I called them to get an inspection and they came the promised day and on time. Rory was just extremely nice and knowledgeable. We had to do extensive foundation work on our deceased step mother’s home. Rory, Daniel, and all the crew did a great job from start to finish. They made a stressful process as easy as possible and cleaned up their mess when it was done. The plumbers test the drain pipe that was leaking to make certain the issue at hand had been rectified. Outstanding job guys.

Traci Gibbs, Foundation Technician, was able to measure and provide comprehensive estimate on the spot. Once accepted, Melissa seamlessly scheduled the project. Olshan sent Armando and crew to begin Monday. Hard working people. Olshan uses the most up to date technology. This is Thursday afternoon. The job is complete. Melissa accepted final payment. We had a crack forming in the garage ceiling. Made the appointment with no difficulty and was advised when the technician would arrive. John C. came out to assess it. He was very cordial and professional. Took measurements inside and outside. He was very thorough. He reported to us that our foundation is solid and does not need repair, that our problem was related to a structural issue and gave us helpful information to get that addressed properly. This company has high integrity and has excellent people working there. 5 stars, wish more companies were like this one.

Today Mr. Steele came out to do an estimate on our foundation. Man this guy was gave us so much information about foundation repair. He was so eloquent in his delivery. Called & set up the initial inspection because of the home inspection we had done. Joshua Gray was our Certified Tech. He showed up on time, understood the assignment and within 2 hours we were discussing the plan of action. 2 hours later we signed the papers to get it scheduled! Currently waiting for the work to begin. Will update afterward.

I can tell she really loves her job she was on point while working. Showing me what to expect and what to look out for. She came out on time and gave me update along the way. Diego is respectful and polite. He walked us through the whole process and was very knowledgeable about the project to be done on our home. He even fought to get us a better price! We are scheduled in April. Although our house will look like a disaster, at least the cable lock system is something I feel could last a lifetime.

We used Olshan previously at a past home we owned so I already knew who to go to for our new home. Rory was super professional and friendly to chat with. Did a great job from detailed survey of foundation to repair of foundation by hardworking team which installed 16 piers within 2 day period. Dean also came out and did water test the next day to make sure I did not have any pipe leaks under foundation. With droughts, floods, extreme temp change from 100 to 10 degrees I am glad that I will have no more foundation issues for all that Mother Nature has to offer!!! I highly recommend Olshan!

I had some concerns with foundation issues after experiencing some settling. The inspector was thorough and informative and assured me that there is no foundation concerns which eased my mind a bit. I called Olshan Foundation to come out and examine an area that I believed to be a foundation issue. The company sent Joseph Bradley. Olshan has been in business many decades and it’s the only company I would trust with such a major repair. Joseph examined the area as well as the foundation that he was able to see. Joseph provided expert information about foundations. He was honest and knowledgeable; and, he did not try to sell services that weren’t needed. I appreciate and can recommend a company that does not try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge on a subject. He did offer some preventative services for my consideration. If I do have a problem in the future, I would call Olshan.

Rory was the Rep that came to do inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very honest about my foundation not in need of repair because the house just had hairline shifting/settling not to worry about. I will give Olshan my services if need be in the future.

Blake Rogers, was the most honest knowledgeable, respectful , professional in his industry he did not try to scam me just to get my business! We had our foundation repaired by Olshan in January 25 in Klein, Texas. We had 28 exterior hybrid pilings installed as well as one exterior concrete breakout. The crew could not have been more professional. From Rory (sales / structural tech) to Gilberto Gill (supervisor), Abel C (foreman) plus their whole crew, Mario, Ralphe, Jose, Carmelo and Francisco. All were prompt, hard-working and they communicated well. The pricing was discussed up front with no surprises at the end. The result was a repaired foundation so that we could continue with some other work needed on the house. Peace of mind for us! I can’t express how much I appreciate the entire team from beginning to end. They were courteous, professional and they cared. Special thanks to Joseph Bradley for being the one to inspect the house, being my point of contact through out the entire process and made everything stress free. He patiently answered all of my questions and took his time measuring every corner of the house, much more careful compared the previous company. His proactiveness in making sure everything was checked off and constantly updated me is much appreciated. After the initial estimate, he and his manager considered a few more factors and decided that it was best for the house if we only tunneled through from the outside. That reduced the price by a quarter. That goes to shows that they actually care about what’s best for us rather than trying to make the most of the the deal. Repairs were completed in two days and the project manager Cameron was on site the entire time. Everyone worked hard and they left the yard cleaner than when they came. Shout out to Mr. Gilberto And Mr. Abel for for carefully inspecting everything after the house was lifted. Thank you all for taking care of my home. We just had our homes foundation repaired by Olshan. We could not be happier with the results. After 3years of thinking about it and noticing that my foundation kept sinking slowly every year, I decided to proceed. I wish I had done so sooner as it was cheaper 3 years ago. The problem was not going to fix itself and would just get worse, so it was time to act. On 4/11 team Olshan showed up and started work on 10 supports. It was a big job, and they did it very well. Felt sorry for the crew as we got a ton of rain the day before so it was very nasty hot muddy work. They earned every penny I paid. Crew was: Teo (lead), Luis, Kevin, Gabriel, Miguel, Kevin & Thomas. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the job very well. In short, I highly recommend Olshan if you have a foundation issue. Dont be like me and procrastinate, it wont get better nor cheaper so just bite the bullet and get it done.

I’m located in Tomball, TX and we have an older home that was experiencing a water issue coming up through the floor from underneath the foundation. After researching online, I reached out to Olshan Foundation on a Sunday and had a return call first thing on Monday morning to schedule a complimentary consultation. Don Ethridge called me the day before my appointment to confirm and we briefly discussed our issue. Not only did he show up on time, he called ahead of time to schedule an earlier appointment, which worked out perfect for me. Communication with Olshan is excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and told me right away that we did not have a foundation issue, but instead due to the age of the home, he suspected it was a leak coming from underground plumbing and settling in basically a path of least resistance underneath the foundation. He took the time to look and determine that instead of the cast iron plumbing he initially suspected, that we had looped plumbing, he explained what that meant and suggested that we have someone come do a leak test to confirm where the leak was coming from. He offered a couple of names of companies as well. He also got on a call with my husband, who was unable to be at the appointment, to go over all this with him. He also recommended that we re-plumb with Pex piping in the attic and completely do away with the underground plumbing, which he feels certain is causing the problem, and is something we had wanted to do at some point anyway, we just thought we had a foundation issue and wanted to take care of that first if that had been the case. Don really went above and beyond in providing us his opinion, which is clearly backed by years of experience, and while it wasn’t a foundation issue they could help us with, he still took the time and consideration to assist us and when he left we knew exactly what direction to go in with the problem. This complimentary consult by Don was invaluable to us and my opinion of Olshan Foundation is even greater than it was prior to Don’s visit. I can’t recommend this company any higher for taking a look at your property and getting you set in the right direction!

I highly recommend Olshan, who I reached out to for water management issues. I met with Richard Solsberry who did an excellent job explaining the problem and possible solutions. From the very beginning, Richard was responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Had a great experience with Olshan technician Dave Klotzbuecher today! I wanted a professional opinion on my homes foundation after being told by a handyman service that I might have foundation problems. Dave took his time, and kept me informed every step of the way during his visit. Best news of all was that he found no problems! Dave was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Olshan if you have any concerns about your homes foundation!

Well, so far we couldnt be more pleased. Our 1st scheduled visit was with Rory and Rory explained to my husband everything that needed to be done and in what order it would be done. He was very respectful. He called before he showed up...He was even early and thats saying a lot nowadays. Our 2nd visit was with Deon. And once again we were met with a very respectful young man. He went right to work and did what needed to be done. He ran a pressure test on the city sewer line to make sure we did not have a leak there. And thank God we did not! Now we are just waiting for our next scheduled visit to finish the job of filling in the hole where the dirt has washed out from the foundation. Its really been a breath of fresh air having a company with employees that call before they show up...show up on time...do their job....and are respectful. It’s a real testimony to Olshan (and to any business in this situation) that they offer such great customer service even when they’ve concluded that the issue is probably not one for them to address; in the case of my elderly parents, recommending our instead getting in someone to do a French drain.My father had called Olshan because he knew them to be a reputable old Houston company.Their representative Thomas Cates came out and was very patient and helpful and knowledgeable, with several ideas we will present to whoever does the drainage work, and a sensitivity to our wanting to keep a tree in the poorly draining location. I wouldn’t hesitate to contract with Olshan to do foundation work or a sump pump or waterproofing, but am grateful the company was straightforward in suggesting that another remedy would probably be effective, simpler, and more economical.

We had some cosmetic issues come up that were a bit of a mystery so decided we needed a closer inspection of our foundation to make sure it wasnt the culprit and called Olshan. Adewale (Triple A) came to look at our property. The experience was superb. He took his time, listened to our concerns, and thoroughly inspected our foundation. This wasnt a 15 min look around and a general information report, he made sure he accounted for everything and took his time. He thoughtfully explained his findings and gave me all the information we need to make a decision. I am very impressed, having never expected such service in the inspection. Adewale demonstrated his expertise on the subject and that he is a gentleman of the highest caliber.

Crew was punctual and hardworking. Appeared to be experienced as they wasted no time in completing the job. The supervisor that came later to make the slab adjustments was professional and experienced. Had a manager also show up to answer any questions I may have. Crew did a great job in cleaning up after the job and I did not have to pick up anything.

Was recommended Olshan’s as “the only choice” for foundation repair in Houston and was not disappointed! Dave K came out for my complimentary inspection - spent an hour with me checking the whole house, with measurements, to determine that I don’t actually need repair at this time. It’s so rare to get an honest answer from repair services! Dave spent a lot of time explaining to me what to watch for and why he was recommending what he was recommending. I have identified some drainage issues between me and my neighbors property, I reached outbto Olshan to come take a look and assess the situation and provide an estimate.Scheduling was really easy, I filled out a request online and someone from the local office called the same day to set up an appointment.On the day of the appointment John Collins (the structural technician) gave me a call to confirm the time that he would be coming. I also received a text when he was on his way.John was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He discussed real potential solutions options based on my budget. He discussed items in terms of solutions more than just trying to sale me service offered, which I appreciated. He let me know of other services the company provided other than just drainage.He took time to listen to my concerns about my drainage so he had a fool understand of the issue and not just what you could physically see.I appreciated that level of service. I havent had them do any work yet, but if their work is anything like the profesionalism shown by their technicians....they will definitely get some business from me in the future.

Mike Betz is amazing. He was very polite and understanding. I was on him like white on rice but he always made me feel like I was taken care of. All 7 visits lol. Richard S, Melissa k, Jorge, Thomas C and Sarafina F was all great. Olshan did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend. I had cheaper bids but Olshan and Mike B just felt right.

Updated:Olshan followed through and fixed the problem. The new crew came out and did the work professionally. Kept us informed in the progress and answered any questions we had. I appreciate Olshan standing behind their work. Very pleased with this company and dont mind recommending them to others. I added some new pictures. They also cleaned up after themselves.I have mixed thoughts on this place. They came highly recommended and they are big corporation. So possible we got a bad crew. Either way, they wanted us to give them a review so here it is. We asked for a small job, our patio was sinking cause our previous contractor had built an enclosed room on top of our exterior patio and said it could support it without adding more concrete to thicken the slab. Anyway, they gave a resonable quote. Set a date, they came out. They had a crew of 4 men that did not speak English, not a huge issue. The foreman, was there at the beginning, middle and end. She translated. We asked that at the end of the job they clean up their mess. They cleaned up their tools and extra supplies, but left their food wrappers on the ground. Also during the job we were told that if we raise the slab anymore it could crack. We told them we dont want it to crack. They assured us it wouldnt. Well what would you know, it cracked. They fixed it, but now we have a cracked slab on our enclosed patio. Dont know if I will be using them again. 2 pics to show evidence.

Olshan worked efficiently and effectively! Gilberto and Abel ran a tight crew and kept us up to speed on the progress of the foundation work the whole time. The clean up was the most amazing part, as the only way you knew something happened is new concrete and dust in the garage, but that’s to be expected when you drill 7 holes in the concrete. We had a set of stairs coming off our rear porch that needed to have piers installed. Teos crew come out and did a great job. They were quick, had me check the work before they left, and did a good job cleaning up.

We built a 1200 sq ft metal building next to a small pecan tree. In 3 years the tree roots spread under one corner of our building and lowered it up to 2 inches. Olshan came in with their technology. They installed 8 piers. By the end of the same day the floor was level. The cracks on the foundation had closed and all doors closed without sticking. The crew led by Amando restored everything to the point that you didn’t know they had been there. I’m waiting on my lifetime guarantee certificate shortly. Outstanding job.

Dave Klotzbuecher performed a foundation inspection today and he was great! He took the time to walk through and explain every part of the process thoroughly. The inspection revealed foundation was in good condition. Dave never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. He showed me areas to keep an eye on. The first inspector (John C.) provided prompt and friendly service. He quickly scanned our home foundation (Cinco Ranch area) and provided the best solution for our needs. Based on his scan of our house and his visual observations, we did not require the slab foundation to be re-leveled. However, because of the number of large trees at one side of our house, he recommended that we install a root barrier. The Olshan team (Orlando and team) arrived promptly in the morning and began their work. They dug a 2.5 ft deep trench down the side of our house, cut through the roots, and installed the membrane barrier. The team finished the job by filling in the trench and replacing the grass and gravel. The workers did a great job! The area was level and clean. This only work left for me was to purchase a few pieces of grass sod. Thank you to the Olshan Team!

Olshan did a great job fixing my home foundation. After the hurricane, and drought afterwards caused my foundation to quickly deteriorate. Olshan was able to come and evacuate the cause and offer a solution. David did a great job presenting the plan and get us on schedule before more damage occurred to the homes structure. I am rating Jake Ortiz a 10 out of 10 as a Certified Structural Technician from Oshan Foundation because of his knowledge and professionalism. He came out to my property and did a through foundation assessment on the inside and outside on the reconstructed home on my property. I appreciate Jakes honesty and his explanation regarding several of the issues he discovered with the foundation such as uneven sides of the home, settling, the climate and Houston soil that effects the foundation of the home and the home not having enough support via only one beam holding up the entire home that could have causing the issues with the foundation and possibly the structure. Jake recommended me to contact a Structural Engineer for a more in depth assessment of the foundation, blueprints and structural. Unfortunately, Oshan could not assist me with fixing the foundation issues because they are wood post pilings attached to the home, and they are only use to dealing with concrete foundations that are used during the Houston, Texas climate and soil. He stated most wood post piling foundations are used in Galveston, TX not Houston and hes correct per the homes soil engineer samples, testing and recommended foundation, which states concrete.

(Olshan took additional efforts to cut and prepare a straight-lined rectangle for the concrete. Olshan did an outstanding job repairing our foundation in our Sugar Land home. Five stars! The initial assessment by Michael Betts was expertly done, explained well and made us feel very comfortable contracting with Olshan to repair our house’s foundation. The crew (supervisor John and team: Yuris, Elmer, Jeorge, Lucas, Nery and Javier) worked very hard digging the holes and erecting the pilings. They were careful to minimize the impact on our plants, which was greatly appreciated. Supervisor John kept us appraised several times of their progress during the operation and answered all of our questions professionally. After the lift, we were very surprised that all of our cracks and separations disappeared, even some far away from the front of the house. When completed, they had done an excellent job cleaning up the front and replanting and watering the shrubs that were disturbed. Great crew and supervision! Overall, we are very happy we had Olshan repair our foundation!

Olshan Foundation Repair and Plumbing Test. Kingwood Texas - Great Job! All work was conducted professionally by Olshan’s personnel, on time and as quoted, We had foundation issues such as sticking doors, cracks in the brick grout and floor tile grout. Olshan sent a technician, Rory, out to look at our foundation. Measurements were taken and a repair plan developed and a quote was given. I also got quotes from other foundation repair companies. Olshan was not the cheapest but their quote was the most complete. It included the permitting, repair work and post repair plumbing testing and a breakout repair. I selected Olshan for the reputation of the company, lifetime warranty and the type of piers used for the repair.Foundation Repair - the repair team arrived on the scheduled date led by Jose the supervisor for the work. He explained each step of the repair before they started and the many questions I had as they worked. I closely observed the work and was very satisfied with the repair. They completed the job on time and restored my property to pre job condition. Jose and his team did a great job and the foundation repair fixed my problems. They followed up with a breakout repair on a pre-existing breakout on the corner of the slab. Then a plumbing testing was performed.The plumbing test after the foundation repair was performed by Deon. Deon arrived at house to test for breaks in the plumbing after we had foundation repair work done. Deon was professional, friendly and took time to explain the testing process and answer questions for me. He also explained the process needed to isolate a break if needed. Thankfully we did not have any breaks in the system. Deon did a great job for us.

We had extensive foundation work done. We live in Friendswood, Texas and our home was leaning forward cracks in multiple walls, doors not shutting the outside of our brick was separating. It was unbelievable. From the many quotes we received Olshan Foundation was who we went with. Koebe Buske Certified Structural Technician came out took all measurements and sat down and showed all that needed to be done based on his expertise and gave a quote and explained the process to a tee. Olshan would not have to come inside, the other companies would. Olshan would be using their TM CrackLock, their employees. Once we accepted and signed Melissa the Olshan Coordinator called and scheduled with us. However this had to be rescheduled due to the winter storm/snow for the safety of their employees being on the roads. It was then scheduled for two days later. Olshan employees, Teo, Luis, Kevin M., Gabriel, Kevin P, and Miquel all showed up and Teo came in and got to work. There was not a bit of lull or standing around it was so professional and coordinated. When they stopped for the day they had everything stationed neatly and ready to go for the next day. The next day showed up and Teo explained the final day and what they would be doing and took us around and that the production manager would be coming in to check everything out. Olshan Production Manager Roland Garcia showed up and came through the home checking all that had been done and explaining everything. Mr. Garcia explained that he would not just be here for today but for 60 days and took ownership of making sure that all was well, we would not have to call he would be coming out to review again. As everything was wrapped up Teo and crew put everything back. Professionalism and workmanship were incredible. Thank you everyone you all are amazing and it was so nice to get to know you and see all the smiles on your faces. Dave Klotzbuecher thoroughly inspected my foundation and outside walls. He explained to me what he was observing and how to determine if there was any foundation damage. He also explained that the things I was concerned about were not problems with the foundation and that my foundation was in good shape (thankfully). He suggested that I consider installing a watering system for the foundation, but that it was optional. It was refreshing to have a technician who performed an honest inspection and did not try to sell me unneeded repairs. I highly recommend Olshan to anyone who is concerned about their foundation and needs to have it inspected!!

The crown jewel in our commercial property portfolio is a former Fire Station built in the 1940s. The building characteristics that give it its retained charm also make it challenging to maintain. These guys leveled my foundation with 16 piers. Couldn’t open my front door when they got here. Can close it with my pinkie. They did an incredible job. Dug 4 and 5 foot holes, got in and did the work. When they left you can’t tell where the holes were. Had to cut through my slab on the front porch and they repaired that before they left. Dennison merino, bill andrade, equin Montoya, Jose Garcia, Jorge ponze, Perez Fernando, cristian Hernandez, and jesus Lopez have got to be some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met. Olshan did a great job in our foundation lifting. They discovered some additional issues and showed me what the problem was and gave me solutions that did NOT add to the cost. They are well known and established so I was expecting a higher cost but that was not the case. I highly recommend their services.

Very amazing service. Got 2 other estimate and they quoted us 20 and 30 grand. Olshan came in and said the foundation isnt as bad as the other 2 stated and only one corner of the house was off. Just wanted to say we are happy with our foundation repair and the epoxy on the corners of our home. They even removed the concrete chips from the sides where the builder tried to smooth out for cosmetic reasons. Well it did not look good at all so the crew removed most of it whilst the made repairs to or foundation. They diligently saw the whole process through completion and had weather challenges but in the end it wears a job well done. They came back to do the corners and it really looks great now. We did boy get the names of everyone but we want to thank Ramiro, Francisco and Jerry. They cleaned up and returned everything to almost like before! Now on to landscaping!

We had poly-lift service on the front sidewalk of our historic home in Caldwell, TX. The walkway had dropped in elevation over the years The concrete walk is original to the home, so preservation was a top priority. Local contractors will rip out and replace the sidewalk but none would attempt to restore the elevation. The operation was perfect, actually better than I expected. Ramiro, Fredy and Francisco worked skillfully and quickly to get the results & cleaned up well. Photos show beginning and end result.

Highly recommended.  Our tract house slab was laid in 1977, and the underlying Texas gumbo (clay) settled for years without remediation.  So we had cracking in the chimney, walls, and floors and misaligned doors until we finally decided to choose Olshan to level the entire perimeter of the slab.   We interviewed 3-4 different reputable foundation companies and Olshan was not the cheapest, but they impressed us with their thoroughness,  longevity, and their word-of-mouth reputation amongst friends and customers.  The Olshan crew (named below*) did an outstanding job. We werent sure if we had a foundation problem, but I called Olshan and asked if someone could come out and look at it. Within a few days a very nice lady came out and looked at the area were having trouble with. When she walked up she said she didnt see any problems. We asked her to come to our back yard where we have a sidewalk sinking. Luckily, she said the problem was with the black soil we have and 2 large oak trees that are sucking all the moisture out of the soil. Big problem since we havent had any rain for a month! Just thankful for Olshan coming out and confirming it wasnt the foundation!

We had a walkway that had been raised by the roots of an oak tree nearby. We called Olshan for an estimate, and Josh came out to explain what could be done, and offered a reasonable quote. The job was scheduled quickly, and the crew did a great job of removing the large roots and pouring a new sidewalk section with proper rebar and leveling. We were very pleased with the outcome, and recommend Olshan to anyone needing this type of work.

The next day, Don gave me a courtesy call approximately an hour in advance to inform me that he was on his way. He arrived promptly and on-time, and was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entirety of the estimate. Great experience start to finish. Vanessa was great getting all the visits scheduled (initial inspection, pre-work plumbing leak test, actual repair, and the post-work leak test).
