VERY conscious of social distancing, he wore a mask and changed his gloves twice during the process - PERFECT!!! Next time we have a plumbing need, well definitely be asking if we can have Jeff as our guy. Not cheap but a great job, a good guarantee and great service.

I had a very positive experience using Mr. Rooter recently to take care of several plumbing tasks in my home all in one day. Matthew was very professional and diligent as he explained each of the issues and made the fixes/upgrades. He worked promptly and also kept the work areas reasonably tidy during and after the job was completed. Scheduling and having to make changes to an appointment were also very straightforward.

READ THIS REVIEW!!! Absolutely outstanding experience!! Subcontractors in my neighborhood destroyed my main sewer line while laying fiber optic lines for AT&T on a Friday and DIDNT TELL ME! I had sewage coming up through drains by late Sunday evening. I contacted Mr. Rooter who immediately sent their technician, Bryan Lee, out to my home ASAP. Let me just say, that he was amazing. He worked until 2 am or so the first night and returned the next 2 days to continue working (with a great attitude) in 100 degree Texas heat. He diagnosed the problem, alerted me to other issues that I absolutely need to address before selling my home, took pictures of all of the damage, and he even hunted down the workers working in my neighborhood to discuss the issue on my behalf and obtained the information I would need to file a claim. Mr. Lee was the very definition of Above and Beyond!! My family and I were so grateful and I felt very well informed about pricing and the process for repairs. A major issue was handled perfectly and made the whole experience virtually stress free. Thanks Mr. Rooter and a big thanks to Bryan!

Pasquale did an amazing job, fixed the broken pipe and also installed a new garbage disposal he went above and beyond by adjusting and extending the pipes so there is enough space thereby preventing the pipe from broken. Thank you sir.

I had a TERRIBLE back up on Memorial Day and called my home service warranty. Their technician came out on Thursday and could not unclog the drain. I called Mr. Rooter after they left and a service technician was out in 45 minutes!! Bryan was the technician and he was great!! Mr. Rooter of Rockwall. Eugene Jackson came out when my tankless water heater stopped working. He was easy to work with, and very fair in pricing. I paid just under 4k, when another company said it was going to be 8k. He completed the job in one day, and had my wife back singing in the shower sooner than later.

Jeff D was on time, and very professional. He walked me through his entire inspection, explained some issues that might need to be addressed in the future, solved the current problem and didn’t leave a mess! I was worried it would be a costly fix but it wasn’t at all. Will certainly call back the next time I need a plumber. I’m glad I found him.

Ben Adams was my plumber. He arrived on time and quickly located our busted pipe, replaced the busted section and got our water flowing again. Owner Mark McGaughy came out because we had reported an issue with our water heater just before the pipe busted. He helped assess the issue and now we have hot water.They were both great to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them or call them again!

Patrick and Argjent came out on very short notice to fix a water leak in our master bathroom and were fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable and polite, and spent hours finding and fixing the source of our leak. The leak ended up being the builder’s fault, but they made sure I knew what was going on and that I had pictures of the entire process for warranty claims. These guys were great, and we highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

My neighbor in the Town-home community had fortunately just used Mr. Rooter and service technician Moises (Moses) earlier that morning with great satisfaction.My neighbor gave me the cell phone number of Moises, (Moses), withMr Rooter, and Moises returned my call so very promptly, and scheduled a visit to investigate and diagnose the source of the leak within a few hours of the call. I was truly impressed with Moisess quick response, professional demeanor, and thoroughness with investigating and fixing my copper pipe ceiling leak.The next morning, Moises, Armando and Marcus came back to replace roughly ten or more ceiling copper pipe joints that were old and in need of replacement/repair, as my town-home is 35+ years old.Moises, Armando and Marcus were exemplary in every way.They were timely, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of the work that was being done. I could not be more satisfied, and their work was a wonderful combination of craftsmanship and artistry. They were even able to clear a slow moving shower drain that hadnt drained properly in years!I cannot recommend Moises, Armando and Marcus with Mr. Rooter enough! Thank goodness they sent Ben!!! When he came to my home for a standard repair that been fixed by other plumbers before, Ben found the true root of the problem with a standard home inspections of our drains and why it had been a repeat issue. He was very informative and clear with the problem with our drains and the causes and the best courses of actions for repairs and maintenance. After many calls to other plumbers that only fixed the problem temporarily, Ben is now the only one I am going to call!

I called several companies to come out last night because my tub faucet would not turn off. When I contacted Mr. Rooter they took my information and within 10 minutes a service tech Matthew G. called me back and said he had just finished a job and would head my way in 30. He showed up promptly and was very pleasant to speak to. I can say when you think of a plumber, you dont think of one showing up looking so Dapper. We had a great guy, Brett come out after midnight to see why the toilets & showers were backing up. He was able to make a small hole big enough for liquid but not solid waste. Gave us a quote for a repair. It was enough to get us though til The next day. We asked our regular plumber & he said call and double check with the city. We did and it was their issue. We had a problem with a water line that ran under the house and was causing our toilets to back up. It had happened in the past and cost us a lot of money to have repairs done. We had tried several different plumbers before and none of them actually fixed the problem. They would just basically put a Band-Aid on it and leave as fast as they could. Then we found Mr. Rooter. I cannot recommend this company high enough! They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to correct our problem. My dad is elderly and sadly people have tried to scam him before but Mr. Rooter stayed true to their estimate. They even rehung our shower curtain and was very mindful not to let our dog out the door! They would not leave until our problem was solved and we are so thankful to have found them! Argent and Moe came out on a Sunday afternoon when we had an emergency back up at the sewer line - after we had already called several other people that could not make it. He unclogged the sewer within minutes of being here. Ran the camera and found the issue in less that 30 minutes. They provided a quick estimate, provided diggers, ran a new sewer line and had city inspection in a matter of a couple of days. We are very pleased with their professionalism and their timely service. And their work was fantastic! Definitely recommend!!

Jeff D and Jack came through yesterday to take a look at our water heater since it suddenly stopped working. Although it took over two weeks to complete this huge job, it was done in a professional manner. We had to have the complete underground pipes changes from cast iron to PVC under a slab foundation. Moe and Sinatra were exceptional in explaining to us the process. All of the fellows who worked at our location were extremely hard working young men. The only reason I am giving it a four star rating is because the company they recommended for further house restoration were not professional and we eventually went with another company for the final repairs in the garage. I would highly recommend Moe, Sinatra and their crew for any sort of plumbing needs.

We had a weekend emergency with a sewer backup in our yard. After calling 5 plumbers with NO call back, I was referred to Mr. Rooter. A LIVE PERSON answered on a Sunday night, and Armando was out first thing Monday. Unfortunately, I had to have all the pipes from my house to the city line replaced (80 year old pipes) but Armando and Marcus were the absolute BEST!! Their communication throughout the whole process was EXCEPTIONAL! Even after the city inspection was delayed because of rain, they came back the day before the rescheduled inspection to make sure there was no sitting puddles in the trenches. Throughout the process, they were very transparent in everything they were doing which set me at ease. They have a customer for life and I will recommend Armando and Marcus to anyone who asks!
