Christian Garcia-C. was my tech and he did a great job informing me every step of the way. And his description on my invoice was detailed and accurate. I will gladly use Mr. Rooter again! Invoiced Description of Work on 6/10/24: Customer stated that their shower valve was continuously dripping and could not close all the way in their upstairs guest bathroom, we inspected the valve and customer has the water turned off and the cover plate off, we recommended on replacing the shower cartridge and customer agrees. We begin by attaching our Moen cartridge puller onto the old cartridge and carefully pulled out the cartridge, customer has supplied the new cartridge and we inserted the new cartridge, we turned the water back on and at this time there is no leaks. We installed a new shower head and cover plate and because the parts are already provided by the customer we cannot warranty the work.

Richard was very courteous and respectful. They did a good job explaining to me what they were doing and the issues with my drains. When I expressed a concern about dirt still in the line- they went back and cleaned one more time. I thought they were very thorough.

I called Mr. Rooter at 10:15am and they were at my house at 11:15am the same day. Richard C. was very attentive to my situation and knowledgeable . He had a very calm and supportive presence and I knew I was in good hands. He did an excellent job draining a pipe and explained the procedure very well. He did a thorough job testing the drain to make sure all was draining properly. I will request Richard C. anytime I call Mr. Rooter. Thank you!

Christian did a great job at replacing our old rusted kitchen water shutoff valves. We appreciated his professionalism and politeness. He took great care at cleaning up making sure everything was clean and dry. We also appreciated getting a same day appointment. We will always call Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing needs.

Mr Rooter took care of cleaning out the stopped up drain pipe handling our kitchen sink. They were very prompt in coming to our residence. Stephen was super capable and professional. The cost was very reasonable. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Had a big blockage of toilet paper and wet wipes clogging up all drains going towards the larger sewage drain going on down the line. This caused toilets to not properly flush and move on. It affected all drains from sinks, washing machine, dish washer, and garbage disposal which backed up into the master bath shower and water leaking out from the base of the toilet. What a smelly mess! The technician, a very nice young man took care of it all. He knew what he was doing and got it all running smoothly.

He took action to determine what was causing our backup problems, and although we wont be able to afford all of their services, were handling some things which we can do ourselves. Our tech was courteous and friendly. He gave the cost for all scenarios that applied to our problem with the toilet before he started the repairs. I was very happy with Mr. Rooter. They have great customer service and they are very professional. I had a blockage on the drain line on a Sunday, it was not a good experience. The water was backing up everywhere. I was happy they were able to help me out on a Sunday, especially on 4th of July weekend. They made sure they took care of the problem. Stephen and his team were awesome! They arrived within about 45 mins of calling. It took them no time to discover and diagnose my problem. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The area in which they were working was kept clean.

We had another great experience with Mr. Rooter of Montgomery County. We had an emergency gas leak that shut down the gas to our entire house the night before Christmas weekend. At almost 5pm their service tech came out to inspect the problem; was able to order the parts they needed overnight and came back first thing Saturday morning to fix the entire problem so we didnt go without hot water or heat for Christmas. Great company, owners and staff!

Mr rooter got to my house very early. I wasnt there but my tenants were. He called me with the estimation of how much it would cost it was a whole lot more than I would have expected but I didnt have a choice but to have it repaired. They went and got the parts to repair it and did it very fast. Thank you.

The entire process of setting up the appointment to the completion of the projects was flawless. The plumber (Daisy) and the receptionist were excellent at communicating each step. And the final result: the kitchen looks incredible! I had a new gas stove and faucet installed on the same day.

The technician, Buddy, was professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue. I assume a trip charge is factored into the repair cost, so that and other costs of doing business make plumbing service sticker shock expected today. What I find unacceptable and am still recovering from is that my issue was in our attic and for simply carrying a small bucket of equipment up the attic stairs to work, there is a presumably obligatory $150 added to the bill. Not based on heat load, repair access difficulty, time spent (20 min.), just because. Who knows what theyd charge to go into a basement - youd better hope your plumbing problems remain comfortably within your living space!

A very good plumbing company that stands by their work.All service companies have a problem now and then. The great companies are the ones that can address them.Recently, we had a problem with Mr. Rooter, but they addressed it. Thats what makes Mr. Rooter stand out from the competition.They are one of the great companies that explain things, and when we have problems they would take the needed time to talk with us and come up with a solution together.

The gal that did the repair....as of today, it has only been one day....did what I would consider to be an excellent job. Her attention to detail was very impressive. The response by the company was timely and that was a very good thing and the job was done in one day no matter the extended search for appropriate parts. My only bit of consternation was the cost. It was a replacement of essentially 2 valves and it cost a lot!

We had a leaking shower faucet that the cartridge needed replacing, but the cartridge was rusted stuck in the faucet. They had to go in through the back wall to get to the faucet to replace it. It ended sharing around $800 (which is more than what I would like to pay, but it is what it is), it took several hours, but they were able to do it that very day and their prices were similar to other plumbers I received quotes from.They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, on time, and gave us options.

I had a major plumbing problem at my business and had to get it fixed asap. I called Mr. Rooter and asked when someone could come out. They said less than one hour. Selected them based on an internet search by filling out email request. Received a prompt call back and made an appointment. Technicians were courteous and explained work. They were able to unclog an troublesome drain and showed the view from their camera. I was disappointed that their costs wasnt the $99 as advertised, but they got the job done. Id use them again.

We recently used the services of Mr Rooter for a clog in our water line. I called around noon and they were able to be here by 3. I was pleasantly surprised when Daisy arrived. A lady plumber! She explained the process of clearing the line and up front told us the cost. She went about it and was able to get the clog gone and our water flowing again! I even got the chance to watch the camera inspection afterwards -it was really interesting to follow the camera thru our pipes!We appreciated their promptness, effeciency, and reasonable price!!We’ ll recommend Mr Rooter anytime!! Good response to my service request; thorough examination of the problem, and concise explanation of the options available to rectify the situation. The only issue is the quoted costs, which I felt were too high, and chose to request quotes from other sources. The three-year service plan, however, is a good deal, in my opinion. Chris Stewart and his team went above and beyond on a clogged drain at my business. It took them 4 hours to diligently get the object out of the drain. I will only use Mr. Rooter and ask for Chris from now on! Thanks guys you rock!! There pricing was reasonable as well.

The plumber was great. She not only got the sewer line unclogged but used a camera to look for the reason. The camera showed a stalactite of grease in the pipe. The auger would not remove it. Its too bad they didnt have a auger with a cutter. This would probably have done the trick and then I would rate all stars. I liked how the plumber took her time and gave us tips to prevent this from happening again.

This is the first and last plumbing company you should call. We had a commercial sewer blockage and they resolved it quickly. We made a mistake and called another plumbing company before Mr. Rooter and had to deal with that company negligence and and abandonment of the their repair. Mr. Rooter repair people came earlier than promised, assessed the problem that we were in correctly, advised us to resolve the situation we were left in the other screw up plumbing company, and solved our problems correctly.

Outdoor bib cover cracked and was spraying water and only option to stop was cut the water to entire house. Mr Rooter Plumbing was on site within 30 minutes of my call and immediately fixed the problem. Great Service.

Complicated project, kitchen sink not draining, faucet not running freely and commode tank not filling!!! Christian was patient, explained what he was doing and so knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable, and trusted he knew what he was doing.

The two employees I met did good quality work. The next day i discovered they had grossly overcharged me. Thus, I was mislead and taken advantage of. Perhaps due my age and limited eyesight.

We needed a plumber on Labor Day weekend to find and repair a leak in an upstairs toilet line. Hayden V showed up on time, put on his hygienic booties, laid out drop cloths and all of his tools, and went to work. All along the way he cheerfully showed me the steps of the job. Once the job was done and the bill was paid (very reasonable, Id add), he took some extra time to help me explore the extent of the leak damage downstairs. Ive already recommended Mr. Rooter in general and Hayden specifically to a couple friends.A+ work, folks.

Great and responsive. I called at 11:00 had a 3-6 pm window the same day. They called to say they could come earlier if ok. 10 minutes later they were there and working. Finished and cleaned up before the scheduled 3:00.

Richard Cruz did a good job installing our garbage disposal. When there was a minor problem, he immediately returned and corrected it.

Following the big freeze we had multiple broken pipes. Luke was determined and successful in locating them all and repairing each. He had to work around material shortages and drove to meet colleagues to get what he needed for our repairs.

There was a huge 3 car wreck where one car was flipped upside down. It happened right in front of Armando and Jerome. They did not hesitate to jump out and help. Daisy came to repair a damaged sewer pipe. She went above and beyond to help me contact the contractor who did the damage and proved it to them. She stayed all day to be sure everything was taken care of.

Outstanding service on replacement of our water heater. Plumbing Techs are very professional and dog friendly!

They were able to send a technician the same day and he unstopped my backed up drain. He went the extra mile to rinse out the water that had backed in my tub.

Plumber came out day after phone call and fixed my problem completely. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, not a thing to complain about.
