Paul and his team were phenomenal to work with. We randomly had 3 toilets go out and needed someone to come out ASAP. They fit us in and were right on time- sometimes with these services I feel like you can be waiting along all day for them to finally show up. They explained in detail what was wrong so I understood and gave me tips on how to make sure it didnt happen again as well. Theyre also insanely well priced. I didnt feel like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of industry pricing and when I asked others they all said what a great deal they gave me.However, a recent encounter really made me a fan of this company- I had a portion of my ceiling fall through and noticed leaking. I asked Paul who was honest and said he thought it was an HVAC issue and gave me a stellar recommendation. They very easily could have taken advantage of at least getting payment for a visit to take a look. Their integrity, work quality and pricing will have me recommend them to anyone!

This company was great. Called and got next day service on time and without hassle. Wasnt getting cold water from shower or bath faucets. Greg was fantastic. Diagnosed quickly made the repair and tested. All working fab now.Pricing was perfectly reasonable and cleaned up after job done.Highly recommend pipe doctors!!!

They are really good! I have a sewer mainline blockage. They came on time, locate the exact issue and fixed the pipes. Not only for the portion they fix, they are able to tested and make sure the sewer can run smoothly all the way to citys mainline! The most important is that they honor their quote price, no drama. I seldom write reviews but I like their service and really would like to recommend them!

Paul’s guys came out on time to replace a broken sewer pipe.They had to dig out a line to reach the city sewer pipe that is behind the neighbor’s fence.They have done a great professional job and at very reasonable prices.Would recommend for anybody in the area.

I called fairly late at night. The call was answered, and plans were made for a repair the following day. I was at work the day of the repair, but my wife had no complaints at all. The leak was fixed and I feel the price was reasonable.

Would recommend for anybody in the area. I am renting a place while I am here for work and Paul’s number was given to me by the landlord. Best decision I could have made. Had one company no call/no show after they charged me a service fee to confirm the appointment, another company wouldn’t perform the work without approval from the landlord……Pauls guy came out the next morning, on time, friendly, immediately knew how to repair the problem within 5 seconds of seeing it. Not only fixed but replaced a line that was pieced together. In and out in less than 25 min. Great work, great guys, and will definitely call again for any further issues.

Ok, first of they actually showed up and on time, originally hired ARS and they kept putting me off and rescheduling me till I had enough I was without water for 3 days and was lucky enough to find Pipe Doctors he fixed it in about 5 minutes and even carried a VERY HEAVY load of wet towels out to my washer for me. Thank you Lord. We now have a new plumber.

I called Pipe Doctors in a panic because I had dropped my gold earring down drain. Though I could still see it, it was far down enough to warrant a call to professional. I called Pipe Doctors and spoke to Paul who was able to fit me the same day (all other services wanted to schedule me for 2 days later). Steve was the plumber that came to my home. He arrived on time and was quite professional. He answered all of my questions and was able to take care of my issue quickly. I had a looming plumbing issue in the kitchen that I also had him take a look at. Steve educated me on what was causing the issue and gave me great tips. I will definitely call Pipe Doctors again. The price charged was fair and the experience exceeded my expectations. It hard to find a reputable company that isnt trying to charge sky high prices. By selecting this small local business, I think I hit the jackpot. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Had an appointment with Pipe Doctors today. Was asking for a second opinion on a water heater replacement. The technician, Steven, was great. He arrived at within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. Gave me an assessment tat was online with the previous company and said he could get it done same day. He drained the old WH and left to purchase a new one. He returned and was met by a girl supervisor, Greg, to install the replacement. Easy breezy. They were both professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Steven.

I was prepared to have Pipe Doctors install a new faucet. However, the Pipe Doctor tech new exactly what to do to repair the old faucet. He also was able to unstuck my hot water valve in case I would need to close the valve in the future. Only cosy was a trip charge. I have used Pipe Doctors in the past and they get the job done for a reasonable price.

I would recommend pipe doctors to everyone. They were unbelievably quick, even though it wasn’t an emergency, the plumber was incredibly friendly and personable. The work was done well and fast and they even undercut the competition by over $1000 with better quality.

They have removed and installed a new sink . They are very professional and on-time. They have done a beautiful job. Their price is very affordable based on their quality work. Paul is very responsive and very customer-oriented.

Had a blocked pipe that caused toilets to leak and feces to back up into my bath tub. They were here in less than an hour and got the pipe unclogged in no time. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been using Paul (Pipe Doctors) and his team for the last three years. They have completed SEVERAL JOBS for me. I am a contractor (and landlord) they have done minor repairs as well as larger scale projects including pex re-pipes in homes as well as a small apartment complex, sewer line work, gas work and of course hot water heaters!!! The prices are very fair and Paul even had his guys work Saturday and Sunday once so my tenants wouldnt be without plumbing.

Ive hired these guys 3 times over the last couple of years. They have done a great professional job each time and at very reasonable prices.

I got Pauls number from one of my remodeler Im a real estate investor and we have a bunch of properties in the area the problem I was having was at my primary resident its a very old home with very old cast iron pipes that broke Paul came in he beat all the other bids I got from different companies around area some of them wanted to charge me an arm and a leg they did the job very quickly and efficiently I would recommend anyone to give Paul a call if you havent plumbing issue youll get the job done right in a very decent price
