My entire family are using Ori’s plumbing their customer service is excellent. Their prices are pretty fair. They definitely stand behind their work. I would gladly recommend them to any of my friends. They are very knowledgeable. and their communication is really good.

Orys plumbing services did a great job putting in two new water heaters at the Fulshear Pizza Hut, the gentleman did everything organized and also took the time to explain the process and everything they were doing or he was gonna do. Have used in past for all plumbing issues at my home, and it’s always great service from Ory’s. Called this morning for a drain clog fix, and a technician was at my home in under half an hour. Incredibly professional and polite, he diagnosed the issue quickly and the provided solution effectively and in a super timely manner. He even cleaned up the bathroom after unclogging the drain and having to lift the toilet. Always 10/10 service, highly recommend.

Orys plumbing did an amazing job. They were able to come out quickly for our emergency leak. Our specialist came out and found the issue right away and was able to have everything fixed within a couple hours. They are very friendly and professional! Recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Recently used this company for a leak found in my garage. They were very professional and courteous to speak with and were able to send someone that same day. Their plumber, Rick, came to our house and diagnosed what the problem was, and let me know what his recommendation would be to fix the issue. We had Rick perform the needed repairs, and are extremely pleased with the work done. I was very impressed with Ricks knowledge and professionalism, going out of his way to make sure we were taken care, and all my questions were addressed. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Definitely recommend to anyone needing their services, and would hands done ask for Rick every time.

The communication was excellent. The plumber who did the repair explained his plan beforehand and did a great job. The price was reasonable; with no surprises.

Recently needed a pretty expensive plumbing repair, Orys came quickly and charged considerably less for the job than a local competitor. Also, Ric was easy to work with. Hes super friendly, helpful, and responsive to calls/texts.

I have used Orys on 2 occassions, once for my home + rental duplex in Heights. Charlie, came to 1 with a plumbing issues & Rick came to Heights recently to run a new line for Centerpoints new meter & replaced hot water heater. The issues of a historic property added to the way repairs/replacement could be done. Both were handled very professionally & with respect to the property & owner. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Ory’s plumbing. Rick was the plumber that came out to help us with an emergency we were having with a leak and the water meter breaking on us. He came when his day was done and was on his way home. He stayed til the job was done, explained everything to us and did a great job resolving the problem. Fortunately he was even there to explain to the city water people what happened as the city was already gonna try and put the blame on us. But Rick’s explanation to the water city people of what happened enlightened the city water people cleared up and clarified how it was not our fault. Thank you again Rick and to Ory Plumbing.

Charlie (the owner) was very polite. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. There prices beat the competition by 20%. Went the extra mile with adding installation, zip ties to secure and cleaned up. Nice touch compared to other techs who leave trash. Sometimes its the little things that make a big impact. I will be calling them again for future work!

This past week Orys Plumbing Solutions installed a gas line around the perimeter of my home to connect to a home generator . Charly from Ory Plumbing sets himself apart from the run of the mill plumbers as a super smart and intelligent problem solver. To say that he and his associate Ricky installed a bathtub for our small condo wouldn’t do justice to all the knowledge and insights he shared with us and the patience and kindness he applied throughout the process. He did above and beyond what a regular plumber would do, in order to help solve the unique issue at our bathroom. He never provided fake promises nor rushed or pressured us for the sake of money and profit. He and Ricky didn’t mind coming back a number of times in order to overcome the challenges at our condo and to perform all the steps. To boot, his charge was well within the bounds of being reasonable. Not only is Charly a wealth of knowledge about his own trade, he also has an extensive network of other tradesmen. He listened to our other repair needs unrelated with plumbing and provided contacts to us. We ended up hiring all of them and they all did a good job. I had mold in my daughter bathroom which we removed everything. The walls ceramics bath tub shower everything got treated . Then I had to remodel I had a contractor who did the job and recommended me Ory pluming as a very onset plumber with decent prices who will get the work done asap . I call the office I schedule for the next day the work started 2 days after as of my request early in the morning and the crew didn’t leave till the work was completed .. Professional Service, quality work, and not trying to rip you off on price. They were recommended to me by a co worker who had his entire home re-piped by them. We used them to remodel our bathroom. Since then I have used them on numerous occasional from small stuff to busted pipes in the attic. Great plumbing company.

Old valve was leaking past the valve and needed replacement before I did the dishwasher. I called ory’s and they took care of it within 2 hrs. Cost was reasonable too, guys were polite. What else can you ask for?

Honest, knowledgeable and professional. Reasonably priced. Arrived promptly. Provides estimate prior to starting work.Toilet was leaking when flushed. I thought the toilet was cracked and needed to be replaced.Mr. Charle located the leak at the O-Ring seal where the tank sets on top of the toilet.He removed the tank and replaced the O-Ring seal, installed new bolts and washers and reinstalled tank. Did not try to charge me for unnecessary replacement of toilet. Explained everything to me in lay terms.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our water heater, which was in the attic, broke. Causing the ceiling to collapse in one of the rooms. We called Ory’s plumbing. Their response was very quick. They came within an hour and replaced our water heater. They worked very fast and were very professional. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. They even gave me recommendations for people who can fix the ceiling. We will definitely use Ory’s plumbing again! I would give them 10 stars if it was possible!

The dig crew and the plumber did a great job. They fixed the water pipe within 24 hours from the call to the finish. Really got us out of a bind.
